Nightmare. Didnt call to confirm. When they did confirm, it was for the day AFTER the contract was for. Called the contact I booked with and emailed multiple times to tell them how upset I was. No response. When I called dispatch, she pulled such an attitude and threatened to cancel the order when I told her we had a contract. Her answer was "someone got sick" as if it was my fault. Pedro and Chris were fantastic. They arrived promptly and were very helpfu. I would have given five stars except I did not find out about the double miles until they were at my house. Pedro called the office and I heard the manager say there was nothing he could do and that I had signed the estimate and it was stated there and if I wanted to they could leave and head to another move. The problem I have with this is I specifically asked the dispatcher about whether miles were included in my four hours and she said just to the destination. She did not mention that I would be charged to the destination and back to my house hence double miles. I went ahead with the move and looked at my estimate afterwards and it says nothing about double miles. While Pedro and Chris were fantastic I do not recommend this company because of the way I was treated by the office. read more

They stole all my personal jewelry from my property while in my house, not part of the move. The company refuses to give names of who was in the house or take any responsibility. In fact, they refuse to speak to me or the police and provide the necessary information. Beware! Brandon-your company has not cooperated with the police will not release the names of the sub contractors who you hired, your driver told the police he does not know the crew names or contact info. contacting this moving company has been a mistake. although we haven't even gone in agreement to move forward with their estimate of over $19k ($19,000+) they are now harrasing us every week. i've sent them emails to let them know that we've already moved forward with a $6k moving deal as well as on the phone everytime they call to check up even after i've told them not to do it anymore. i recommend to stay away because if they do not earn your business they will constantly try to contact you to ask you if you want their services. even today jonathan from blvd moving called and i had to tell him again to put me on the do not call list. check out the photos i've attached for reference of my review here. read more

An absolute disgrace of a moving company. Do not give them a cent of your money. I do not normally give reviews on websites, but my experience was so reprehensible that I have to warn anyone considering using this company. They appear to be nice during the sales and pickup process, but once your items are in their hands and they have half of the money, they do not care about you and will essentially hold your items hostage. Particularly, their dispatch, delivery drivers, and customer service reps will never respond to you. I can't even begin to name everything that went wrong with this move. I feel could write a novel about this experience. Instead, I'm going to just list everything that went wrong in concise bullet points so that you get the picture. After my pickup, there was ZERO communication from them. No emails, no calls, nothing. I called dispatch 10 days after my pickup, and they said my items were already delivered. I told them this had to be a mistake as I clearly did not have my items yet. Dispatch is completely useless and gives me the phone number of a driver who picks up the phone one out of ten calls. ===== THIS SECTION IS ABOUT FALSE COMMUNICATION. THEY GAVE ME DELIVERY WINDOWS THREE TIMES AND FAILED ALL THREE TIMES I finally get a call from the driver on Friday saying that my items will be delivered Saturday between 9am-11am. I'm waiting in an empty apartment for 3 hours and nobody shows up. I call them multiple times, and they finally pick up the phone around 10:45 am and say their truck is having issues. I continuously call the driver for an update, and he finally gives me a text message at 5:25 pm saying that the truck mechanics are saying it'll take an hour At 7:25 pm they told me that it would be best to deliver tomorrow at 8 am NEXT DAY: Nobody shows up at 8 am. I call the driver, he says he is just getting the keys and will be here in roughly 40 minutes. 9:45 am. Still, nobody has arrived. I call the driver and he says his truck is blocked in or something. At this point, I am under the suspicion that the driver is playing games with me and I call him out on this nonsense. The driver yells at me and hangs up the phone on me (absolutely unacceptable). I told them multiple times to alert me when they are getting close. They finally arrive at 12:00 pm noon exactly. There was no courtesy call that they were even on their way, and I had no idea if they were even going to arrive at this point after all the shenanigans. I was staying a couple of miles away and was literally about to go to lunch with a friend, and they call me that they're here. END OF DELIVERY COMMUNICATION SECTION. BEGINNING OF DELIVERY CATASTROPHES. ===== They charged me $389 after tax and cc fee for a shuttle service because they said my apartment parking lot was too small, even though I'm in Texas and I am more than certain they could of fit the truck with a slight bit of effort. They asked ME to drive them TO AND BACK from the Uhaul store to get rent a U-Haul right after they charged me over 300 bucks. They destroyed one of my shelves, and they didn't even tell me about it until I asked about it. Luckily, it wasn't an expensive shelf, but if I didn't ask, they would have never