DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Matt Freeman is either a scammer or just terrible at his job. He'll low ball quote you then the price is suddenly double on moving day. Of course your hands are tied because it's moving day and they know that. Many items will never be delivered. Many others will be broken and damaged. This company made moving an absolutely nightmare for us. It was a year ago and I'm finally able to write this review because I have been sick over what they did to us. My son's piggy bank was taken out of its original packaging, broken and his money gone They did this to a seven year old. The movers stole beers out of our fridge and were drinking on moving day. I am so glad I chose to work with BLVD. I called them to get a quote and they walked me through the process. They provided me with a quote and great customer care. I scheduled my move with them and they showed up right when they said they would. Sam was my foreperson and he was incredible. He made sure all the furniture was cared for properly and crated. He moved the boxes in a timely fashion and was just wonderful to work with. I was delighted they were able to load the truck on Jan 2nd right after the holidays. On the other side, the unloaders were prompt and courteous. They wanted to make sure all the boxes and furniture were placed where we wanted them to be. They were quick and fun to work with. I got an estimate up front. When they showed up they charged me an extra 20%. My move was within state and about 450 miles. It was after they loaded the truck that they informed me it would be up to 10 days to receive my goods. When they did deliver my belongings were damaged. I first have to say the pickup crew was absolutely amazing. DO NOT USE FOR OUT OF STATE!! We moved from Los Angeles to Nashville and the experience after pickup was awful. 1. This company doesn't open until 8 am pacific time. If you are doing business in another time zone you need to be open. PERIOD. 2. Customer service has no idea what's going on. - we got a call 2 days after they picked up our items to tell us our payment did not go through. We checked our account and the amount was debited. I called her back and told her and she looked and said ok. - we got a call a week after our items were picked up to let us know that they were on their way to pick up our items. Ummm, you already did that. Pretty scary that the moving company doesn't know they already have our items. - on our road trip to Nashville I decided to call customer service to verify that they would call us when our items were loaded and about to leave California since we were on a road trip and we just wanted to be back in time to accept delivery. Our first date of delivery was the 17th. So I called 12/13 and was told by customer service that our items were still in Los Angeles and they did not have any deliveries going out to TN any time soon so we may not get our items until mid January. .. ok, cool no problem. Decided to stay two nights in Denver. Got a call on the 15th from the driver that they were in TN and are ready to deliver our items. What??? I was in complete shock. My stuff was still in California less that 48 hours ago. NOBODY called me. I called customer service the rep just kept repeating herself like a robot. "First date of delivery is 12/17" then told me that if I wasn't there by the 17th we would be charged an additional $900. WAS THIS ON PURPOSE??? I called two days ago and was told my items were still there and they would give me a call as soon as it's loaded. Oh, and the rep hung up on me because I told her to stop repeating herself like a robot. Honestly, her critical thinking skills were not there. I would be surprised if they hire people that graduate from high school. 3. We were told actual BLVD employees would be delivering our items. WRONG. The driver from North Carolina was a contractor and had never worked with BLVD before. But the delivery company was great! I feel lucky we got some cool guys since we weren't there to accept delivery and had to have family member orchestrate two drop off. 4. We were told that our items would be scanned at drop off to ensure that all of our items had been delivered. Well, my possessions are sitting in storage and I have no idea if we have anything. I've left customer service messages, but no return call. I will be in Nashville in a few days I just hope it all made it since they didn't even know where it was. Omar the manager wasn't too bad. This company is a joke! Don't be fooled by the corporate umbrella. You're better off going direct through mile high movers. Blvd movers just out sources from other companies. So it's not worth using blvd movers as the communication part of your move. They are horrible communicators and have no idea what they are doing. Sales rep did not add everything to our move to be quoted so we ended up paying more than expected. Had to call too many times to have them update information that they wouldn't update. Lots of things were damaged and missing. We watched the mover throw other peoples boxes around without any care. The office will take their sweet time getting back to you until they want something. Like a bad review to get updated. Movers did not want to listen when we told them to be careful moving motor