The texture and taste isn't something I am able to find in other places near my area (I have tried looking). I have done both in store ordering using the tablet and via online. Both options were easy to navigate. If visiting in store, there might a wait since it seems this place is popular. There is available seating inside. There are little tables, benches and stools if you decide to stay for a little bit. Parking situation varies. Both times I went, on Sundays, there were ample parking and no issues. I have had nothing but great experiences at the other 3cat locations like Arcadia and San Gabriel so I'm glad to see that Ktown is finally catching up.

The only way to bring attention to the issue is by leaving a review. I understand busy nights happen, but if the drinks can't be made consistently or the boba isn't ready, it's probably better not to serve them at all. At the very least let the customer know that the boba is not ready or no bobas available.
