The best Asian food!! We love it here! The service is wonderful, the ambiance is had a fun vibe, and the food is phenomenal. You have to get the green beans and the sushi!

6 crab Rangoon bites for $12

Chicken fried rice was really good. However disappointed by the quantity of crab rangoons. DO NOT BUY CRAB RANGOONS. It's like a total value rip off 6 tiny rangoons for $12.

I believe this place used to be a sushi restaurant. Maybe they changed name or just same owner. Food is amazing for our dinner. We had some sushi, calamari, shrimps. It was good. The ambiance was very nice and no problem with the parking. Many choices in the menu but could only eat a few. Would come back to try another dish

Finally got the parents to eat some sushi... even though my dad attacked it with a fork. Got the crispy crunchy and a basic California. Also warmed up with the lettuce wraps and governors bowl, both exquisite. I washed the food away with a homemade ginger ale- fantastic. Stephanie was very accommodating to my dad's menu questions which was much appreciated. Definitely will be back.

Today for lunch was my first time coming to Bok Choy and I will definitely be back. The food was great and the atmosphere/decorations are really cool.

Came in on a Thursday where I was expecting more people to be there but nope it was actually quiet nice and not chaotic. I recommend this spot. It's a nice and chill vibe, the lights are dimmed with cool red lights on the walls which I like because it's not that light inside. The aesthetic of the place is really nice as well, there's booths, nice tables, high tables to sit at and you can also sit at the bar and watch the sushi chefs make fresh sushi in front of you. Food is always amazing, tasty and fresh as well. Only complaint from that day was waiting about 25-30 minutes for two orders of sushi, other than that I recommend!!

I usually go in for lunch. Tried, true, and trusted dishes are the mongolian beef and governor's chicken. Jaime and Jeana are fantastic! Today I tried the mussels off their limited time Lent menu. Oh. My. Goodness. The mussels were some of the best I've ever had! The most delicately flavored green curry, with onion and pineapple. And don't skip the mango and sticky rice!! Always a good meal, always great service. Definitely worth a visit.

Egg drop soup with corn? Tasted like corn water. Teriyaki steak was drowned in sauce; couldn't taste the steak. Disappointed.

So far I tried Mr A's across the street for breakfast and it's a hit or miss it's good on certain dishes like the pancakes but not the French toast. This is my first time trying this Vietnamese place across the street and it seems pretty clean I did try to come here but you have to come here Wednesday through Sunday and I came on a Monday or Tuesday and they were closed. Right now this is my opportunity trying them and so far it's been a quaint and ambience on the declar if they're playing soft jazz music. So far service was pretty quick. Instead of the typical traditional Vietnamese summer or spring rolls I went for the Chinese side which they had shrimp shumai which is more dim sum I just ordered one it was okay. I ordered the pho with the beef tendon and it was a meh ok. I think it could have been a little more flavorful with their pho broth but it wasn't bland either. Needs more cinnamon. What's also unique was the fact that they kept their soup spoons and their regular spoons and chopsticks in this wooden box and then another peculiarity was you had to get the condiments of basil chili pepper bean sprouts and lime up in a tray versus for them to bring it to you. The line in the basil didn't seem that fresh which is why I was a little disappointed other than that it was okay. I don't know if I would come here more often but there are other places I tried that are Vietnamese in which the pho had more flavor and was better. I probably would come here for their dim sum

I thought both flavors were pretty good - Honey Thai Chili and Soy Garlic. There was extra sauce in the recess of the container for each flavor that I used a spoon to pour over the chicken which was necessary, especially for the Soy Garlic since the pieces were on the dry side otherwise. I didn't care much for the fried rice because there was too much sesame oil. The eggrolls were good and the included dipping sauce container was huge! The parmesan garlic fried corn was good too. Overall would try again but would avoid the rice plates and get the chicken by itself. Visit date: 3/13/26

Even if we don't consider its rarity, Da Local Boy is a winner in every category. The prices are very fair for the enormous portion sizes, the decor is fun and appropriate, the service is friendly, and food is phenomenal both in flavors and textures. The only possible criticisms are that the space is a bit small for how popular this spot gets, and the parking in the area can be a bit limited around popular meal times. The food here shines, making it worth a special trip -- both again for the rarity but also the quality. For me, the poke nachos are a must order item, just the perfect mix of large chunks of tuna with super crispy wontons, fresh avocado, and a good helping of sauce. Amongst friends, we've agreed that this is a must order item. The huli huli chicken is also unreal in flavor and texture. Besides being marinated and sauced well, the chicken is melt in your mouth tender while simultaneously having a delicious crisp skin. Think brick chicken, but with more flavor and a much better price. The rice and macaroni salad that accompany this are also well done -- and feel more like a core part of the meal rather than an afterthought. The grilled pork is pretty good as well, though I kind of wish it wasn't sliced as thin, as certain pieces felt a bit dry. The spam musubi with a light touch of furikake also provided a flavorful, fun dish to accompany the other delicious items I tried.