cycle. They almost broke parts off moving it and didn't care. Kept repeating not to grab it in places they wouldn't listen. Very annoying. They didn't know what they were doing. Not experienced men! One of the worst experiences we've ever had in using a service. Please look at most of the good reviews on Facebook, they have no friends and have only posted reviews for this company. BLVD Moving are posting their own fake reviews, beware of hiring this company. It all started with our misplaced trust in the salesman, Alex, who claimed he had 16 years' experience in moving quotes. He came to the house, did what we later found out was a terrible quote and although BLVD were expensive, we hired them to move our things from California to Evanston. Upon research, Alex doesn't have anywhere near 16 years' experience in moving quotes. After our items were on the truck, we were told we needed over 40% more space and were charged a huge additional sum. However, we were leaving the following day and could not go with anyone else. Over the following couple of weeks, we tried to understand how bad the quote must have been to have been told by Jennifer that were additional items from the original inventory, like a second sofa (we don't have a second sofa). We were not allowed to see the original inventory from the quote, so we believe that they purposefully leave out information, knowing you don't have any choice once things are in their truck. We are considering legal action at this point with the issues around the quote and Alex lying about his experience. When we asked to see these inventories for comparison and let them know that we were considering legal action, Alex threatened to keep our items from being delivered as long as possible. We tried to reach out to the owner of the company, David, who appears to have zero control over any of the operations in the company and refuses to address serious customer concerns. We had let them know that we needed 10 days' notice to get parking permission for an 18 wheeler in our new street. They said they would try to give us 5-7 business days' notice. Then we got a call on Sat 9th Nov that our things were on the way and to try to book parking for 13th-15th Nov (at $120 a day each at our own expense). We couldn't book anything over the weekend and had to see what could be done with parking on Monday 11th Nov. The we got a call on Monday saying our things would be there the next morning. We had to plead with our new neighbors to let us park across their garages, and to let a smaller truck park around the back of the houses. They had to move the items from a large truck to a smaller truck and said it would cost $700. We obviously didn't agree to pay this, as it was their fault for not giving us any adequate notice, despite us letting them know the ordinance rules ahead of time. We still got charged an additional $120 though. Our items arrived today and the movers have left marks on the wall, broken some of our items, the boxes are falling apart and they didn't check off an inventory as they were delivering - so we don't know if we've actually received everything. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! As I mentioned at the beginning of the review, check out most of the 5 star reviews that are clearly from fake profiles. DO NOT USE! Scheduled a move on September 1st and this business was contracted to do the job. Easy move with only 22 pieces from CA to FL. They were super fast to schedule the pick up and move my things out, but as of today my stuff is sitting in CA. They've had my stuff since September 8th. I've called multiple times and no one has any clue when my things will even BEGIN transit to FL. They said maybe 2 more weeks. Over a month for just a few items is quite unacceptable. The ladies answering the phone are very polite, but ultimately no one has any information. I am still waiting for a call from a manager. I would not recommend this company for long moves. My mistake was thinking that their employees are trustworthy, since I have used this company twice before, so when they said they'll come back the next day to finish the job, I signed off on the paperwork and PAID IN FULL. It is now DAY 5 and they haven't come back to finish the job. We have been getting the runaround from customer service. i just want to give a shout out to ivan, jimmy & ricardo for our move (& their boss). they went over and beyond the call of duty to help us, even financially, to make this move, among soring gas prices and a poor economy, -covid infested. they came earlier than expected, and held our hands through it all, applied discounts where they could and even packaged things we didn't package. if something was broken they let us know and even took pictures of questionable items they were concerned about. we moved out of california and left our belongings in storage, and they came and picked it up without us there with only the assistance of our beloved nephew. they put in work since we had 273 items and two storages. i can't say i had a bad experience. i had a great experience so far and will use them again for sure for our storage in wisconsin if they can go out that way. blvd moving is kind, honest and will work with you in ways unimaginable to make your move happen against all odds. i'm not getting payed to write this. i'm telling the truth because i am the worst critic astrologically being a virgo. at first doing my due dilligence and researching this company and seeing all the negative responses, i was like "hell naw!"