Not a good experience. They were professional, but when it came to the actual service - bad. My boxes arrived torn, opened, and damaged. The only reason nothing was broken was because I packed it so well. I still don't even know of anything is missing, as several boxes arrived opened and barely re-taped. My couch arrived beat up, as I guess boxes or heavy objects were placed on top, with minor scratches, not tears. The boxes that said fragile on them were thrown and torn. While the sales rep was kind and Convincing, what a nightmare the experience was. When the movers showed up, they charged us an additional $5000.00 and because our home recorded the next day, We were stuck. They charged us in the original bid $450.00 to build a crate to ship our Heritage Grandfather Clock, an additional $350.00 to add our Motorcycle to our shipment. BLVD Moving never placed our Grandfather clock in a crate and removed the pendulum, bent it and placed it in a random box. The motorcycle showed up dented and in dismay. There was Rat damage to some of our boxes and many items broken or lost in transit. I called them while the delivery was still being completed, sent pictures to them and the sent me a claim form. After delivery, my husband and I went through everything and found that over 50 boxes of our items did not arrive and our Grandfather Clock and Motorcycle were damaged. We immediatly called them and submitted their claim form, pictures and a list of items missing or damaged. NO RESPONSE. Weeks later we received an email with a $165.00 settlement offer. Really? Stay away from this company, they're dishonest to the extreme, they give you a "final" cost for your moving after listing over the phone all your items, they expect you to be moving on your last day of your leasing and then the person in charge of the moving tell you that everything has to be in boxes, in my case my original contract was around $3,000.00 and they wanted to add another $2,500.00 more for the reasons I just mentioned. They also tell you that the area you're moving is beyond their area of operation and you're going to have to pay a little bit extra!!!... I have never encounter a most outrageous dishonest organization, they abuse and take advantage of people in need to move a particular day, my time was very flexible and I was able to cancel everything and get a refund. I have used many moving companies in the past however I have never used a company such as this one. From the management to the salesperson they said one thing one day and change the price and add other options they didn't discuss the next day and then on the day of my move mover's didn't even make it. There is a lot of competition in moving and it's worth paying a little more for a move with the certainty your move won't be cancelled last second leaving you in a bind when moving is already stressful enough. I used Blvd moving to move 1300 miles from Ca to Texas. I packed almost everything with the exception. Of a very special, expensive computer my son built and a 60 in TV. Both items were packed by them. My items were packed in a small truck then moved to the warehouse in LA and unloaded and then loaded onto an eighteen wheeler almost two weeks later. All that loading and unloading and not being careful with the two most delicate items is what probably broke them. The guys that delivered my items did not even carry my boxes upstairs. They left them all in the living room for me to move later. I am mad at myself for not saying anything, but I was just finally glad to have all my stuff after 3 weeks of waiting. When my son plugged in his computer and told me it was not working, I was not happy, but did not put in a claim because it was only $100 to buy a new hard drive. We hired a handy man to put the TV on the wall and since it was so large we did not take it out of the box until he installed it. When he took it out of the box, we realized the cord was not with the TV. I had to buy another cord on Amazon for $7. When I went to turn the TV on I realized they also did not pack the remote for the TV. We finally manually turned it in and it has sound but no picture. Now I plan on doing a claim and I just read their insurance, which is crap. They are only giving .60 cents per pound and for a 60in Samsung LED TV that weighs 58lbs is $34. That is just bull crap. *** stay away!!!!!*** i am warning you guys!!!! moving is very stressful on its own. do not go with them. do your own research and make sure that you have enough time to work around if you end up having a similar experience to mine to drop them and go with someone else. if i could takeoff that one star i would. the worst moving experience in my whole entire life and i have moved around for over 10+ years now. 1- they were late during pickup 2- unprofessional customer service 3- lies about rates and after packing they will request you to sign a new agreement or otherwise you will pick up your stuff on the side walk so you are left to forcefully pay 4- lies about drop-off time. they verbally had assured me next day or two days but after 3 days i was told to read the contract which had stated up to 10 days however, verbal agreement isn't taken into account after you sign thier agreement. and the furniture was transferred to a different party to complete the delivery. so my furniture was banged up at least 3 times from their truck to their warehouse to this third party shuttle who is also trying to charge me $500. 5- bunch of screws were left at the old place for the furniture to be fully assembled 6- if i could close this business for good and fine them i would do that on a heartbeat. because no one is willing to contact me to make things right. i paid over $4000 and it was a job of $2700. paying for hidden fees at least 4 times. they charged me $700 for less than 29 box!!!! and initially it was agreed on $200 stayyyy awayyy!!!!! read more

