DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'm updating my original review because I am beyond upset with how things went after my items were picked up. I would give them negative starts if I could. I was promised that my things would be delivered before Christmas by their sales rep Cameron. They never once mentioned to me that it would be a 21 day delivery window until the day they came to pick up my items. Then, once they picked them up - they decided to give me the run around for several weeks. Telling me it will be loaded tomorrow when I called and then never giving me updates. Every single communication I have had with this company involved me hunting them down to find out where my things were. They are way past their delivery date and missed their guaranteed 21 day window. On top of that. They said my items would be delivered yesterday and suddenly they had "truck trouble" and even though I was in direct communication with dispatch, they never once told me and I waited around all day for nothing. I took off time from work and was told it would be here today between 8-10 am. It's now way past that time as well. It's insane to me how negligent and unprofessional this company is. I have been attempting to speak directly to a manager or a high level decision maker at this company, however the employees keep passing myself and my husband around to each other saying that there is no management. So you mean to tell me I am supposed to trust a company carrying thousands of dollars of my personal property that has no management and cares so little about their customers? This has been the worst nightmare company to deal with. They completely breached contract and refuse to compensate us for our time and troubles, and they refuse to have a managing associate directly contact us. An apology and explanation would be nice although I'm sure we will never get that. I'm also going to be reporting this company to the BBB so they can be fully investigated. It looks like other customers have had equally horrible experiences. Do not listen to their sales tactics. It's absolutely bait and switch and they will all lie through their teeth. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! They made my move from San Francisco to Seattle a complete nightmare. From start to finish they were completely incompetent. They have zero customer relation skills and it is impossible to get a call back or talk to anyone that can give you any pertinent information. They may be cheap but you get what you pay for and it will always work out more expensive in the long run. Several of my items were damaged and some were completely broken and unusable. If you are considering hiring BLVD MOVING COMPANY, I suggest you read the following; My furniture was picked up in Phoenix Arizona on 12/20/2020 and I have not received delivery 35 days. And BLVD Moving Co. has not provided a date for delivery. I contracted BLVD Movers on 12/14/20 to move my furniture from Phoenix Arizona to Chicago Illinois. I signed a "Binding Agreement" to pay a total fee of $6782.00. I paid a down payment of $282.00 at that time. My furniture was picked up from Phoenix on 12/20/2020 and BLVD movers changed the contract and charged me an additional $905.00. I was told the previous charge was a mistake. I was then required to pay $3702.50 half of the total charge before the movers would load my furniture. This was a common used "bait and switch" tactic used at the eleventh hour when a customer has no other alternative but to accept. It was agreed that my furniture would be delivered to my new Chicago address on 10/04/2021. On 12/22/2020, I contacted BLVD via email to dispute the additional charge. On 12/28/2020 I contacted BLVD again via email to dispute the additional charge and to inquire when I could expect delivery. On both occasions I did not receive a reply to my emails to Movers BLVD Re-location agent. Additionally, on 12/28/2020 I received a email from BLVD Customer Service agent informing me that I would not receive delivery on 01/04/2021, and that it would be the middle of January 2021 before it could deliver. No exact date was given. I called BLVD customer service on 01/08/2021 to find out when I could expect delivery, I was not provided a delivery date. I called BLVD re-location agent on 01/09/2021 regarding delivery and the additional charge, and was told he would check on it and get back with me. However he has not got back to me. As of today (01/23/2021) it has been (35) days since my furniture was picked up and my wife and I are still waiting for BLVD Movers to deliver our furniture and personal belongings. We have been waiting at our home in Chicago since 01/04/2021 for delivery of our belongings. It is the middle of Winter here and we are without change of clothes, coats and other day to day living necessities. We are sleeping on the floor and compelled to order food to eat because we have no cooking/dining materials. I am a 71 year old Disabled American Veteran. I suffer from various medical disabilities and conditions. My wife and I are enduring great anxiety, discomfort, pain and suffering as a result of BLVD Moving refusal to deliver our furniture and personal belongings, or to provide information as to when we can expect delivery. BLVD continues to provide excuses for its non-compliance with the binding contract, while my wife and I continue to suffer. It was worst experience for me with BLVD movers. 1) First when the sales person came, he was so nice and told that they are the best movers in town, they deliver fast and with care (so though it was expensive i went with them), but when the actual move came, i was suppose to vacate the phoenix house on 6/29 and i gave a 5 days window until 6/28), but they did not come for pick up.. i had to call them multiple times and say harsh words and finally they came with Budget truck on 6/29(night) instead of there semi.. but i had to leave phoenix, so did not argue... 