... but after talking to different movers and a lot of scammers out there, i came back to blvd moving because ahmad, even though he seemed pushy, and salesy, (and i told him this the 3rd time i talked to him) was the first mover to call me. i realized in life i have the better luck with those who reach out first. it shows they not only want your business but are dedicated and committed to what they have to offer. this company is listed on protect your move dot gov and they send you the rules and regulations and info about the hidden costs etc. they check out. they are legitimate. being a military brat i made a lot of moves in my life. to me it's inevitable something will get broken or maybe come up missing, but it's rare you find a company to respond as they have, to help us out. they don't sleep on the job, they are on point, available when you call, responsive always -in all our dealings, and a reputable company from my observance and experience. no one is gauranteed to have the same experience, i get it. but who can give you a solid estimate without seeing what you are moving? has there ever been a perfect move in history where nothing gets broken or lost? they close off roads, bad weather and mistakes happen. i just say if you go in with realistic expectations, do your research, blvd moving checks out and i appreciate their business and would use them again. i told ahmad he was a god send, and i can say the same for ivan, jimmy and ricardo & their boss! thank you blvd moving!!! you are awesome and i will keep your numbers imbedded in my cell phone! read more

Beware if you are considering BLVD Moving. I have never had such a terrible experience with any company. Despite a seemingly simple and quick experience getting a quote and agreement from the smooth talking sales team, the rest of my move was filled with issues that remain unresolved. I was sold on a particular move date from the sales team which in the end never aligned with what the dispatch team could accommodate - my items were received a week later than expected with several pieces broken (art, glassware, bedframe) and multiple items missing entirely. They supposedly tag and track each item they move but apparently that means nothing since they still are unable to find 2 of my 3 main missing items. The one item they were able to find has still not arrived and they are unresponsive to my emails asking for an update or solution. I have done several cross-country and local moves with various companies and would highly recommend avoiding this company and considering any other option that you can find. read more

This place is the biggest scam, BEWARE PLEASE!!!!! I do not want anyone else being taken advantage of! My wife and I moved from California to Texas and decided to go with BLVD because of how aggressive they were in pricing. I wish I never did move forward with them. I was quoted one sum with every box accounted for. No mind this I did buy my own boxes and boxed everything on my own. I provided the representative the exact amount of boxes boxed and he proceeded to give me the quote that we agreed upon. The day of the move the movers arrived and walked the house to double check the count. The "head" mover told me the price was going to be different because of the weight of the boxes and the space (capacity) of the truck. I ended up having to pay an extra $4,000 and had to tip the movers. I was furious because I was against time with my move and the start of my job in Texas. I had no choice but to move forward with the new quote. I was also given the opportunity for insurance by BLVD but the "head" mover advised me that no one goes the the additional insurance and that BLVD provided free standard insurance and that it would be an additional cost for the higher coverage. I proceeded with the standard insurance and they proceeded to move all of my furniture. Almost one month goes by and my belongings are not on a truck and on its way to TX. I never received any updates about where my belongings were or and ETA. I called BLVD and spoke to a representative who was VERY rude and unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me that she had no update and someone would reach out to me. Anther week goes by and no one has reached out to me. I called BLVD again and they told me my belongings would be delivered the coming weekend. A month and week go by and finally my furniture arrives. Two gentleman show up and start to unload everything. As they are unloading my wife and I are un packing as we notice a lot of our belongings are broken. (plates, cups, glass) I was furious as nothing was handled with care. As the week goes by we start noticing some of our things are missing (Dyson vacuum, apple air pods, my drill bits and drill set, remote controls and some of my sons belongings) all come down to the some of $1,200. I called the insurance company they partner with (also very unprofessional) and was put through such a rigorous process to put a claim through. We had to mail in our claim form multiple times because they "lost" or never received our claim. