This place has some unique looking dishes. So let's see if they're pretty good eh or ew. I got their truffle fries, omm dog, and bomb sando to try. The fries had a light truffle flave. The omm dog came with a high quality, decently snappy, savory, umami hotdog on a fluffy soft sweet Hawaiian like roll and was topped with soft fluffy eggs and creamy sauce. The bomb sando came with a freshly fried, savory, flavorful, massive piece of crispity crunchity fried chicken, fresh lettuce and tomato all on those fluffy, soft, sweet rolls. Found out from my barber that they had opened up a hot dog spot at Corporation Food Hall so I was curious to check out the spot and the menu. The owner was so friendly and helpful with my order. There were too many options that caught my eye but I decided to go with the Cali Dog (has guacamole salsa) and the Italian Dog (has Italian meat sauce and Parmesan cheese) as well as a Mango Aloe (which was basically a Mango Green Tea w/ Aloe) to accompany my order. And I thought I'd try one then take one home but I ended up loving the Cali Dog so much that I was still hungry and ate the Italian Dog anyways. They were both so delicious! My favorite is the Cali Dog so far! The guacamole salsa just hit differently. And the best part about these hot dogs were the Hawaiian buns that it was in, not too burnt at all, it was the right amount of toasted and it was the perfect balance with the hot dogs. It was definitely a great first impression and now knowing that it is located in the most chillest casual place (Corporation Food Hall) with a decent amount of seating, restrooms and other food options, this hot dog spot with Hawaiian buns is a great addition here and a big plus! The food hall this place is located in has a good a vibe. They're located in the back left part of it. These hot dogs they serve are super unique and they have a dog for every type of eater ! My favorite was the OMM DOG ! It had an OMELET ON IT. They give you a lot of toppings and they have excellent customer service. The owner was very friendly and he answered all of my questions about the menu. This place is a must try ! read more

Love the amount of choices here and each one is a home run. It all looked soo good that I just had to order as many of them as possible. Of all the choices my favorites are the Omm Dog and the Bomb Sandwich. The Omm Dog first caught my attention because the omelette looked super fluffy. And in true fashion it was just as fluffy as a French omelette. The Bomb Sandwich was also a great choice. The fried chicken was tender and juicy and the breading was seasoned perfectly. And best of all it wasn't drowning in the breading either. You can tell there owner cares about the food he's serving with his choice of ingredients; so many of the items are freshly made and the fact that they use Hawaiian bread as the bun. Service was quick and the self ordering terminals were also easy to use. Location is located in a corporate food court with easy access to parking and seating. Definitely recommend this spot no matter where you're coming from. read more

Tried three different hot dogs here and they were all amazing in their own way! The omm dog was super comforting--soft, fluffy egg wrapped around the sausage made it feel like a breakfast upgrade. The cali (guacamole) dog was bright, creamy, and refreshing--perfect for avocado lovers. But the real surprise was the BOMB SANDWICH (fried chicken hot dog)! Super crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and paired perfectly with the bun and toppings. Each one felt like its own little creation. Great quality, fun twists, and really filling. Really nice experience, I stumbled into the Food Hall for a boba and ended up eating at Bomb Hot Dog. Although, I wasn't incredibly hungry for a hot dog... funny enough. I just got fries and a milk tea boba. Tell me why the fries are the hottest, freshest fries I've ever had?!!! And a generous portion too with a good amount of salt. The boba was pretty delicious as well. The logo is super cute and the person who gave me the food I assume the owner (!?) was very nice. Next time I'm in the area, I'd love to try one of many unique options of hot dogs they have on the menu. read more

Got the CaliDog at Bomb Hotdog and it was honestly amazing. The Hawaiian bread was toasted just right--crispy on the outside, soft on the inside--and the guac on top added a super fresh, creamy vibe. Walked 15 minutes to check out this spot and 30 minutes after opening hours there's still nobody at the counter. I've tried the other spots in the food court already. Pretty expensive but prices and was trying to beat lunch rush. No other customers in the food hall. Plenty of seating, music. Decided to stop in and grab a dog. Got the street dog, an elevated take on a LA classic. First off, the dog was solid, good snap and flavor. The bun was the highlight, as someone who uses Kings Hawaiian roles for my dogs at home, it was similar, but not sweet. Price was ok, $12.50 for one dog, it was 5 bites for me! Dog was bacon wrapped, but didn't notice it or the jalapeño's it had, could have had more heat for sure, peppers and onions were solidly grilled. Also had "bomb" sauce on it, but again, it kind of got lost. I will give them another shot and come back and try another version. Service was fine, person working the counter was nice. I would probably grab one on the street, over this one, in the future!, but at least here, I feel comfortable knowing I won't get food poisoning. read more