2) In the destination they told they will deliver on 07/03 (Note - it was a short distance move from AZ to CA - less than 500 miles). They never turned up.. i called them several time, most of the time went to voice message(not sure they did not take my calls after seeing the caller id)... they said they have a window of 7 days from 07/03(my preferred date) to deliver it. but i asked them it will take 7 days from AZ to CA ??? and more over the date should be from 06/29(pick up date).. but i waited for 7 days window from 07/03 (note: we leaved with my two little ones with out any beds and things for 12 days). I called them every day, but when the 7th day came they said they never guarantee that they will deliver in 7 days(as per the document that i signed it has a larger window of 30 day + lot of clauses like weather, god, traffic etc may cause the timelines) 3) Finally i said, if you dont deliver it today, i will sue your company.. i had to be harsh with them.. At last they delivered it on 07/13 afternoon ( when i checked with truck driver, he said my things arrived CA 2 days back, not sure why they did not deliver, until i said i will sue your company if you dont deliver it today. 4) and finally to all the misery - the broke most of the things.. damages to tv stand, dinning table, lamps broken, missing shelves etc.......... I was just moved by Boulevard Moving...As an ex-military, I have moved more than 20 times in the last 35 years. This is the absolutely worst moving company ever in my experience. $7k estimate for 10,000lbs, $21k+ cost...upon arrival did not unpack (for $21K!) so now we have 100 boxes to self unpack and are left with all the paper and boxes that now fill up our 3 car garage! I had to find someone to move my personal belongings in December 2017 from Northridge to Westminster, last minute (the next day.) We had sold our building, I had just had surgery so it was a very last minute deal, and they had no problem, did not try to gouge me or take advantage of my circumstances. Fontaine was my delivery driver. He couldn't have been nicer. He was very fast in unloading the truck and helping me check for all my items. Qualified Review As a contract engineer, I have moved at the very least 15 times in the past 15 years. Sometimes I had to move myself, other times I had the money to have someone to pack and move me to my new location. When I tell you I know I am talking about when it comes to moving, you should pay attention. In April of 2017 I decided to relocate to Huntsville, Alabama from Los Angeles, California since the company I was working for shut the project down due to funding. I found a website where I could get multiple quotes from various movers without picking up the phone, so I did just that. Holy shit the phone was ringing off the hook for weeks. I finally gave into a cute voice on the phone and gave her my business and a deposit. The following day BLVD movers (Matthew Brody) called me and I told him I was already contractually bound thinking I could get him off the phone. He asked who I went with and I told him the company name and he said that it didn't matter if I went with his company or not but that he wanted to show me something about this company and give me a price estimate. I reluctantly agreed since I was curious about what kind of bullshit he was going to throw my way. Matthew showed up and I explained again that I was already locked in to a contract, He said no you are not and let me show you something. We looked up the company name and address and he showed me what is called in the industry a "reincarnation". This was a new one on me and I asked what he meant. Then he showed me on my computer that the company was so terrible in their previous dBa (doing business as) that the "rebranded" themselves and started up again in the same address but with different shirts and trucks. I investigated this and noticed that the reviews for this company were only a year or so old and the address was exactly the same. Son of a Bitch, that guy just saved me a shit ton of pain. Ok, so now I am picking up what this guy is putting down. We walked my entire apartment and came up with a price. He explained that in the unlikely event of a long carry or multiple flights of stairs there would be additional charges which I already knew about from the other 14 times I had moved. We talked about BLVD packing me and me doing some packing. We talked about particle board furniture and we talked about the process of what will happen and when it will happen. So, I gladly signed and gave him a 500.00 deposit on the spot. He told me they guys would be there on the 28th of April to pack me up and asked me when the first available date was I could accept the shipment. I told him the 5th of May which is how long it took me to drive to Alabama with a stop or two along the way to visit friends and family. I also asked him about moving my motorcycle as well. He said that it would not be wise for him to do it and that he knew a guy. He said how much do you want to pay and I said 750.00 is a fair price since I had done this before when moving to and from Seattle. He said he would make a call and have the bike mover call me. The bike mover called and arranged to pick up my bike on the 26th of April and I could tell right away this guy moved bikes. He picked up my bike on his trailer and left as scheduled. He made a promise and kept it. Barlow Moving is the company name and I will review him separately. He did a wonderful job and I will use him or recommend him again as needed. On the 28th, four guys showed up, as promised by Matthew. The guys worked like I had never seen movers work before. I had extra time on my hands before they showed up so I packed a good portion of my stuff to make the move faster for them. They did such a