Gino who took care of my intake was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They also had a comfy waiting area stocked with complimentary coffee and snacks, but I didn't need to wait long because I was out of there within an hour, oil changed and tires rotated. Their prices are fair and they accept both credit card and cash/Zelle (if you want to avoid the 3% credit card surcharge). During the oil change they also noted some things that will need repair, but weren't pushy with their recommendations. For that I am very appreciative, and will most definitely come back for their continued services.

It was not. He was wedged in there for 12 hours with no food, no water, and zero litter box access. He was absolutely losing it. I ran through every option. Fire department? Busy with the actual chemical explosion rattling all of OC, fair. Animal control? Ghosted me. My cousin, currently out of the country, tried Tesla Roadside Assistance through the app. Tesla's answer: their technicians are not trained to rescue animals. Noted, but deeply unhelpful in the moment. Two other mechanics passed too. Jesse was my third Yelp attempt and my last real option. He showed up within two hours, no fuss, and got straight to work. He tried everything - the frunk, underneath, removing the right wheel - methodically working different angles for an hour and a half because my cat had chosen the most inconvenient possible position to be chonky in. Jesse stayed patient the entire time and got him out safely. My cat is home. He is fine. He is completely unbothered, as cats are. Jesse showed up when nobody else could. That is not something I will forget. Oh, and his prices are insanely reasonable. If you need a mechanic who will actually show up and problem-solve, Jesse is your guy.

No show, no answer calls or texts until a call at 930 - where he apologizes for issues on Tuesday and will show up at 5PM. Fine. I'll adjust my evening plans too. An organized person would have adjusted plans and communicated Wednesday if they had issues/delays Tuesday. Then, at 2PM calls back and says looking more like 530PM. And then he says... oh? Did I give you a price already? Oh that's actually a lot of work and says it'll actually cost 60% more. That was enough to call it quits. While I can't speak to his mechanic abilities, he fell short on: 1) being able to accurately understand and estimate work before quoting, or worse, stick to his quote when he gets busy 2) ability to plan his schedule and communicate reasonably. I hope he learns from this and other experiences and reaches his potential through better consistency.

I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I wasn't looking for a perfect repair. Lawrence at the start asked if I wanted a perfect restoration or something reasonable. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. Last thing, I plan to come back with my other car that needs more extensive work but at least I know I'm dealing with someone who I can trust! :)

Since my truck was out of warranty, I wasn't sure where to turn. I reached out through Yelp and heard back from Ed almost immediately. He had a good idea of what might be wrong and invited me to bring the truck in for an assessment. After inspecting it, he identified damage (caused by rats) to the transmission wiring harness, which had unfortunately caused internal damage. He walked me through everything clearly and provided a very reasonable estimate for a full rebuild. Throughout the entire process, Ed was easy to communicate with, always professional, and genuinely helpful with his advice. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond after the repair. I was told this type damage might be covered under my comprehensive auto insurance. Ed then took the time to work directly with my insurance company--providing detailed documentation and expert insight. Because of his effort and experience, the claim was approved and the repair ended up being fully covered. That level of service is rare these days. I truly appreciate Ed's honesty, professionalism, and follow-through. He did exactly what he said he would do and then some. Turns out, King is a Porsche guy through and through and I knew as soon as I met him that my car will be in good hands. He took pictures of the work throughout the process. AR allowed me to bring my own better quality parts to be replaced which is a huge plus for AR. The repair shop is located inside the AR car dealership, so I finally found it by looking for the AR auto dealership. The owner was very cordial and responsive. Nice guy. After my German parts were put on the car, my car performed like new. The labor was very competent and my car performed very well in braking now. Great shop and I highly recommend this shop.

I got second opinions from other mechanics who also said the turbos needed replacement. Even the Ford dealership quoted me an outrageous price for repairs. After doing my own research, I discovered the real issue was a broken bolt on the exhaust manifold. I decided to replace both the driver and passenger side manifolds with an updated design for better longevity--since the original Ford design is known to be flawed. Most places quoted me $1,300 to $2,500 and said the job would take about a week. Then I found Javier, a local mechanic with great reviews. He completed the job in just 2 days and only charged me $800. The repair was done right, and my truck has been running great ever since--this was about two years ago. Javier is an excellent mechanic. I always recommend him to friends and family. He does quality work at a fair price.

Many years ago my 993 Porsche had overheated and multiple warning lights appeared while driving on a Sunday on a Southern California freeway. I initially suspected it was related to the recent service work I had completed at a shop in the Pasadena area. Since that service on my 993 Porsche, my car seemed a little "off" so I called the Pasadena shop. The owner assured me all was okay at the time of my service. My instincts told me otherwise. Once I broke down on the freeway, my suspicions only deepened. Since it was a Sunday when I broke down, no shops were open. Therefore, I had my car towed back to my home. I was determined to get a second opinion so I did an internet research and found great reviews on Haydon Bros located in Anaheim, about 30 miles from my home. I paid out of pocket to have my car towed to Haydon Bros and was very glad I did. My first impression upon arriving was very positive as I found their shop to be the cleanest Porsche Shop that I had ever seen. A few days later, I received a call from Haydon Bros and he suggested that I come by and bring a camera so I could photograph what he had found. He would hold off on the repairs until my photos were taken. The next day I arrived with my camera in hand. I was shocked to see that my previous mechanic's worker had "accidentally" broken off a bolt and instead of properly repairing his error, he had used plastic zip ties to hold parts together. Haydon Bros said that I was extremely lucky that I didn't have an engine fire or explosion. Haydon Bros fixed the problem and my car was back to being perfect! Thank you again Haydon Bros.!

After explaining the issue, I was told they would diagnose the problem and call me with their findings. A few hours later, I called for an update and was told they had found a parasitic battery drain and needed to run additional tests. Later that day, they called back and said the problem was simply a faulty battery and that replacing it would solve the issue. I approved the repair, which ended up costing about $430 for the battery. After picking up the car, I immediately noticed that some of the electronics were not working correctly and it still felt like the battery was being drained. Because the original diagnosis didn't seem to match the symptoms, I took the vehicle to Al's Electric Repair in Anaheim, a shop that had successfully fixed an electrical issue on another vehicle of mine. Al's quickly identified a parasitic drain caused by a camera installed inside the cabin. Once they repaired the drain, the electrical issues disappeared and the car has been running properly ever since. What concerns me is that the first shop initially told me they had found a parasitic drain, but later concluded that the battery was the only problem. Whether the battery needed replacement or not, the actual drain remained and was causing the issues I brought the car in for. Based on my experience, Al's Electric Repair accurately diagnosed and repaired the problem, and they have now successfully resolved electrical issues on two of my vehicles.