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was finally put in touch with Veronica after three weeks. Veronica some how miraculously found our paper work and told me to text her my full name and my phone number and she would get back to me when she heard something on the claim. Another week goes by and nothing from Veronica, I call her and she states nothing has happened since the last time we talked and she would look into it again. She proceeded to ask me to text her my name and number again and she would get back to me. I get an email from Veronica a day later stating the following: Dear Mr. Doe, You did not purchase additional insurance. you opted to release your belongings at 0.60 cents per lbs. Below is a breakdown of your claim: missing: vacuum cleaner 7 lbs., drill toolkit 7 lbs., apple airpods 1.6oz, tv remote 2oz 15.8 LBS. x 0.60 cents per LBS. = $9.48 Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call and we will be happy to assist you. Sincerely, Jasmine C. I'm going to take legal action against this company. They have steered my family and I the wrong way. They have taken advantage of us financially as we were up against time. They also have stolen over $1,200 of our personal property knowing they were successful in steering us into minimal insurance coverage. I URGE ALL OF YOU PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE. Now to my experience. So like everyone I was a little scared to hire movers, because you hear all the horror stories from everyone's bad experience. Like, they are careless, they break things, they are late, they steal stuff, etc. But my sister recommended BLVD MOVING, she had a great experience with them for her move. So I went ahead and reserved two guys for my move. The day of my move I was going nuts and stressing out. I did not know what I was going to do with my place and pack my stuff. But this is where Richard and Eddie came in a played a big part. Not only did they bring plenty of boxes for me, but they packaged everything else I did not have a chance to box up. These guys were pure professionals, polite, and listened to my needs. These guys were here to work, they got the job done correctly and in a timely manner. Boulevard was quite anxious to handle our move from LA to Spokane Washington. The LA end went pretty well, barring items put on the truck that were meant for We-Got-Junk. On the Spokane end things went terribly. The sent a truck with two movers, one on his first week on the job. They lacked essential moving equipment, dollies, appliance stevedore, etc. My dresser had handles broken off and is covered with nicks. All our dinner dishes were smashed. They dropped the washer going downstairs and totally scratched the front, breaking portions completely, damaging the walls and staircase and nearly crushing the guy on the bottom. A broken hutch, smashed crockery, are you getting the picture. I fell for the 60 cents a pound insurance offer, believing the sales hype about the "care" that would be taken with our goods. Do not use this company, they scam more Money out of you, they lie and the customer service is none existent as well as the sales representative which mine was Alex is as about as helpful as a snow flake. My move was from California to Tennessee. I've moved this distance in the past and used another moving company. Boy I wish I could remember who I used it was a smooth move. Blvd moving however claimed I had more than items than quoted by the amount of 200 cubic feet and that was prior to loading. They made me sign for additional charge or they wouldn't load it. At a time of 1100.00, then of course they can't bring there semi down the street, which we have semis all the time. But the trucker refused so that was an additional fee of 1250.00 which included the additional 200 cubic feet that ended up being none existent because they packed almost all of my belongs in a 26 foot uhaul and the cubic feet in that is 1682. The total cubic feet they were charging me is 2650, I called them out on the additional fee for the supposed 200 cubic feet and they never adjusted my bill. So you are forced to pay or they will hold your items hostage. They are crooks !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FROM SALES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Awful . Moved from CA to OH. Had two stops one was my storage that was less than a mile away. I was told it would cost $150. The day of the move they added another $300 for long haul and other charges because the trailer they brought didn't fit. I could have moved my things from my storage to my yard for less if i had known it would be more than $150. They also asked me if i wanted some of my items boxed so it wouldn't get damaged. I paid over 200$ for the boxes and with labor came out to $400. There was an extra charge to unbox them so i didn't ask for them to unbox it. They delivered the items before I arrived to Ohio so my husband received them. When I got here and asked him about the boxes he said they took the boxes. When I contacted their customer service the lady told me it was a curtesy service for them to discard of the boxes. How are you going to take back things I paid for and call it a curtesy service? thats robbery. Either they were never in actual boxes