Just moved across the country and they are unorganized and scamming us. They picked up our furniture in Los Angeles and everything seemed to go well as the movers were nice. My wife paid about half on a credit card and the moving manager who was there "Richard" said that the second half would come out of the credit card just before arrival. He didn't have any "forms" on him so she filled out the information for next payment on a piece of paper that he provided. It's not more than three weeks later and the dispatch driver just called saying he is nearby but doesn't think he can make the turn into our complex. I said there is a lot of room to turn and the parking lot is empty. He said he cannot block cars so it will cost $500 more to come back with a smaller truck. They have these clauses in contract and apparently are using it on purpose to make another $500. The parking lot is empty and easy turn right off the street I ensured but refused to listen. But it gets worse. Now they are saying "Richard" didn't use a proper credit card form as if it's our fault so they need $2500 cash tomorrow or they will not deliver and will charge more for storing. As mentioned my wife made a contract with the guy doesn't matter if it's a piece of loose leaf or their official form a contract is a contract and they won't take the credit card now. In the end, the driver and his employee were very nice and did a good job bringing everything in. The issue is that corporate does not communicate well with the drivers they have. Apparently the driver thought he was charging $1/ square feet but the company charges .78 cents which was on our contract. It took them a day and half to communicate about that so our stuff sat in storage for no reason for two days longer while we waited to hear back and they do not call back. You need to call the company over and over again. Drivers were nice, corporate doesn't communicate and that's the main issue. Edit: I am missing a box. Not possible to give zero stars, but I would if I could. My story is too long, and did not fit on the page. Suffice it to say I was quoted about $6500 for a cross-country move, CA to MA. And, while I admit I added stuff to the move, I packed most of it myself. First they told me my street wasn't wide enough, and they'd have to unload my stuff to another truck, and it would be another $1100. Then, when I got the bill, and they had already loaded my things, it turned out to be $8280. And, that was HALF. Other half due in MA. This was July 20. I asked very nicely if the delivery could be made by August 20, as I was starting a new job. They said, "no problem." Now, I did sign a paper that gave them until the 30th, but, as you will read, written agreements are only valid when they are in this company's favor. I got a call on the 13th, saying my stuff was on route, and would be there in 5 days. When I called on the 18th to inquire about the non-arrival, I received the absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life, topped only by the second time I called the same woman, who I have dubbed rude lady. The dispatcher told me that my stuff was still in CA. I told her I got a call saying it was on the way. She said, "no you didn't," then hung up on me. When finally I got a second call saying they were coming, they gave me about 8 hours notice. I called rude lady back and asked if I could please pay by cashiers' check. She said yes, but the bill was now $9070. I told her I had SIGNED a contract for $8280. She then said, and I'll never forget it, " you'll pay NINE OH SEVEN OH or we'll take your stuff, put it in storage, not tell you where it is, and deliver it when we feel like it." So, my cousin gave up a day of work, and my girlfriend her last day of vacation to drive an hour and wait for delivery the next day. And they waited, and waited and waited. Finally, the driver called and said "the truck broke down in PA, and we can't be there today, it will be tomorrow." I then insisted that it be on my schedule, in the afternoon, since two people had already given up their time. He said, "if no one is there when we arrive, we'll take your stuff and put it in a storage unit." So, my cousin gave up a second day to be there. He also told me he wanted cash, and I told him he would have to take a cashier's check because that's what rude lady told me. He called rude lady to confirm, and said my cashier's check would be okay. This is pretty shady, to want this much cash........just my opinion. From July until November, my stuff sat in my cousin's basement. When I finally closed on my condo and unpacked, I had several dishes broken, and I was missing a TV. I had two, now I have one. This is the worst company, of any kind, I have ever used, with the worst, and rudest customer service person in the history of recorded time. She should be fired. AWESOME. Can't rave enough about these movers. It was my daughter's first out of state move and she had her concerns; she's 4 and very