good job I gave them 100.00 each. They were very appreciative and cleaned up the apartment leaving no trash or damage as they left. I arrived in Huntsville on the 4th of May and I was exhausted and ready to get my stuff in my apartment as soon as possible. I knew from talking to Matthew that it was going to be 21 days max since the distance was over 2000 miles. I prepared myself as best as I could by bringing what I needed to exist on for the next 3 weeks. Sometime went by and I decided to check in to see where my shipment was at and when I should expect it. I spoke to Brian in long distance dispatch. He was very polite, courteous and told me that the shipment was still in CA. It took a while due to logistics not being the most dependable science in the world but they finally got my belongings on a truck headed my way. By the way, they use Roadway for long distance hauls which was fine by me. Well, today is the 22nd of May and my shipment was just delivered this morning. It took two guys about 3 1/2 hours to off load all of my stuff. I had to pay 112.50 extra for the long-distance carry since the truck driver couldn't get his truck in the space I planned him using. Those guys busted their ass as well, and again I gave them each 100.00 tip. They were grateful, polite and respectful of my belongings. read more

So this company reached out to me. They got my number from a box company that my realtor used as a gift. The sales guy asked me what items I needed moved. I told him what items I need moved and how far the move was. He said ok no problem this should take under 4 hours. He told he it's 450$ but if I leave a 50$ deposit on my credit card he'll do it for 400) today. I said ok assuming they're a moving company and the items I listed they should know the time frame to move them. It was basically the 3 beds,dressers, couch and coffee table all under a mile. I moved all the small stuff myself . So when they arrive they start loading and I said I'll be back I'm running to my new house. So while I'm gone they have my 80 year old dad who suffers from myastheniagravis sign a paper. Well now this paper says 4 hour minimum and charges if they go over that. So I get the bill when there done that it is now 530$ dollars. I argued with the employees and said that wasn't the deal. In the business world if a guy tells you what the job is and then you give him a price that's the deal. It's not my fault it took longer than the salesman estimated and quoted on time. Keep in mind they sent 2 guys to do the job. Which one of them dragged my daughters dresser down the stairs. Then left a scratch on the bottom wood flooring. Last time I checked movers carry things not drag them. I just paid them cause I didn't have time to argue. But I would not recommend them at all read more

We contracted to have our household goods picked up and stored for a month, than delivered to New Orleans. The crew that picked up and delivered our goods were great. The issue I had was with who is responsible for routing the truck. The driver called when trying to deliver the goods saying he couldn't get to our home because he couldn't make a right turn onto our street. He was very upset with his dispatch because he said they should have told him while routing him. Dispatch called and charged us an additional $850 so that the driver could rent a smaller truck, move our stuff to the truck and deliver to us. We didn't have a choice but to pay. I don't agree that we should have paid, but they had our stuff. It sure sounded like they were just charging us more because they knew we really didn't have a choice. My BLVD crew of 3 showed up on time as communicated to me the night before and they were AMAZING! These guys carefully wrapped my furniture and were very professional yet down to earth. I should also mention that they were VERY respectful to my mom who was kind of getting in the way until I reeled her back in (you know Moms!). Once they packed up my belongings in their truck, they made a second stop to my BF's place and loaded him up! Ahhhh-MAZING! This was my first experience with professional movers and it was worth the reasonable amount I paid. As with any service, I like to add a gratuity which my BF generously gave them. DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY! I had the move from hell moving just a few pieces of furniture and boxes from LaQuinta Calif to Ft Worth, Texas. When movers arrived tthey did not honor their quote even though I had told them the exact size of boxes and measurements of all paintings and furniture. When it was delivered there was only one person, the driver, and he would not pull into my neighborhood because he was afraid he would scratch his truck on the trees, He immediately got out and measured the distance from his truck to my house and charged me $500. extra plus I had to pay another gentleman $500. to help unload and use his pickup to move items to my house. My sofa was not even inside the truck but had traveled all the way wrapped in plastic tied to back of truck. You can imagine the condition of sofa. We used BLVD Moving to move our 1-bedroom apartment's worth of stuff from LA to DC. I did a LOT of research before landing on BLVD because it was such a daunting move, and they seemed to have the best reviews for the most reasonable price. The sales rep made getting a quote quick and easy over the phone, based on the inventory I went over with him. He gave me a lot of helpful information to make sure I understood potential extra costs - like additional insurance or having a shuttle deliver our things if the 18-wheeler couldn't park in our new neighborhood. The move went very smoothly. The two guys who picked up our things in LA were really friendly and efficient, and handled our stuff with care. The separate guys who delivered our things were the same. Stuff was picked up and dropped off exactly when the company said it would be. The only negative thing I have to say is the staff at the LA office isn't very responsive in getting back to you after you book your move. They keep you updated with lots of info along the way - when the movers are picking up, dropping off, etc. BUT, if you call and try to get a hold of them outside of those communications, it's extremely difficult to get a call or email back. Not a big deal, since everything ended up going well, but makes life a little more stressful if you're paranoid about things potentially NOT going right...like me. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I just completed a cross country move using BLVD and it has been the worst moving experience I have ever had... I moved from San Francisco Bay area to the east coast below is a breakdown of how the process went for me and where it took a turn. In Home Estimate - this was really great, Alex came out to walk through my apartment and write up an estimate for the total cost of moving. He assured me that this was the best process as it insures the price doesn't change on delivery. He even explained that companies that operate as moving brokerages are the ones that change the price on you once your items arrive. I believed him and gave my deposit to book my move. The Pickup Went smoothly, i did notice some flakes of wood around my apartment that gave me an indication that the guys moving my stuff were not being careful with my furniture, disappointing but nothing to be overly concerned about. The delivery The guys delivering my things called me when they were about 3 hours away. I had no 24 hour heads up as i had been lead to believe and was unable to meet them that day to receive my items. Immediately upon my first interaction with them they started haggling the expense of delivering my items. The driver told me he had a 53 foot truck and would not be able to deliver them to my apartment (sight unseen mind you) and would need to use a shuttle service that would cost $530 extra dollars minimum. I told him that my apartment complex confirmed that a truck this size would have no problem delivering my items as other residents had done the same. He then came back and said he was towing another trailer and his total size was now 72 foot. Changing his story from the first time. He went on to argue with me over the delivery and told me it would be even more expensive if they had to come out and couldn't deliver and then had to use a shuttle service. I felt as if i had no choice but to do what he was demanding since at this point I am hostage to them because they have all my belongings. He will not let me pay for these extra fees any other way except cash, i could not use a credit card or money order or check only cash with no receipt. I feel extremely taken advantage of - the mover I dealt with considers himself a smooth talker, he has a million canned responses and techniques to milk as much as he can from you. Once he was on site he then started telling me that it was too far for them to carry my things and that the company wants him to charge a long haul fee but he hates to do this so if i can just pay extra in cash he won't charge me what the company would make him. Here we go again with another charge that can't be paid any other way except cash. Horrible experience. They know you are at their mercy and they take full advantage. I ended up paying $700 in cash over what i was 'guaranteed'... My items I am missing two boxes of kitchen goods, 1 step ladder, I was missing a wardrobe box but luckily that was located. My $3,000 buffet is broken, my 55inch TV that they packed was packaged without the screws to reinstall it's base and the movers delivering it wouldn't take it out of its box and put it back together (a service i had already paid for). They put my sectional over my rug with my rug folded up underneath it - i live alone and can't move my sectional to fix this. The real kicker though was that they showed up without any tools, yup - NO TOOLS. What moving company delivers you furniture with no tools to put it back together??!?!?!?! So, they couldn't put my bed together, they couldn't put my dining room table together they refused to even take the wrapping off my broken buffet bc 'there was nothing they could do'. They left trash everywhere from the furniture - i thought it was only in my apartment but later on when i walked out to my hall i saw that they had been stuffing a ton of plastic wrap, tape, clothes out there. This was the worst experience i have had and I move every year for work. I know things happen but this was absolutely ridiculous. I did not receive the service I paid for and was taken advantage of. They were 2 days late picking up my things. Then, I was told my things would be arriving last week, and I called the morning of the day that I was told delivery would be. There was no answer, so I left a message. Later when I called back (since they hadn't returned my call), they said they would have to contact dispatch and call me back. They never called me back. I had a terrible experience with BLVD moving from Sacramento to Rancho Mirage in January. I was quoted a price and then when the mover arrived he wanted to be paid on the spot before my boxes were loaded and then I had to call continually to get a status of where my load was. We ended up with this company after signing up with Starving Students in California to move our deceased parents' belongings to our place in Oregon. It was a terrible experience. Date promised for delivery wasn't respected. Phone calls were not returned. When delivery did finally happen, some of the goods were damaged. The driver was rude, arrogant, and a bully. He raised his voice to my husband and me when we wanted to check off items on a list as unloaded. He gave us a hard time when we wanted a receipt for money paid. He made light of the fact