or the boxes are being reused. Any experienced moving company knows they should align with a professional organizer as we are a great referral source for business. There's not a soul on this earth at this point who doesn't know the parameters and requirements for working to prevent the spread of Covid-19. It is literally a world event. I showed up at my client's home for a very long day of moving. What I will say has absolutely nothing to do with the workers themselves and their performances. They got the job done and on time. All were very nice men. The problem I had is the fact that two of them did not have masks on. I asked the lead guy why he wasn't wearing a mask. He said, "Oh, no, we can't wear masks. We can't breathe." I said, "Well, yes, you can. We are wearing our masks. And we can breathe." I insisted they wear them, but to no avail. I had soooo much work to accomplish that day, that I couldn't continue to pursue it, all the while being very incensed. Wearing masks in a home or confined space shows respect for everyone around you and yourself as well. If you have kids, even more so. And if you don't like wearing a mask, you certainly won't like wearing a ventilator! I went on the BLVD Moving Northridge site. He kept asking what my client's name was, and I said I was NOT calling on behalf of her but on behalf of myself. He said, "We cannot talk to anyone but the client," and get this...HE HUNG UP ON ME! How old are we? 5? I could NOT believe it. So I called right back and got another man who said he would have someone return my call. No return call. Now, any of us can report these types of people / companies and should report them. I called them out on it, and they didn't even care to reconcile the situation or own up to it. At least admit your wrongdoing and assure us that you will make changes from this point forward. This is a serious situation, and I am sure many homeowners would have said, "If you want to work here, then put on a mask." I was thoroughly disgusted with how this company couldn't have cared less. Unfortunately, this reflects the higher-up's work ethics and protocol...and that the information on the site is untrue. We all have to work together to protect each other. I cannot quite tell you how much I would not recommend BLVD moving. A lady named Bethany promised the moon to lure us in with a $200 deposit. She also claimed to include lots of "free" services. Of course, the movers show up after I was promised the quote wouldn't change only to hear that Bethany didn't include the correct packing price on our invoice. On the spot, BLVD moving wanted $1900 more to pack our items. I call Bethany to ask how this was possible. Magically she doesn't answer my email or phone calls. Once she gets you to sign the terms and conditions, prepare to be ghosted. Our items show up halfway across the country 16 days later (quite slow), and the method of payment we were told would work (Zelle) suddenly doesn't work for their account, and then suddenly we had to rush down to the post office to get money orders. I really don't understand why a company cannot just accept a credit card payment in 2021 -- even if you have to pass on the fee to the user. Here's the other fun part: on arrival day, we are told that they will need to charge us a transport fee of $780 to move items from a 53' truck to a smaller truck to access our property. Call me crazy, but it seems like this should be researched and included as part of the initial quote. So now here we are with $2680 in surprise charges. We unpack our items to find that magically our brand new in box phone was the only item that failed to show up from an entire drawer (we have the photo to prove every other item showed up). Wow, what a coincidence. Their reimbursement policy is to pay by weight, which means our $700 phone will be reimbursed for under ten bucks. We also had some other ridiculous damage done to our property but it at least looked accidental. This company preys on the desperate situation that people are in while moving and will nickel and dime you into oblivion with unethical charges. If you value your sanity, do not use this company. We used BLVD Moving for our move from CA to TX. We were moving out of a 2 bedroom condo and had gotten rid of our large furniture so our inventory was pretty simple (16 boxes + misc furniture + workout equipment). The movers called us the night before our move to provide a pickup window. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and carefully loaded all of our belongings into the truck. We were informed of the shuttle service fee when we booked our move because there was no room in front of the condo building for a large freight truck. We were not informed about the long carry charges that would be incurred because our condo entrance was over 75 feet away from the building entrance. This was the only "surprise" fee we encountered with BLVD. We received our belongings 5-6 business days after we arrived in TX. BLVD called us on several occasions to keep us updated about our items. They called us the night before our items were loaded onto a truck, when our items were en route, and 24 hours before the delivery. The delivery guys arrived on time and worked quickly to unload/unwrap our belongings. The majority of our belongings arrived just fine. Several boxes were dented and the mattress bag was ripped. We packed our own TV and it was damaged (can't file a claim because we packed it ourselves). Our kettlebells also have chips/scratches but are still usable. Overall we would recommend BLVD for simple moves, but if you have a lot of valuables/antiques/etc I suggest paying more for a different company. read more