opinionated... :) The movers were very sweet with her. She felt so comfortable around them that she spent most of her time in the rooms watching them disassemble furniture and wrap everything up. They were very kind. Pick up and drop off was very organized and efficient. I would be happy to use them in the future. My only complaint which I already told someone at BLVD Moving but I don't think it was ever addressed: I had a window that opened vertically instead of side to side. It wouldn't stay open.. so I put a thin round mirror in the window to keep it open. It was an extra mirror that was used for decoration under candelabras at a wedding.... to give you an idea. Anyway, I guess he was trying to open it more and he just let it drop from fully open. Sure, he probably wasn't expecting it to fall but the mirror shattered. Now, I wasn't mad about the mirror breaking. It probably wasn't even worth $5. The point was how he handled the situation. 1) He didn't know I was watching him. 2) He didn't say anything. He just put a shrink wrap roll to hold open the window instead. 3) He didn't clean it up. Again, I have a 4 year old. What if I hadn't witnessed that and told my daughter to stay away? Once they left... I went over there (forgetting what had happened) and got my foot stuck with a shard. It was all over the carpet and window seal. What if that was my daughter? I just thought that was very irresponsible & inconsiderate especially knowing I had a child. But again, my overall experience weighs much heavier than one mistake. read more

The worst move ever and the most unreliable company as well as very dishonest. Stay away from them and find a real professional company. I was given a quote for 1700 cubic feet, which was accurate. However at the last minute their driver decided that the cubic feet was 2400. I had no choice but to sign and pay only to discover that it was all a scam to get me to pay more. Their contract does state that I will only be billed for the actual cubic feet yet, when my goods were delivered and the new driver noticed that I was being overcharged for 1000 cubic feet, the company would not take my calls and the driver now feared he was going to lose his job because of his honesty with me. The company over charged me more than $7000 and even though their contract states that I will be charged for the actual, the company is no longer taking my calls or returning emails or texts. Now I will need to take this further and even a law suit to get my money back. read more

My husbands job transferred to Las Vegas and BLVD showed up to move us what a joke this company is the worst ! We are missing things from our move (misplaced or stolen ) our furniture was broken. We got an estimate for damages 1,600 dollars we sent them pictures and and they sent us 67 dollars .. When they arrived at our new home they threw everything in the garage and wanted to leave and sign off I said we hired you to move this into the rooms we needed they tried to say we can only do a few things. I know moving isn't easy and can be costly, so when I called BLVD Moving, and they quoted me a move at $540 - and ensured me that this would be an easy move, I felt confident that moving day was going to go as smoothly as possible. They even contacted me the day before to confirm service...all good signs. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The movers were supposed to come to my husband's and my apartment at 8:00AM. It's 8:30 and no sign of the movers, no call saying that they were going to be late. I had to call dispatch MYSELF to figure out that their driver had called in sick, and they needed to find replacement movers for me. A little heads up would have been nice at that point. So I then found out that the movers wouldn't even be available until the afternoon, pushing our move to 2:30PM and wiping out half the day. The movers arrived from another full job before, so I was their second move of the day. When they looked at our apartment, they said that this was going to be a lot of work and was going to finish at around 10-11PM. Then they quoted us at $1600, not to mention.. the TVs needed to be boxed, lamps also needed to be boxed..all at an uncharge for USING THEIR BOXES. When I spoke to my representative, he knew that I had TVs, and he didn't mention any of this. Multiple times, I asked if there were going to be blankets for the TVs to make sure we didn't need to box them ourselves. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. The movers were troopers though, and they worked hard to get it all done. In the end, they ended up charging me around $1000, so it wasn't as bad as the $1600, but still more than the quoted 540 plus the added stress. Customer service contacted me the next day to ask me what I thought of my move and I expressed my frustrations and thoughts -- in a civil way of course. I followed up a week later, and they promised that they were still working on it. Now it's been about a month and a half since the move, and no response back. The saving grace were the movers, who had a great attitude, but even one of them told my husband -- that had they known this move was going to be as "big" as it was..they would have cancelled the move and saved it for a full day. There's some miscommunication going on and they need to do something about their sales and dispatch teams in order to make sure things like this don't happen, or else they'll end up