that my father had just died and laughed it off. He was demanding of a tip for his assistant and tried to embarrass my husband into paying one. We were appalled by his behavior and will never again use this company. The day after delivery I made a verbal complaint to Blvd. I was assured that I would be contacted by Customer Service. My experience with BLVD Moving company was interesting to say the least. First I want to give credit where the credit is due. The 2 movers that showed up to my home was fantastic. Their names were Juan and Lupe. They were on time, they were very professional and polite. No complaints about them at all. They were actually the best part of the whole 30 day across country move experience. Without the the truck driver and the mover making the end of the experience so good I would not be saying one nice word about this company. So kudos to 2 people in the company that actually knows their job, does their job well and knows how to communicate in an accurate manner. The Dispatch/Customer service team sucked. No one gives out accurate information and you have to call 4x before ANYONE answers the phone. Depending on who answers the phone will depend on how many different answers you will get for the same question. Poorly trained staff. Now the management team or the lovely sales staff that sells you on how great their company is. Not sure where they got their poor training skills also. Once you agree to the quote and they get that 10% deposit you will NEVER get help or hear from them again. And if you do their tone of voice let's you know they don't want to be bothered. Let's just sum the whole experience up like this. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Not the best! I guess it could have been worse. I'm just used to dealing with people more on the ball. Where do I even start? BLVD moving company is the BEST! I swear I will use them every time I move. I'll start off with saying that I really needed movers fast in the Antelope Valley area and San Fernando Valley area and this moving company came to my aid quickly and helped me with my move the next day! On top of the quick move, the workers were awesome. They moved everything safely and even got all of my heavy items out of the house with ease!! They were very nice, and happy to help. Once I got all of my items to my new home the two movers set up everything exactly how I wanted. They even hooked up my washer and dryer!! This was absolutely the best moving experience I have ever had. I was stressed out thinking about the move and how long it was going to take me to set up everything and organize all the furniture.... but they have no idea how much they helped me become worry free about the entire process. I was told that he has customers who blame them for everything and then there are customer who love them. My husband and I recently moved from Los Angeles to Detroit using BLVD Moving. When we initially were researching movers, we were honestly worried about using anyone! Reviews for pretty much every company were all over the place, and it felt like we were reading horror story after horror story about lost/damaged belongings, overpayment etc. We ended up going with BLVD after reading enough positive reviews to make us feel comfortable. It was a great decision! For a cross-country move, the whole process was pretty much as seamless as it gets. We first got our quote over the phone from Bryan which ended up being pretty accurate (final quote was a bit higher, but that was because we did a poor job eyeballing number of boxes needed and ended up purchasing some new furniture before the move). But even the final cost was WAY lower than some of the other moving costs we'd been quoted. When it got closer to moving day, we followed up with BLVD and, because it turned out Bryan was out of the office for a couple weeks, we were put in touch with Julie to help us update our quote. She was fantastic! Communication was generally easy, although it usually took us a couple phone calls and/or voicemails to get ahold of dispatch (e.g., for information on timing of mover arrival in LA; getting updates on where moving truck was etc.). But as long as you are proactive about checking in, BLVD is responsive. Our movers arrived in Detroit about a week after we got there, and all of our stuff was in great shape. A couple broken dishes and wine glasses, but that's to be expected with a cross- country move (and with us packing ourselves). Everything the movers packed (e.g., china, TV) was in perfect condition. What a horrible experience. We used Blvd Moving to move some bedroom furniture from our house to my daughters new apartment across country. We prepaid for the move. We were told it would be delivered within a time frame of 3-21 days. They guys that picked up the furniture from our house were great. Very professional, and nice to work with. I would call dispatch once or twice a week to try to get an update. Sometimes had a hard time getting a call back, but the people were always nice when I did speak with them. The problems started with the timing, and continued with the truck driver and his helper. They held onto our furniture for a month before shipping! So needless to say, the furniture was not delivered within the time window promised. The delivery was to my 23 year old daughter - who was alone in her apartment at the time. 1st the driver calls her to tell her that he can't get the truck on her street - and does she have a pick-up truck she can bring to him. There had been an 18 wheeler on her street just the week prior, so it would fit. Either way, she is on the corner of a larger street where there would be no issue, so she instructed him to go to that street. He then said she would have to help him move the stuff in, and that the balance due was $400. And if she did not help, he would leave. Keep in mind, we prepaid for the