said a word about it. They didn't even bring tools down with the shuttle, so they had to walk all the way back to their truck to get tools. They refused to assemble these simple shelves, even though they disassembled them during pickup. They assembled my two simple Ikea tables incorrectly, and they gave me attitude when I corrected them. I left my apartment briefly (to get them some water), and then I come back and they're already ready to leave. I get to my room, and the table legs are assembled correctly this time but are missing screws. I know they had all the screws because when they first assembled the legs wrong, they had all the screws. Get this. I kid you not. I FOUND THE MISSING SCREWS IN MY FREEZER AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL. I had to get my apartment maintenance to retrieve the screws in my sink. There is no way they ended up there by accident. These are the exact screws that fit in the table legs. You don't find Ikea metric screws just laying around in your freezer and sink GD. This was a deliberate act by them when I let my guard down by leaving the apartment. They left plastic wrap garbage everywhere and a giant mattress box outside my apartment without taking it to the dumpster. They left a large picture box that was someone else's shipment. Now I have this large box sitting in my apartment, and somebody elsewhere is missing potentially priceless photos/paintings. I'm going to do my best to get in touch with the owner of this picture box. ===== That's about twenty different mistakes they made in this move. You be the judge yourself. Absolutely disgraceful. I am attempting to get some sort of fair compensation for this experience, but as of now have been virtually ignored by this company. read more

DO NOT USE BLVD MOVING! I found Blvd Moving listed on a Forbes article as one of the top moving companies in the country, so I trusted the article and scheduled my move with them. The company has you provide a preferred pick-up date and a back-up pick-up date should extenuating circumstances happen. I was moving from TX to CA and there were major storms that hit TX on my preferred pick-up date, but I was reassured by my dispatcher, Nadia, and my driver, Ivan, that the moving team would be at my house the next day. On my new pick-up I was told by Ivan that he would arrive between 12-5PM, then was told later in the day that it would be closer to 6PM. At 5PM Ivan called me and said that he was coming from a move in Austin that lasted all morning and that because the first client didn't fill out their inventory accurately, the truck Ivan had was packed full of the Austin resident's items and didn't have space for mine. Ivan knew this was the case as early as that afternoon, but failed to call and let me know. He then said he would go to U-Haul and get me the only truck that was left (which was too small to fit all of my items) and be at my house by 7:30PM. At 8PM Ivan called and said that he was still at U-Haul and was waiting for someone who worked there to find him the truck. At this point it was dark, but I needed to move out of my rental. At 9PM Ivan called and said he would not be coming to my house as U-Haul refused to give him a truck due to "an issue with his license". This was truly the worst moving experience I have ever had. Luckily my landlord was forgiving and allowed me to stay in my rental until a new moving company came to help me with my move. Horrible experience. Arrived for pickup without providing adequate notice. The drop off window for our move was about 21 days. They were 5 days late, BLVD moving gives you a $30 credit for every day they are late. So there is very little financial incentive for them to adhere to the agreed upon delivery date. Communication with their dispatch was extremely frustrating. When we were able to actually speak with a person they were rude and gave us the run around. Sales guy was no better. He said dispatch would work with us to minimize delivery issues/ reduce wait time. That was a bold face lie. If you decide to use BLVD moving please be aware that your belongings will not arrive until the end of your delivery window or later, communication with dispatch won't be possible, and you may be promised things that aren't operationally possible by their sales team. If you read my experience, you will find that the company has some great employees and deals with the same moving problems that most moving companies likely deal with but their customer service, business services, dispatch services, claims, and complaints departments all began dodging my calls when these problems arose. The sales people were great, easy to work with and communicative. The movers came to pick up my things a month ago and they were great, the foreman was communicative, but one of them accidentally damaged my wall. I told them that I shouldn't have to pay, they agreed, and they said they would call the claims person, send over the pictures, and they would have it fixed in a jiffy. He took pictures and I watched him send them over. This is where complications truly arose. I called the claims and complaints person but they did not answer, so I called customer service. They told me that the claims person was sick and that they would be back on Monday. I was patient and called back on Monday but the claims person was still not in the office, so I tried customer service. Customer service did not answer--customer service has never answered again since. I called every few days attempting to find out what is going on--at this point, I've already had to pay for the wall and they can't even get it fixed anymore. I started calling