This is our first time here at Bohemian Bull and will also be our last time. The service was subpar and the food is just awful! Dry burgers with stale bread and poor flavor. Nachos are horrible, microwaved cheese and terrible flavor! The ambiance was very slow, but we came at lunch time and not many people were here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I stopped in for a late lunch. There was only one server working at the time. She was busy serving the entire restaurant. She sure could have used help. I put this on management. The food was decent. I got the Cuban sandwich. It was ok, but extremely messy to eat. I'm sure had I been there at lunch or dinner time my experience would've been better. Solid 4 stars. read more

We went here to celebrate a birthday. It was quite crowded due to a soccer team's celebration with all the kids and their parents and other family members. We were originally seated close to them, but we couldn't hear a word anyone in our group was saying. We asked to be moved and the manager was very prompt to accommodate us. They were very apologetic. I have been passing by this place for the past several months since it opened and have been wanting to stop by. Finally, my wife and I were able to stop by. I ordered a flight of 4, and my wife ordered a cocktail. I saw the guy behind the bar pour 2 of my flights. Then stopped. He went and started making a bunch of cocktails. 15 minutes went by (mind you they are not busy at all). He comes back and pours the 3rd glass in my flight. Then stops and goes into the back for like 10 minutes. My wife already has her second drink. It's been 25 minutes and I still don't have my flight and I'm sure what he had poured was warm by now. I finally told the waitress to cash out the 2 drinks my wife had and we'll go somewhere else for beer because after 30 minutes I was no longer interested in the flight. She didn't seem to care one bit. Boomerjacks is right around the corner. Save yourself the trouble and go to an establishment that cares about their customers . read more

We came here during opening week and have been back numerous times since. The food was always good, however, the service has never been. Today we were highly disappointed in both. The service took forever. The fried green tomatoes were thin slivers, the Reuben sandwich barely had any meat on it, the avocado toast had an extremely thin spread of avocado, and a side of sausage came with one tiny piece of meat. All of this was over salted. Sadly, we will never return. read more

The food was quite delicious but the portions are what I would describe as tiny. Ordered the fish & chips and I thought they had brought me the kids meal by mistake. 2 very small strips of fish truly about the size of chicken strips ($17). First time visiting. We were greeted by the bar tender as the host was doing nothing. About 30 people in the place. Lots of tables that were dirty and waiting to be cleaned. The menu we were given had a lot of leftover over food and drink still on it. We stayed for about 10 minutes and never got helped. read more

Great neighborhood bar. Friendly staff and the owner is present and greets tables. Family friendly. We had three kids and the server was amazing with them. Food was good. Had the cheesesteak with onion rings. Cheesesteak was great , only got 5 onion rings though. They really value their sides. They should up the portions on them but the quality is definitely there. Drinks where good as well. They have a cider on tap that I really like and hard to find. Had a great experience. Definitely a stop for lunch or dinner or a few drinks if in Grapevine. read more

I really wanted the burgers to live up to the hype, but they are just messy and lack texture. They aren't horrible just mushy and lack dimension. I've been twice. I'll give it one more try and order just a normal cheeseburger. On the plus side I enjoyed the appetizers and there is a great selection of beers! read more

Loved this new neighborhood gem! The service was fabulous! The extensive taps make my hubs very happy and the food was great! My favorite were the brussel sprouts! Only negative is that everything was a bit salty but the whole experience was wonderful and we will be back for sure! read more

Had the truffle fries and that's my jam burger. Flavors were great! Our waiter was friendly. I was disappointed with the small portions and high prices. The hamburger is small and you only get a little bit of fries. Left hungry and unsatisfied. read more

Took this as more of a restaurant than a bar and I stand corrected. We were a larger group and none of us had a burger or Cuban which is maybe their forte (50/50) but we did have the burrito stuffed with white rice and a few singular black beans - menu said it was a bean burrito but when asked for more beans or a side of beans they said they only had enough for garnishments on other plates, so no. Ha! Take it off the menu if you don't have an ingredient that's a staple in the dish. 4 Fried tomatoes were small, stiff and cheese on top was too much and not amazing. Chicken wings dry rub were decent! Grilled chicken was a little tangy and uber seasoned but ok. Chicken strips were bar food, shrimp took forever to make it to the table and it was supposed to be grilled not fried but the hungry patron ate them anyway, straw and silverware requested took forever too as we weren't provided enough. Ambiance - needs acoustics, but it's a bar so temper expectations. Everything was ok but the price for what we got was crazy. It has potential to be a cool drinking place (beer) but that would need more tvs and less price gouging. read more

When BB opened, their service was great and the food was really, really good for the type of eatery/'drinkery' it is. We have gone their several times since then and unfortunately, the food has gone downhill. You used to be able to get a burger cooked as you requested. Now? It's kinda a crap shoot as to what you will get. The orders (whether pick up or sit-down) are NEVER as you requested. They are either missing an ingredient, having an ingredient you didn't ask for or cold and NOT fresh cooked - regarding mostly the burgers. The quality of some of the other food has also declined, but we were told that this was because they changed suppliers. ok I get that, but don't the owners test out the 'new' food that the new suppliers are selling them? Nope. The bar drinks are always weak, so if you plan on getting a drink, just get a beer. So, i general, we think the place has gone downhill and it's no longer a place that is first on our list. The servers, however, are really pretty darn good - and fun - AND apologetic if the order is effed up. The owner is cool, easy to talk to, but i don't think he has a finger on the pulse of the eats they are now serving. Too bad. The ambiance? It's okay. It's a bar 'n grill. It does seem to be clean though, so that's a biggie to me. Well, we had high hopes for this place - it just doesn't seem to hold now. Again, that's too bad. read more

We like the decorations and feel like this place could really have a cool vibe. Sadly, though, the service is, well, not good. When we arrived, two tables and two bar stools were occupied. It's not a small place, so that got our attention. The waitress delivered menus and told us someone else would help us. Waiter arrived and was fine - very polite, tried to be helpful - but seemed to not be an experienced waiter (surfing through other reviews, I've noticed that other people thought the same or similar things months ago - so maybe I'm wrong about that). We've all been new at something and he was the high point of our visit. We watched the one waitress and another staff member so focused on their phones at the bar that neither one noticed two trying to get their attention from 10 feet away. The burgers are underwhelming and I'm glad I asked for a medium cook because we got almost medium and any less done would have been inedible. I not hopeful things will improve, because I've seen several reviews from months ago that indicate similar experience. Too bad, because it could be a really good local restaurant. Right now, though, it is not. read more