with lots of broken promises and unhappy customers. Unfortunately, this is a company I will not use again. I booked on May 29, 2021 for a pickup from Redmond, WA on June 24/25, 2021. The truck arrived at 7pm local time on June 24 to load up a 5 bedroom house. I had to call them more than ten times to find out when the truck would arrive. Obviously they had to come back the following day to complete loading. The foreman and the crew were really nice. They did a great job in packing and loading my stuff so I tipped them. The foreman said "this is the best tip we got in the recent times." Remember, once the crew moves your stuff to a warehouse, their job is done. Per contract, estimated delivery window to Leander, TX is July 2-Aug 2 of 2021. It is fascinating to learn that with a month's advance booking and 30-day delivery window after loading, this company has no clue on how to move stuff from one place to the other. They are still looking for a truck to pickup my stuff from the warehouse in WA 27 days after loading. "We strive to maintain a level of communication that eliminates the stress and inherent concern people have when hiring a moving service be it residential or commercial." ^^This is a false statement made on their website. Since the time I booked my move, they called just once, one week before the confirming the loading date. They NEVER called me after they picked up my household goods on June 24th. They don't proactively call you to update on the move. When you call, the only response they give is "we don't have an update for you. You are still within our delivery window." They don't say what happens when they cannot deliver the goods within the promised window. Their contract doesn't address this scenario either. I filed a complaint with FMCSA and BBB. Seeking a legal course of action is an expensive affair for a consumer. Companies like BLVD moving take advantage of that situation. They are in the business to make money by cheating their customers. The sales person, after booking your move with all sorts of false promises, will not respond to your emails. Do not trust blindly this company. We are a very patient family, very much advocating for family run businesses (we chose this company because we support local companies and people in general, often tipping more than 20 percent in restaurants and just overall fighting for economic justice). So, this is our very first review and complaint of anyone and anything. We don't normally go out and air our complaint for no valid reasons. But here we are! First. I want to say that the movers who moved our items were very professional and nice. Elliot and his partner was quick and efficient. So I don't want to disparage the hard workers of this company. The main complaint we have is the lack of professionalism and lack of respect. First they said they would take our items about 10-14 days before our move from home (Seattle, Washington). But they called 3 weeks (June 9) before our move but prior communication said that it would have been June 20th or so. So, we suck it up and lived on bare minimum for 3 weeks or so. They said that if we wanted our items by July 2nd, that would should comply with their suggestion, so we did! When we moved to Berkeley on July 1st. We assumed that we would have our items by July 2nd. But we waited for a call and nothing came. So we called, and must to our dismay they didn't even plan or call to inform us. Evidently, our records got lost and if I didn't call them our items would have sat in the San Jose storage and no one would know! For a company, they should have done their due diligence in planning out the route and place in which they were to deliver, even if it seemingly requires some adjustments. It should be on the company to research and plan out details. But I had to explain to them, even giving my phone number and address of delivery. Which they should already have!!!!!! I called again and they asked me wait for several minutes while they figure things out. I waited for a phone call. And I didn't receive anything yet. I have written numerous emails with very few positive replies or any actions. You just get passed around. We have a 2 year old baby girl with no bed, we have no cooking utensils, and a bunch of our professional and medical equipment is in those boxes. Again, we agreed to the early move, and now have been without those items for nearly a month (2 days shy of a month to be exact). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. It breaks my heart to say it because I support small business and support people of color companies with people of color workers! But it has been such a painful process in communicating our needs and accommodating their schedules. We started with a promise that it would not exceed 1500 dollars a move but the price keeps escalating. We even paid for the deposit and the 50 percent of the move. Gave them 850 in cash and will pay them the 50 percent when we arrive. AT THIS POINT, WE FEEL SO DEFEATED THAT WE ARE HIGHLY CONSIDERING HIRING A LAWYER AND FILING A LAWSUIT. We feel scammed, used, and abused! Again, I do not intend to bad mouth the personal character of anyone. I am just commenting on the lack of professionalism, and lack of honoring their word. We didn't even mind paying for some of the extra fees, tipping the workers as they moved our items. At this point we have paid more than $1000.00, including moving insurance, and we still don't have our items and still no one has reached out to smooth things over. We really consider our items lost and gone. So we are planning to live our lives without the precious items we have--IT IS SO SAD-We have many sentimental items in there. read more