move - so there was no balance due. She told him that it was prepaid, and that they were supposed to move everything in. At that point she was told that she had to go out and stay by the truck because they could not leave it unattended....basically let two strange men into her apartment alone....or help move the furniture in....or they were going to leave and not deliver her furniture. She was feeling very intimidated by this point, and afraid for her safety, and that she would not get her furniture, so she went and stayed by the truck. There was even a point where the drivers helper, who did not speak very good English, was insisting that my daughter give him her phone number so he could call her all the time and she could "help him learn English". Wth? To finish off the day, the driver had my daughter sign for the delivery....and then turned away....wrote on the paper....and gave her a copy saying she owed $250!!!......that was NOT on the paper when my daughter signed. She did not pay anything but insisted they leave. My husband contacted Blvd immediately. They assured him that the owner of the company would call him back, and that the matter would be addressed. After a couple of further attempts at contacting them, we still have not heard anything back. We are now considering pursuing other legal options. read more

I've used BLVD for many small local moves here in LA. This time around I was arranging a long distance move for my current employer (CA-FL) I requested an In-Home estimate, Matt came out and performed a thorough walk thru of the home. It was a large move, however after reviewing other companies estimates my employer decided to go with BLVD as they provided special crating services, long term storage and more. They delivered the items meeting the delivery time windows we requested, my employer was happy. They have great staff and crews. I will defiantly keep using and referring BLVD. read more

Also, thank you for keeping your rates reasonable! To be honest, I was a bit hesitant to use BLVD Moving in the beginning because of the review left from Tracy B. I'm so glad I went with my gut and chose this company, however. It turns out the reviewer, Tracy B. wasn't even a customer, this guy worked at a company David worked at before he started his own business. Yelp said they couldn't remove the review. Absolutely appalling! I hope I can save you from the headache! I booked our move more than 1 month in advance. Went with BLVD Moving because I felt great about what they said and the price that they provided. Fast forward to LESS THAN 24 hours before the move CROSS COUNTRY, and they call and tell me that the truck is having issues and they won't be able to be here until late Sunday night or Monday but won't know for sure until dispatch tells them. I was moving my daughter home from college. We were in town simply to move her stuff home and they pulled this one on us. I got a call from dispatch the Wednesday before to confirm the move on Saturday (that they are now saying was a fraudulent call from an unknown person) and that the foreman for the move would contact me by EOD Friday to let me know what time they'd be there. Great! I spoke to a Sales rep Friday afternoon and confirmed we would have less inventory and how payment should be received. All was great. Then received a call around 5:20p EDT FRIDAY that they had an issue with the truck and wouldn't be able to pick up until Sunday night or Monday. We are from out of state. My daughter was driving back home on Saturday in order to be at work by Monday. I had a flight schedule for Sunday morning. There was nothing offered by this company other than an apology and some bullshit excuse for why they were bailing on us for a cross country move literally HOURS BEFORE they should have been there to pick up. Maybe they're better at local moves, no clue. But they completely screwed us on a cross country move hours before pick up and I would strongly recommend going elsewhere! And they could care less how this affects you. Not sure how they've managed to stay in business so long!! As a "courtesy", they refunded the $100 deposit. Ummmm thanks? Please beware. I found BLVD Moving on Angie's List. I was moving from Las Vegas to Santa Clarita CA and needed the best experience for a good price. All of the reviews there were glowing, and so I gave it a shot. Hands down, it was the best moving experience I could have had. They were very professional and had a very competitive price. On move day the movers showed up on time, took their time with wrapping up my items and were very pleasant. They even charged me a lesser price than what was on the contract because my things took up less space than the contract specified. When the driver delivered my things in California, he gave a day's notice, called when he was near by and was right on time. I will use BLVD again if I need to (hopefully I stay put here for longer than a year), and I highly recommend! Ask for Bryan.Good luck with your move! read more

I usually don't bother with reviews...my husband and I have had bad experience with our last move. We hired a broker and was disaster. They didn't do anything they said they would. I called Blvd and really was more focused on doing myself. I spoke with a nice rep, who assured me they were full service professional movers..I was hesitant we had acquired some antiques and had EXPENSIVE art work. We took the chance because they explained everything when I booked, they knew about every piece I wanted moved and gave me a quote that was acceptable. I spoke to other professional movers and they were too high priced. In a nutshell they showed up on-time for pick up..their movers came in and knew exactly what to do. By the time they left with all the care they had done I knew my belongings were safe. Delivery was the same thing, they unloaded and reassembled furniture.
