The fish and shrimp were grilled to perfection. It was moist and tender. The cabbage, red onion, tomato and sauce gave it a nice crunch in every bite. Adding a hot sauce elevated the flavors and it was hard to stop eating. The fish sandwich was also huge and grilled perfectly. My hubby could not stop raving how delicious it is. The salmon was solid and I thought the fish quality was good. The sauce is similar to a spicy mayo and I didn't think it had much of a kick. The Pearl Harbor is tuna with a sweet, thick sauce (hoisin maybe?). I've had this flavor before at the other location but for some reason, it tasted off here. Also, the tuna didn't have that bounce of a fresh fish. Overall, salmon was good but maybe they were having an off day for the tuna.