other numbers at the company, people would answer and say "We'll get you transferred to someone that can help" and nobody would answer, then that extension would begin ignoring my calls. Nobody at the company answers my phone calls anymore. At this point, I thought I would have to speak with the next foreman to see how to get my wall fixed. It was a contractor who did not work for BLVD (very nice) and he was here alone. I had to help him move my own stuff in and as we began to unwrap things, I started noticing scratches and chips on things until finally, we opened my night stand and the shelf just dropped out with the screws all stripped out of the wood. They packed my sheets and my lamp in the same box so my sheets were filled with shattered glass when I pulled them out of the box. The contractor told me to write a note and he said that he would show it to them when they got the paperwork, nobody has contacted me. I have called almost every day since at all times of the day, morning, afternoon, evening--nobody. I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt considering the great price and the convenience that the sales person provided but I spent more money, felt neglected, confused, I have to live with damages, and I have to find a new night stand. I will continue to call in my free time until my willpower fades. read more

Do NOT use this company if you care about your possessions. I used them to move my belongings from West Hollywood, CA to Sioux Falls, SD and they were terrible. They packed and unpacked my high-end furniture and completely destroyed three pieces. I had a credenza with marble top that they didn't bother to protect and it shattered upon delivery. The also sliced the power cord to my rowing machine, rendering it completely useless. I have reached out to them numerous times to remedy the situation and they told me the best they can offer is $150 and advised me to file a claim with MY insurance company. That hardly seems fair, when their team of "experts" should have been more careful. $150 won't even cover the labor required to rewire the rowing machine, let alone replace the marble top and finish to my credenza, or to replace the mirrored glass on my dresser. I am extremely disappointed in this company. Their customer service is worthless and I will be taking this issue to the BBB and attorney general's office. Shame on you, BLVD Moving. read more

this has been by far the worst experience n moving I do not recommend this company first they quoted me one price then when they picked up my price doubled . I was given a delivery window n which they did not adhere to at all . when my items were delivered they were wet crushed and damaged in which the reply was well I just drive the truck. throughout the whole experience there was zero communication. This company showed up with no text, or prior warning then asked me to pay upfront a higher price than I ever agreed to. I was told I was getting a deal but the movers would remind me that if I went over 3 hours they would just leave all of my belongings where they were and leave. They were very argumentative about budgeting time and would talk over me if I asked them to do specific tasks like even opening a box of boxes. This made me so nervous, I asked to cancel the service because I already had bad experiences with movers like this before who broke doors, wall and furniture trying to do moves they physically were not able to (being under 5'7 and having more muscle than the employed people who arrived to my house yesterday). This was a 1br move with heavy items and furniture that I expressly asked for heavy lifters and was told they could only send 2 people, then told in person they could offer 3 because it was impossible to do and wanted me to pay 11 hours upfront. I tried to resolve things and cut the day in half so they would still get my service for a family business and even offered them coffee and lemonade then all of their items were stolen out of the truck, including boxes of items left in the truck from other movers because they refused to listen to anyone and lock the truck. The owner got on the phone with them and called them 'bro' very pointedly in front of me and said just to ask me to pay or leave. We tried to run my payment card 6 times over their phone and despite me asking him to wait and not to run it, he would keep running it and caused a security issue for my family. They agreed to finally cancel after the items were stolen and I urged him to make a police report and find the video surveillance but he said the cops wouldn't do anything. Now reading all these reviews I understand how negligent and scammy this company is. The quote was way beyond my budget and they refused to help me pack, saying a small packing job would take at least 4 hours. I highly doubt that sending small men with no upper body strength for these heavier moves ever helps anyone involved, yet they said back and forth they could do it but it would be impossible to finish the trip just by themselves. This is a problem with the owner and management. Their very disrespectful attitudes even went so far as to ask me where they should go grab lunch in the area when we hadn't even started the job yet. I don't understand what upside down world would require the customer to ask for approval and help almost begging the movers to be respectful of belongings and be ignored and talked over in Spanish with bad attitudes. I am from a half Spanish speaking family myself and am told how wrong and intentional these behaviors are. I was repeatedly hung up on by an agent who sarcastically was told to hang up on me. Then he said 'so we meet