Finally got around to trying out Bojangles for the first time. It is a somewhat new location off of Hwy 146. Parking is plentiful. I downloaded their app and placed a breakfast order. I knew I wanted to try the chicken biscuit combo. Ordering was easy on the app, the only not so good thing was the inability to pick up in the drive thru. It stated to come inside to pick up the order only? I arrived and was greeted with this passive aggressive good morning that was repeated 3 times?? I replied good morning the first time after her greeting. There was also this what I would describe as this sticky adhesive that almost removed my shoes as I walked to pick up my mobile order. Now on to the food. I thought the chicken was excellent with a great spicy aftertaste that was subtle. The biscuit was moist and the Bo's tots IMHO are next level! The coffee is not sweetened or creamed. You have to add that yourself. All condiments were provided however they gave me the wrong sugar. I was pretty let down by both the service and the food here. The employees seemed rushed and rude, and they forgot my mac and cheese. When I went back for it, they didn't seem very apologetic. On the positive side, the hashbrown bites were really good, and the biscuits and gravy paired well together. The mac and cheese was nothing special, and the blueberry biscuits were way too sweet. Unfortunately, the biscuits were also hard and slightly burnt. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place, but if you do stop by, the hashbrowns and biscuits and gravy are probably your safest bet. read more

08.16.26 - Stopped by here this morning to try out there breakfast. I ordered drive thru. Sausage, egg, no cheese biscuit, and regular order of hashbrowns. Location is convenient for Mont Belvieu area, however, being that they are located on the west side of 146, and there is no light or stop sign, it does make it difficult to get back on 146 South bound, especially when traffic is heavy on 146. Drive thru employees are very nice, kind and friendly. I like how their biscuits are soft and moist, where most other fast food places are hard and dry. I understand that the hashbrowns that they serve are bigger and thicker than most other fast food places, however, I think they should be cooked a little longer, so that they have a crunch to them, the ones that they server are soft like biting into a mashed potato rather than a hashbrown. Workers actually yelled at us over the intercom and implied they would try to fight us at the order window over the intercom because we ordered an egg biscuit at 9:30. They said they won't make eggs because they already cleaned everything, even though they close at 10. We were actually yelled at over the intercom by the woman telling us "we aren't making that you can pull up to the window!" quite aggressively. I have made multiple inquiries about this behavior and customer service but have not heard back. read more

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent experience at Bojangles store #001476 in Baytown, Texas. It seems this location is more focused on drive-through time than the actual quality and accuracy of the food being served. There was nobody in the drive-through line when I placed my order for myself and my wife. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and added lettuce and tomato to the sandwich, along with my wife's meal. After paying $21.52 at the window, I was instructed to pull forward and wait for my food to be brought out. Normally, being asked to pull forward would make me think the food was being made fresh, so I had no issue waiting. However, once we drove off and opened the food, the experience was very disappointing. The chicken sandwich was cold, the pickles were missing, and the fries had an overwhelming amount of seasoning to the point they were almost unbearable to eat. What makes this even more disappointing is that my only previous experience with Bojangles was at the Charlotte, North Carolina airport location, and the food and customer service there were excellent. Based on this experience in Baytown, it appears this store's staff may need additional training on food quality, accuracy, and hospitality. Honestly, if service and food quality continue at this level, I do not see this location lasting long in the area. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this store again for any reason. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and addressed with the staff and management at this location so future customers receive the quality and service they expect from the Bojangles brand. The food was delicious, especially the blueberry biscuit!!! I think they are working with a limited menu since they just opened this week. I hope they get bone in chicken and all the sides at some point. The tenders are pretty big. Cannot wait to go back! read more

I had no knowledge of what bojangles was only that they served chicken. Was hoping it was going to be traditional fried chicken since the kfc across the street is no longer there and was excited. But nope just another place serving over priced chicken tenders. We don't need anymore tender places! Revamp your menu. Let me start off by saying that Miss Sasha was so nice a friendly for being so early in the morning! Not only was she such a pleasure and so sweet, she actually got my name spelling correct on the receipt! My order was correct and everything was so fresh! The chicken biscuit was very huge was not expecting something of that size especially after eating chicken biscuits from the place down the street. The Baytown location on 146 was not busy. I walked in and there were 3 employees giggling amongst themselves and I stood there for 5 minutes and they didn't even bother to ask what I wanted. Customer service is complete TRASH! read more

This Bojangles has only been open for about 4 months . If they are going to be successful, they really need to get organized. Twice that my husband and I have been there for breakfast at 830am they did not have hot coffee. They said they were "waiting on the truck to deliver it". And one time they had no regular biscuits for the breakfast sandwiches so the only option was to serve it on their booberry muffin, which is actually very good!. The food is good when it's hot , I keep going back because I hope that things have improved but so far they haven't. I dont fault the employees, but the management could be much better. read more

Ordered for delivery food was cold order was over an hour late the first driver did not speak English second driver did not have the address. They need to fire Uber Eats for delivery service.