This is the WORST mover I have ever used. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Let me try to relay everything that went wrong with my move 1) Showed up late in taking my items because claimed last minute they realized they needed a "shuttle" which would be an extra charge to me 2) Were there 3+ hours inventorying my items although I stayed within their parameters, spent 3+ hours fighting extra charges, eventually caved to about 400+ extra charges 3) Delivered my mattress DESTROYED without the plastic I had put on it at the beginning, entire purpose of my move was to move my mattress, it was covered in mud and smelled like cigarettes and mold. 4) ruined dishes, dented TV which was VERY carefully packed 5) EVERYTHING SMELLED of smoke & must, had to wash everything that was on truck or dry clean it 6) spent 3+ hours delivering my items, would not even remove it from the truck without trying to get about 400+ additional charges out of me, had to dispute them, claiming my elevator was more than 70 feet from the truck (it was not) or that they charged extra for an elevator (they do not) TOTAL SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THEM THEY GAVE ME TOTAL HEADACHES FOR DAYS ON END AND RUINED ALL MY STUFF. They only refund 60 cents per lb so filing a complaint is another headache barely worth it. read more

I hired two movers, at the suggestion of a sales rep over the phone, and we were supposed to take four hours to move my very small 2 bed 1 bath apartment. The movers arrived late and tired after a previous job, argued with me for 40 minutes about how to get a couch out of my apartment and told me it wasn't possible (even though it made it up the first time so it had to be able to be moved down) and overall it was a horrible experience. They didn't plastic wrap many of my expensive furniture pieces, scratched my velvet couch, damaged my TV stand, and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the company for a refund for the damages. They didn't move the boxes or furniture into the new rooms they were supposed to go in when they unpacked the truck. Do NOT hire these movers. They charged me $500 only to damage furniture pieces worth at least $1,000. What a waste. read more

The movers from my departure location were FANTASTIC! Very friendly, hard working and courteous gentlemen. The movers on the arrival side were terrible. Lazy, not friendly, 8+ hours late! Customer service for BLVD Moving is bad. I would have to leave nasty voicemails and e-mails in order to get someone to call me back. Otherwise they take advantage of you and give you the run-around unless you are overly assertive. They did refund me a couple hundred bucks to cover damaged goods, so I made it 3 stars instead of 2, but they only did it after I wrote a bad review. I needed to find a moving company that also would store my things from my house I've lived in for 36 years. Blvd. Moving was the right choice! They accommodated my every whim...I needed them to pick up my things on two different days, and then hold all until I was more settled in my new home, and this they did effortlessly. I was extremely skeptical in using this company. The reviews either seem to be 5 stars or 1 star. As I searched around online I noticed this is a common issue with many moving companies. My experience with BLVD was excellent. We were moving into a pod outside our home. There was a slight rain which the guys worked around. They were fast, professional, careful and nice. Their previous job went over in time due to rain but they worked in the dark for us and made it happen. We had a 3 hr cap and they hustled in order to get it done in that time so we didn't go over. They did a fantastic job, I had zero complaints with the team we were given and the price was reasonable! read more

Stolen Firearms & Criminal Acts of Drop-off movers Official Statement A secured, locked, and tagged firearms case containing 4 firearms was truckloaded at origin address, upon delivery I noticed the concealment box marked wardrobe, was open and the firearms case locks were missing, I opened it immediately to find the entire contents had been stolen. I've informed the moving company, who has yet to cooperate, and filing reports with police, FMCSA, ATF, and attorneys ADDITIONALLY, a dropoff mover also invited an unknown female into my new place while i was in the building lobby, it is confirmed by security footage she does not live in the building. read more