again'. That is a truly awful experience that caused problems for my entire building who tried to help. I have worked as an assistant with companies like this who try to gain favor with the Hispanic community and cause major problems for buildings, businesses and residents by not upholding corporate standards and letting things slide due to discrimination and inappropriate harassment while on the job. I am extremely disappointed and was told once I would receive 50% of my deposit back then told I would lose the whole deposit.... I 100% believe do not work with this company. The false story that this is family run is hook and bait. They were incredibly cruel, hurtful and selfish. I have booked a different service and am so glad I wasn't strongarmmed into a move that I would regret. Now I am not getting a reply by phone, and will have to keep calling about an update. This company could have tried to rectify their problems and instead treats everyone like fast cash. Please do not book with them. They showed up a day later, and 3 hours late that next day. When they showed up at my storage unit they tried to get me to sign a DocuSign with a "Do not exceed" of 10k, promising me it won't get close to that, it's just in case (they have to weigh the items to give an exact price). I got them down to 3k. My original quote was 1650. This is for a 10x10 storage unit, for a 1 br apartment. Suffice to say, that is extremely shady. Their customer service is rude and oblivious to why I might be annoyed by the lateness and weird "do not exceed" business. So I recently left a review for this company talking about how amazing this company was and how awesome they were on my move date..... I TOTALLY TAKE IT BACK!! My sale associate was Bobby. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed and helped me get started but this man did not answer or call me back at all after we set up the move. I tried to call him about updates to my pick up and drop off plans and I got no response from this man. I had to call different people to get an update about my account. On the day of the move I got excellent movers, Elliot and Marco. They were amazing and they made moving so stress free for me. They came on time and were nice and kind they packed, moved and loaded all my belongings and helped me understand my rates and options. My original quote was about $1500 but I ended up paying $4500. This was because I had more stuff than anticipated to move and pack and I understand that part. The part I did not understand was that the price included delivery and unpacking services. "Full Service" is what was apart of the deal. That did not happen. After my items were picked up I couldn't get anyone to give me a straight answer about when my items would be delivered. At first they said 1 week, then it was 1-2 weeks, but it wasn't delivered until a 3 weeks later ! On the day of delivery, the movers called me before their arrival and said that they were about 10 minutes away and I was at a nail appointment. I had to rush home to meet them but they did not show up until 40 ish minutes after. When they got here they didnt even tell us their names. They just start bringing my belongings out of the truck and into my home. They didn't unpack any boxes, didn't build my belongings, didn't check our electronics like they were suppose to. They just dropped off our items and were like "we're going now because we have another drop off" Like WTF? Would not recommend or use them again unless I only got Elliot and Marco. read more

I was nervous about moving on New Years Day and during CoVid but it was smooth and the team practiced all safety precautions so it put my mind at ease. So it's not worth using blvd movers as the communication part of your move. They are horrible communicators and have no idea what they are doing. Sales rep did not add everything to our move to be quoted so we ended up paying more than expected. Had to call too many times to have them update information that they wouldn't update. Lots of things were damaged and missing. We watched the mover throw other peoples boxes around without any care. The office will take their sweet time getting back to you until they want something. Like a bad review to get updated. Movers did not want to listen when we told them to be careful moving motor cycle. They almost broke parts off moving it and didn't care. Kept repeating not to grab it in places they wouldn't listen. Very annoying. They didn't know what they were doing. Not experienced men! I got an estimate up front. When they showed up they charged me an extra 20%. My move was within state and about 450 miles. It was after they loaded the truck that they informed me it would be up to 10 days to receive my goods. When they did deliver my belongings were damaged. Of course your hands are tied because it's moving day and they know that. Many items will never be delivered. Many others will be broken and damaged. This company made moving an absolutely nightmare for us. It was a year ago and I'm finally able to write this review because I have been sick over what they did to us. My son's piggy bank was taken out of its original packaging, broken and his money gone They did this to a seven year old. The movers stole beers out of our fridge and were drinking on moving day. I am so glad I chose to work with BLVD. I called them to get a quote and they walked me through the process. They provided me with a quote and great customer care. I scheduled my move with them and they showed up right when they said they would. Sam was my foreperson and he was incredible. He made sure all the furniture was cared for properly and crated. He moved the boxes in a timely fashion and was just wonderful to work with. I was delighted they were able to load the truck on Jan 2nd right after the holidays. On the other side, the unloaders were prompt and courteous. They wanted to make sure all the boxes and furniture were placed where we wanted them to be. They were quick and fun to work with. I first have to say the pickup crew was absolutely amazing. DO NOT USE FOR OUT OF STATE!! We moved from Los Angeles to Nashville and the experience after pickup was awful. 