Round by Round In reading many reviews, BLVD received mixed reviews. I understand that everyone experiences are different and I hope this review will shed some light as I will document/ yelp the process. Vitals: relocation from California to Texas Round 1: The negotiations process was done with Julie. After receiving 4 quotes, I settled with BLVD because of there many trips from California to Texas. Previously, I've used ABF, but because pods or trailers was not allowed at the storage or new home, Julie sold me on BLVD. Granted she shared Yelp 5 star reviews, but they were dated 2 years. I conducted my own research and made the decision. Round 2: after paying a deposit and agreeing on a pick up date from storage on Tuesday, January 15. I was informed by Julie that I would get a call 1 hour of the guys (Armondo, Juan & 3 rd guy) meeting me at the storage; the guys showed up earlier, but did call me to teller they were at the site. Which was nice, but I was banking on that hour call because I needed to plan my travel time due to me living in a school zone. Nonetheless, I made it to the guys and they loaded the items within 2 hours. They worked efficient and fast. Round 3: I paid half the deposit and received the paperwork. There was a bit of confusion in terms of items and quote, but ultimately Armondo honored the quote that Julie gave me. Round 4: I was told I would get the items in 14 days. Granted, my stuff was picked up on 1/19 & I arrived in Texas on 1/18. A ready to receive date was 1/19, however because it was a Saturday and 1/21 was a holiday. The default date landed on 1/22. My wife and I just moved from CA to TX (literally the movers dropped everything off yesterday) and the lack of care and damage left on our furniture and other items is simply mind blowing. I've moved plenty of times in my life and I know a few things are going to get broken, but we've had over $7,500+ of damage to our items (hole in the back of our almost new leather couch, two cracked computer screens, three bent and cracked side tables, a cracked coffee table, a chair with a bent leg, bent TV mounts, soiled and ruined clothing and sheets...the list could go on for a long time (and we're still finding things because we just received everything yesterday). We haven't even started the insurance process yet -- but there is really no excuse for the lack of care this company has treated our stuff. The movers who delivered our stuff apologized and were very nice, but that doesn't do anything to compensate us or replace our damaged possessions. UPDATE 4/19 - BLVD moving hasn't apologized for the damage and offered us $140 to cover the damages - that's not a typo, they offered us $140 for the $7500+ of damage they caused. Very sad that a company like this exists and treats their customers with such disrespect. read more

DO NOT USE: 0 stars They are very unprofessional and unpunctual. Multiple issues I had with them: 1. They called two days before the pick up date to confirm the date, yet on the day of the movers told me that pick up was not confirmed and they weren't planning on picking up our items delaying the whole process 2. The salesman promised that their price was all inclusive and I confirmed twice to make sure they don't charge extra for the long distance/elevator. The day of, the movers charged me for the long distance (if the distance between the parking lot to the house is far). I told him what the salesman told me and asked him to find it on the contract, which he couldn't. Then he started claiming he could charge me for "extra items" like the bed head. We were already far behind our schedule and didn't want to argue so we paid him extra. 3. When scheduling for the drop-off date, I told him specifically the date (it was a week after the pick-up on a Saturday) that I wanted my items by to which the salesman told me that should not be a problem. Fast-forward to that date, the customer service told me the date I gave would be the first possible day and they will deliver my items within 7 business days excluding the weekends. Why did they even take Saturday to begin with, I do not know. I am calling every other day to ask about the status of my items and all they told me was that the dispatch team have not loaded my items yet. Fast forward another 7 business days, I don't have my items and they have not loaded my items yet. One of the customer representative claims that it will cost them too much to deliver my item alone so they will be waiting until they have enough customers and will compensate $30/day for the delay.. what the actual ____? I am sleeping on my air mattress for two weeks and all they tell me is that I have to wait indefinitely so that they can do it economically at their convenience with complete disregard for their customers. I wait another 2 weeks before they finally deliver my items 4. One of the things they compared themselves to the others