    Fresh fruit

Karen is our very cordial and attentive server for party of 9. I ordered a Sunrise breakfast with over easy eggs, sourdough toast and fresh fruit. Others in our party ordered Eggs, various meats, potatoes, biscuits/gravy, pancakes and/or toast. Everything was fine. I don't know why their score is so low.

2 hour wait due to completing carry out orders. Approximately 60 people in line. Many tables open. Poor staffing. May change some after being seated. Staff were very rude to elderly customers. So far after a couple of lies from staff we finally got seated. Let's see what follows. Server Brittney is out standing, the experience is turning around still 1 star subject to change. Good was delivered quickly ~10 minutes. Up to a 2 stars. Food was delicious. Up to 3 stars. The door person (Snoopy) is the pull down from 5 stars. I don't know if is more training or just hire people that want to work and help people, this is a customer service field. Bill King

There's a vibe at this Bob Evans. One that says, "we're just a blink away from extinction." This is a dated, geezer friendly old school restaurant. My wife and I had never been to a Bob Evans. And not likely to return. We both ordered slow roasted Turkey melt sandwiches. My guess is they started the slow roast when we placed our order. It took close to 25 minutes before our meals were served. At $2.89 for a soft drink, I would have thought the waitress would have offered a refill. Just as well. The Diet Coke was pretty watered down. The bacon turkey melt was ok. A surprising amount of crispy bacon, with turkey, tomato & cheese. It would have been better if they'd gone easy on the butter dripping off the bread. My wife had the same sandwich, with a small bowl of vegetable beef soup, served lukewarm. She would have sent it back, but got "distracted" when a kid one table over puked on his plate. That pretty much put an end to lunch. I can't blame Bob Evans for the sideshow, but we never saw a server come to help out. So, too sum it up. Slow service. Greasy food. Lukewarm soup. Watered down Coke. And that makes for a one & done.

Was a real disappointment, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with "what do you want" I asked if I can sit anywhere and the lady answer was "this is not McDonalds" Asked for a Medium Rare steak and this is what I got before and after I send it back.... I'm sorry but this location needs a lot work when it comes to service. The waitress was nice and apologetic, not her fault.

Yes, it was after 7pm, but shouldn't food be as fresh from start of day to end of day? Answer should be yes! My salad was good, it was fresh and filling. Nice 1/2 size with a very hot (possibly nuked) soup. Currently have a pick 2 and my choices were good. The ice tea comes in small jars and not much to drink when thirsty. The tea was strong brewed and not very sweet. The breakfast biscuit was extra hard, harder than a brick, then covered in tons of luke warm giant sized sausage crumbles, then maybe a few tablespoons of gravy with an egg surprise, she never asked how it should be pre, so scramble it was. I think only two waitresses were working and trying to keep up. The chain has steadily failed to keep up to date and so much is not made fresh or delivered in a timely appetizing way. Gone are the big fluffy biscuits with real butter and other good eats from the past. My Cobb salad was good or maybe I was just starved. Scratch my head every time we come to a Bob Evans, we waited 10 minutes to get noticed... maybe some day it will become a good go to or maybe it's days are numbered.

I'm a regular at Bob Evans. It's my favorite place to have breakfast for dinner. Bob Evans is a good restaurant serving a variety of food. The Rise and Shine breakfast is outstanding, just enough to start your day off right. You get the best banana nut bread with your meal! I usually take it home! They have lunch specials and a great dinner menu, especially the turkey and gravy! Desserts and home made cookies and decadent desserts to take home. Bob Evans caters and offers take out as well. Our server is Tina and this lady never gets an order wrong, that's called experience! The Clarksville location occasionally has a wait but most of the time you can walk in and be seated immediately! I'd definitely recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed! Oh the restrooms are clean...that's a good sign!

    Plastic in the to-go Gravy.

Came in and everyone was friendly. Places an order to go and wait was not very long. The gravy had plastic in it, I took a picture and posted them. Before this, the gravy had great flavor and did not need plastic for it to taste better. Biscuits were cold and tasted microwave too long maybe a few days old. The cinnamon biscuits where awesome.

... This doesn't even look like soup. It looks worse then highschool cafeteria food...

Nice place to eat. Friendly waitresses. Food is good. Clean. They got rid of the breakfast burrito so I don't go there very often anymore.

It's like 3 business combined seating areas and you should be able to find a spot inside or outside here. Great ambiance for kids and a calm chill vibe. There's even a playground as well For food I opted for the bacon croissant sandwich. It's was verrrrry good. Thick crispy bacon paired with a delicious aoili on a butter croissant. What more can you ask for??? I also got the orange juice which was freshly squeezed. Loved it

I did see there is a patio out front, then there is a small indoor seating area, but the real space is the back yard/porch. That area is impressive. The place is rather rustic. You order at the counter and they will call you when it's ready. No table service here. You are on your own to get a to go container and such. Usually that wouldn't be a problem, but when you are dining alone, it's kind of hard to go fetch anything. Do you leave your belongings? Do you leave your food? If you need more coffee, how are you going to carry it all? Even to just pick up your food. Do you leave your drink? Will you loose your table if none of your stuff is there? It can be a problem. However the food is delicious and the portions are generous with reasonable prices. I love that there is a section for my vegan friend... I always scan the menus for vegan options so I make informed suggestions if we want to hang out for brunch/lunch or dinner.

New to the menu are the tres leches pancakes, topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream. You get three pancakes. They were fluffy and the fruit was delicious. The cinnamon coffee was nice! It was overly sweet and I was excited to have a carafe to enjoy and refill my mug. The Concha Rellena wasn't my favorite. The pastry is thick and dry and a bit overpowering with Nutella. My son's club sandwich looked good, especially the thick bacon. It came with a side of potatoes. My husband ordered the chilaquiles mananero. Overall, a savory dish, but liking the chorizo is key because it's a major part of the dish. For me, it's overpowering which eliminates half of the menu for me. The restaurant offers quite a bit of seating. Our server was friendly and attentive. The private parking lot had plenty of spaces.