1. This company doesn't open until 8 am pacific time. If you are doing business in another time zone you need to be open. PERIOD. 2. Customer service has no idea what's going on. - we got a call 2 days after they picked up our items to tell us our payment did not go through. We checked our account and the amount was debited. I called her back and told her and she looked and said ok. - we got a call a week after our items were picked up to let us know that they were on their way to pick up our items. Ummm, you already did that. Pretty scary that the moving company doesn't know they already have our items. - on our road trip to Nashville I decided to call customer service to verify that they would call us when our items were loaded and about to leave California since we were on a road trip and we just wanted to be back in time to accept delivery. Our first date of delivery was the 17th. So I called 12/13 and was told by customer service that our items were still in Los Angeles and they did not have any deliveries going out to TN any time soon so we may not get our items until mid January. .. ok, cool no problem. Decided to stay two nights in Denver. Got a call on the 15th from the driver that they were in TN and are ready to deliver our items. What??? I was in complete shock. My stuff was still in California less that 48 hours ago. NOBODY called me. I called customer service the rep just kept repeating herself like a robot. "First date of delivery is 12/17" then told me that if I wasn't there by the 17th we would be charged an additional $900. WAS THIS ON PURPOSE??? I called two days ago and was told my items were still there and they would give me a call as soon as it's loaded. Oh, and the rep hung up on me because I told her to stop repeating herself like a robot. Honestly, her critical thinking skills were not there. I would be surprised if they hire people that graduate from high school. 3. We were told actual BLVD employees would be delivering our items. WRONG. The driver from North Carolina was a contractor and had never worked with BLVD before. But the delivery company was great! I feel lucky we got some cool guys since we weren't there to accept delivery and had to have family member orchestrate two drop off. 4. We were told that our items would be scanned at drop off to ensure that all of our items had been delivered. Well, my possessions are sitting in storage and I have no idea if we have anything. I've left customer service messages, but no return call. I will be in Nashville in a few days I just hope it all made it since they didn't even know where it was. Omar the manager wasn't too bad. He was logical, but nobody took responsibility for not calling. Nobody took responsibility for the fact I called days before to confirm. Beware if you are considering BLVD Moving. I have never had such a terrible experience with any company. Despite a seemingly simple and quick experience getting a quote and agreement from the smooth talking sales team, the rest of my move was filled with issues that remain unresolved. I was sold on a particular move date from the sales team which in the end never aligned with what the dispatch team could accommodate - my items were received a week later than expected with several pieces broken (art, glassware, bedframe) and multiple items missing entirely. They supposedly tag and track each item they move but apparently that means nothing since they still are unable to find 2 of my 3 main missing items. The one item they were able to find has still not arrived and they are unresponsive to my emails asking for an update or solution. I have done several cross-country and local moves with various companies and would highly recommend avoiding this company and considering any other option that you can find. read more

One of the worst experiences we've ever had in using a service. Please look at most of the good reviews on Facebook, they have no friends and have only posted reviews for this company. BLVD Moving are posting their own fake reviews, beware of hiring this company. It all started with our misplaced trust in the salesman, Alex, who claimed he had 16 years' experience in moving quotes. He came to the house, did what we later found out was a terrible quote and although BLVD were expensive, we hired them to move our things from California to Evanston. Upon research, Alex doesn't have anywhere near 16 years' experience in moving quotes. After our items were on the truck, we were told we needed over 40% more space and were charged a huge additional sum. However, we were leaving the following day and could not go with anyone else. Over the following couple of weeks, we tried to understand how bad the quote must have been to have been told by Jennifer that were additional items from the original inventory, like a second sofa (we don't have a second sofa). We were not allowed to see the original inventory from the quote, so we believe that they purposefully leave out information, knowing you don't have any choice once things are in their truck. We are considering legal action at this point with the issues around the quote and Alex lying