was that they do not use brokers and have their own delivery team for the interstate. Fast forward to my delivery date (waited too long for this day..), two delivery men come to the apartment and while I am talking to them, I realize these guys are contractors. The fact that they use the contractors is not an issue for me, but they lie through their teeth like they breathe air. These guys also charge absurd amount for the long distance carry, and I pay the extra because I don't want to argue with guys holding my items as a hostage at 9pm. After I pay cash, two workers are dropping off my items and as I look through, I realize that they are missing one box. They claim they dropped it off at another client's house and will contact us about it. After they are gone with their cash in pocket, they become unresponsive and I'm out here with missing items. read more

I only know this company because I hired another moving company and day of, these guys showed up instead. It was kind of a nightmare in that regard, and one guy I talked to there said BLVD often takes other companies' jobs--they had like 5 jobs on one truck, and def their point was to maximize profit instead of customer service (good old capitalism). Luckily, unlike the movers we had hired, I had a dispatch number for BLVD and someone to get in touch with when stuff showed up late (3 days late). The stuff all showed up in good shape, the guys who moved us in and out were all lovely. I spoke with three people at dispatch--one of them I'd recommend you don't talk to, named Jennifer. She was actively cruel. I told her we had a 2 month old and if movers could wear masks inside and she said "it's hard to move with a mask" I said "definitely, we will work it out so everyone's comfortable," she said "WE'RE comfortable, you're the only one with a problem." That seemed harsh. She was mean and nasty every time we spoke, like couldn't even admit it sucked for us to have a baby and both be working and have no belongings and just said 'you'll get your stuff when you get it,' and would hang up. If you do call dispatch, Zoey was absolutely amazing and probably saved me from going ballistic. She called the driver, got an update for me (any update was amazing! even one that he was going to be late!) and then from home, on a Sunday, she texted me again to let me know when they were coming. I had a great experience with Blvd. moving ! This is the second time I have used them . Customer service was so accommodating. They did everything possible to accommodate my needs and fit me into their booked schedule. Enrique and his team were top notch! So very experienced. I swear they were Supermen. The move wasn't an easy one. They glided right through it with ease. So professional. No task to hard. Enrique knew exactly what to do to fit my huge washer and dryer into a normal door. He took off door hinges, and put them back soon as the appliances were in place. I was so happy to have this great team make life so much easier for me by getting this all done so expediently. From sales to labor to dispatch to accounting and executive management, BLVD Moving is a collective of consummate scammers, all under one roof! BLVD Moving does an excellent job of low-balling estimates and leaving out key details in order to get your business. On pickup - assuming they actually show up on the agreed upon day at agreed upon time - the labor crew does an awesome job at manufacturing crises to maximize the stressfulness of your moving day. In your hour of need when the labor crew presents outrageous fee hikes and introduces new miscellaneous fees, your Sales person will do an excellent job of dodging your phone calls and Dispatch will do a great job sucking more money out of your wallet while they've got you in distress. If you're lucky, you may even get the BLVD Moving CEO specifically tell you that if you don't pay the mystery fees, BLVD Moving will leave you high and dry! This team does an excellent job of working together to maximize their profit and maximize the pain to you, the mover. This review is based on two interstate extortions, I mean "moves" by BLVD Moving. Enjoy! Although their social media person seems to be incompetent, I have contacted BLVD Movers about these issues numerous times to no avail. We were forced into a quick move situation and had 5 days to find, arrange, book, and place a deposit on a mover to get us out of our 3bd 2bth townhome of 7yrs. We had a horrible experience when moving IN with another mover so finding BLVD MOVING was a relief. The moment the 3 man crew showed up at our home I knew we were in good hands. Five minutes into chatting with them, we knew they would take great care of our family belongings. They gave us a quote on the phone for a rate that included the 3 man team, breaking down and wrapping furniture, moving heavy boxes, a LOT of heavy boxes, and a bunch of dusty stuff from the garage. What made is tougher, we were moving all of this into a 10'X25' storage unit. Not only did they come in UNDER the quoted time frame, but while finishing up the move, the 3 man team was joking and laughing and having a good time. My original movers came over an hour late unprepared but Blvd Moving showed up last minute with THREE men and a great price and got the on done fast and great.