They lie through their teeth, push deadlines out without warning or explanation, offer bribes to unwitting customers who are in a bind, break furniture, lose furniture, refuse to return phone calls OR emails...I could go on. Their original quote went up and up and up--and there was nothing we could do about it. When I inquired about an arbitration clause, they had no clue what I was asking for. (Or, rather, they probably did and didn't want to disclose or share it because it would be a binding document in my favor.) Their "positive" reviews are SO bogus it's laughable. If you don't give a tinker's damn about your furniture, heirlooms, valuable possessions, or the like--these are your people. The ONLY upside to this horrific experience is that I'm not one of those individuals who allows himself to be taken to the cleaners without spreading the word--FAR AND WIDE! I have told ANYONE & EVERYONE how vile these bastards are--and I will continue to do so. (The perks of being a social media influencer. You picked the wrong dude to screw over, assholes.) DO NOT HIRE BLVD MOVING UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE WITHOUT YOUR BELONGINGS FOR A MONTH. I hired BLVD movers for my first cross-country move for me and my little girl from San diego to NY. They packed my things very quickly, but it's now the start of 3 weeks and they haven't even shipped my things out to NY!!! I call all the time for an ETA and all they say is they are waiting for a truck to come to their warehouse so they can load my things. He wont tell me any kind of estimate...not 2 days, 4 days...nothing! I have been without my personal belongings for 2 weeks now and he says at most can be another 2 weeks! If I knew it was going to be a month without my belongings I would have a test prepared. The sales guy told me they have padding for delivery time which I understand, so the contract says 21 days. But he also told me average time is about 2 weeks. So that's what I prepared for. We have no family out here and I'm a single mom. My daughter has started school and I have a new job but we are living out of suitcases and sleeping on an air mattress, which is taking a toll on my back now after 2 weeks. Every time I call I get a brush off too which is really the worst. I would appreciate at least an ETA but all he says is he cant say. Really? You guys supposedly own your own trucks and are so organized but you have no idea when your driver is due back at your warehouse?!?!?! Oh! And he keeps reminding me that the 21 days are BUSINESS DAYS! So your drivers dont drive on weekends or holidays? So if he's on the road on Thursday he's gonna pull over when the weekend comes?! It's just crap and excuses and I wish I never ever hired them. I believed the other reviews I saw of their great service, and of course they were great until my stuff is all loaded and they jack up the cost of the packing by $700. Yes, I also received an in-home estimate where he walked through every room and he completely screwed up and misjudged the packing boxes. I can understand 100 bucks and he even told me that, but 700?!! What's the point of an in-home estimate that's supposedly 98% accurate if it's totally wrong?! Again...I just need to know things up front rather than being sold or flat out lied to. I'm still waiting for my things. They're still sitting in their warehouse in LA. Not shipped yet. No ETA. look, did the move happen? yeah, and everything eventually worked out. the problem was that one of the guys was clearly doing most of the work, but i was being charged for two guys. what should've taken 4 hours took 7, and i ended up having to pay for what definitely could have been done faster, if the other guy had decided to move quicker. i get it; moving is tough especially when there's a lot to move, but they really took their time with this and it ended up costing me a lot more money than the original quote. would i recommend these guys? no. they did a great job but i mean, come on, this was ridiculous how much it cost. definitely not worth the price, or it would be if they worked more efficiently. actually coming back to this review they broke a bunch of stuff haha, it's insane how much is broken this was totally mishandled read more

We hired Blvd Movers to move our stuff from California to Washington. We bought a large mirror box from them to keep my mirror safe. Well they lost my mirror which goes on my dresser lost about 4 or 5 boxes/ totes. Every piece of furniture was scratched and scraped. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT! They are no help in relocating my stuff. One women is basically saying I didn't lose the stuff that's gone, what a joke these people are. I wish I would have moved myself, I can't replace the things they lost. Don't use these movers, you will regret it. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This company moved my parents house. The truck arrived two weeks late AND had broken nearly all of our belongings. When we tried to contact the company about these issues, they blocked our phone number/emails and refused to reimburse us for the damage and lost time. This company is not capable of operating. The miners showed up 2 hrs late. I don't want to fill up the truck even though you pay by the hr dropped my coffee table out of the back of their truck. Scratched chipped or broke d few furniture pieces. On top of all that I'm missing 3 boxes. Do not recommend to anyone! read more

Spoke with a few different relocation companies and was most impressed with Colin from BLVD Moving, by a wide margin in fact. He explained things very clearly and answered all my questions without hesitation. I have a pretty big 3 bedroom home so this move was no small feat. Colin was instrumental at putting my nerves at ease. He was available anytime I had a question & provided plenty of guarantees that my move would be handled with care. Once the movers arrived at my home they got to work and had the job done in record time. And when they arrived at my new home well within the promised delivery time frame, it was the same careful but swift treatment of my stuff.