about his experience. When we asked to see these inventories for comparison and let them know that we were considering legal action, Alex threatened to keep our items from being delivered as long as possible. We tried to reach out to the owner of the company, David, who appears to have zero control over any of the operations in the company and refuses to address serious customer concerns. We had let them know that we needed 10 days' notice to get parking permission for an 18 wheeler in our new street. They said they would try to give us 5-7 business days' notice. Then we got a call on Sat 9th Nov that our things were on the way and to try to book parking for 13th-15th Nov (at $120 a day each at our own expense). We couldn't book anything over the weekend and had to see what could be done with parking on Monday 11th Nov. The we got a call on Monday saying our things would be there the next morning. We had to plead with our new neighbors to let us park across their garages, and to let a smaller truck park around the back of the houses. They had to move the items from a large truck to a smaller truck and said it would cost $700. We obviously didn't agree to pay this, as it was their fault for not giving us any adequate notice, despite us letting them know the ordinance rules ahead of time. We still got charged an additional $120 though. Our items arrived today and the movers have left marks on the wall, broken some of our items, the boxes are falling apart and they didn't check off an inventory as they were delivering - so we don't know if we've actually received everything. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! As I mentioned at the beginning of the review, check out most of the 5 star reviews that are clearly from fake profiles. DO NOT USE! Scheduled a move on September 1st and this business was contracted to do the job. Easy move with only 22 pieces from CA to FL. They were super fast to schedule the pick up and move my things out, but as of today my stuff is sitting in CA. They've had my stuff since September 8th. I've called multiple times and no one has any clue when my things will even BEGIN transit to FL. They said maybe 2 more weeks. Over a month for just a few items is quite unacceptable. The ladies answering the phone are very polite, but ultimately no one has any information. I am still waiting for a call from a manager. I would not recommend this company for long moves. They're overwhelmed and clearly don't have enough trucks. read more

This place is the biggest scam, BEWARE PLEASE!!!!! I do not want anyone else being taken advantage of! My wife and I moved from California to Texas and decided to go with BLVD because of how aggressive they were in pricing. I wish I never did move forward with them. I was quoted one sum with every box accounted for. No mind this I did buy my own boxes and boxed everything on my own. I provided the representative the exact amount of boxes boxed and he proceeded to give me the quote that we agreed upon. The day of the move the movers arrived and walked the house to double check the count. The "head" mover told me the price was going to be different because of the weight of the boxes and the space (capacity) of the truck. I ended up having to pay an extra $4,000 and had to tip the movers. I was furious because I was against time with my move and the start of my job in Texas. I had no choice but to move forward with the new quote. I was also given the opportunity for insurance by BLVD but the "head" mover advised me that no one goes the the additional insurance and that BLVD provided free standard insurance and that it would be an additional cost for the higher coverage. I proceeded with the standard insurance and they proceeded to move all of my furniture. Almost one month goes by and my belongings are not on a truck and on its way to TX. I never received any updates about where my belongings were or and ETA. I called BLVD and spoke to a representative who was VERY rude and unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me that she had no update and someone would reach out to me. Anther week goes by and no one has reached out to me. I called BLVD again and they told me my belongings would be delivered the coming weekend. A month and week go by and finally my furniture arrives. Two gentleman show up and start to unload everything. As they are unloading my wife and I are un packing as we notice a lot of our belongings are broken. (plates, cups, glass) I was furious as nothing was handled with care. As the week goes by we start noticing some of our things are missing (Dyson vacuum, apple air pods, my drill bits and drill set, remote controls and some of my sons belongings) all come down to the some of $1,200. I called the insurance company they partner with (also very unprofessional) and was put through such a rigorous process to put a claim through. We had to mail in our claim form multiple times because they "lost" or never received our claim. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was finally put in touch with Veronica after three weeks. Veronica some how miraculously found our paper work and told me to text her my full name and my phone number and she would get back to me when she heard something on the claim. Another week goes by and nothing from Veronica, I call her and she states nothing has happened since the last time we talked and she would look into it again. She proceeded to ask me to text her my name and number again and she would get back to me. I get an email from Veronica a day later stating the following: Dear Mr. Doe, You did not purchase additional insurance. you opted to release your belongings at 0.60 cents per lbs. Below is a breakdown of your claim: missing: vacuum cleaner 7 lbs., drill toolkit 7 lbs., apple airpods 1.6oz, tv remote 2oz 15.8 LBS. x 0.60 cents per LBS. = $9.48 Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call and we will be happy to assist you. Sincerely, Jasmine C. I'm going to take legal action against this company. They have steered my family and I the wrong way. They have taken advantage of us financially as we were up against time. They also have stolen over $1,200 of our personal property knowing they were successful in steering us into minimal insurance coverage. I URGE ALL OF YOU PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE. YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND YOUR BELONGINGS WILL GO MISSING. THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTEGRITY AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. BLVD Moving literally TOOK OUR MONEY AND RAN without finishing the job as agreed in our contract. My mistake was thinking that their employees are trustworthy, since I have used this company twice before, so when they said they'll come back the next day to finish the job, I signed off on the paperwork and PAID IN FULL. It is now DAY 5 and they haven't come back to finish the job. We have been getting the runaround from customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS and if you do, watch your back every step of the process because they will try to take advantage if they see the opportunity. i just want to give a shout out to ivan, jimmy & ricardo for our move (& their boss). they went over and beyond the call of duty to help us, even financially, to make this move, among soring gas prices and a poor economy, -covid infested. they came earlier than expected, and held our hands through it all, applied discounts where they could and even packaged things we didn't package. if something was broken they let us know and even took pictures of questionable items they were concerned about. we moved out of california and left our belongings in storage, and they came and picked it up without us there with only the assistance of our beloved nephew. they put in work since we had 273 items and two storages. i can't say i had a bad experience. i had a great experience so far and will use them again for sure for our storage in wisconsin if they can go out that way. blvd moving is kind, honest and will work with you in ways unimaginable to make your move happen against all odds. i'm not getting payed to write this. i'm telling the truth because i am the worst critic astrologically being a virgo. at first doing my due dilligence and researching this company and seeing all the negative responses, i was like "hell naw!"... but after talking to different movers and a lot of scammers out there, i came back to blvd moving because ahmad, even though he seemed pushy, and salesy, (and i told him this the 3rd time i talked to him) was the first mover to call me. i realized in life i have the better luck with those who reach out first. it shows they not only want your business but are dedicated and committed to what they have to offer. this company is listed on protect your move dot gov and they send you the rules and regulations and info about the hidden costs etc. they check out. they are legitimate. being a military brat i made a lot of moves in my life. to me it's inevitable something will get broken or maybe come up missing, but it's rare you find a company to respond as they have, to help us out. they don't sleep on the job, they are on point, available when you call, responsive always -in all our dealings, and a reputable company from my observance and experience. no one is gauranteed to have the same experience, i get it. but who can give you a solid estimate without seeing what you are moving? has there ever been a perfect move in history where nothing gets broken or lost? they close off roads, bad weather and mistakes happen. i just say if you go in with realistic expectations, do your research, blvd moving checks out and i appreciate their business and would use them again. i told ahmad he was a god send, and i can say the same for ivan, jimmy and ricardo & their boss! thank you blvd moving!!! you are awesome and i will keep your numbers imbedded in my cell phone! read more

No communication well past the estimated arrival, then ONE DAY before arrival they charge me an extra $450 for Shuttle Truck? I live in a normal neighborhood with wide streets, the possibility of this was never mentioned, and they have had my address since the initial quote. I just want to say that moving is a great pain in the butt and it's extremely stressful. But thanks to Richard and Eddie from BLVD MOVING, it made my moving experience a lot easier. Now to my experience. So like everyone I was a little scared to hire movers, because you hear all the horror stories from everyone's bad experience. Like, they are careless, they break things, they are late, they steal stuff, etc. But my sister recommended BLVD MOVING, she had a great experience with them for her move. So I went ahead and reserved two guys for my move. The day of my move I was going nuts and stressing out. I did not know what I was going to do with my place and pack my stuff. But this is where Richard and Eddie came in a played a big part. Not only did they bring plenty of boxes for me, but they packaged everything else I did not have a chance to box up. These guys were pure professionals, polite, and listened to my needs. These guys were here to work, they got the job done correctly and in a timely manner. And believe me, my move was no easy move at all.
