I went to Bombshell for Happy Hour with my coworkers to celebrate a coworkers' birthday and had a great time at this place! It felt like a Texas version of Hooters, and it was a great sports bar to wind down and grab some drinks! My boss ordered the fried sampler (not sure of the exact name) for us, which came with mozzarella sticks, fried picked, fried jalapeno peppers, fried onions and chicken tenders, served with ranch sauce and a chipotle-style sauce. The fried foods were all great and it was a good little appetizer to munch on with my drinks. They have a wide selection of drinks and plenty of draft beer to choose from -- I ended up ordering draft blue moons & angry orchards (maybe a little too much..). They also have plenty of seating and lots of TV's so I think it'd be a great place to come on gameday with friends. They also have patio seating so it's a great place to sit outside if the weather's nice. Overall, I had a pretty decent experience here and would return with friends for drinks! read more

My friend Jen & I went here to watch the 49ers play the Eagles!! Of course we whooped the Eagles!! The Mac 'n cheese is yummy! The bone in wings are the best fried wings I've ever eaten! The lemon pepper & Tajin lime dry rubs are amazing! I love that the wings are crunchy on the outside! Gennell our server was above & beyond efficient!! It was extremely busy & she had several tables!! However, she was attentive & came to our table approximately 7 times to see if we needed anything additional! She ended up serving a large party & still made sure we were ok by sending another server over to check on us! This place has indoor & outdoor seating, lots of Tv screens & just a fun environment! This is our new spot for football !! The Manager is a NINERS fan so this happens to be a NINERS bar/restaurant!! We are looking forward to our next visit!! This is a great establishment. It did take a while for us to be acknowledged once we were seated. And that was only because the Manager happened to walk by and asked. However, after that, our server Alexa was very attentive and welcoming. We ordered the WMD's which are jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese, pulled pork, bacon, shredded cheese and BBQ sauce. It was so good. I ate so many that the room started feeling hot. We also ordered Vegas bombs, and other drinks that I can't remember the names of but they were all good. The atmosphere is great for watching sports and catching up with friends. The food wasn't that great, but it served its purpose. Wait, let me take that back, the quesadillas and fries were great. Everything else? Meh. We ordered a lot and the quesadillas and fries were the only thing that left everyone pleased. With the amount of people there, I'd imagine the bartenders and wait staff being rather overwhelmed, but even if they may have forgotten something, they smiled when reminded and remained pleasant. So I had not been at this new Bombshells since it was remodeled from RNH. I stopped by today at lunch to check it out. I was really surprised by the redo...the overall floor plan was similar to before with the exception that everything was clean and much more open and EVERY TV worked!! Sophia, my server was atttentive and took my order immediately. I ordered the off lunch menu and got the club and salad...I had never had a hot club sandwich before and it was yummy! Sophia kept stopping by to check on me and we chatted a bit, which was nice. Everyone was friendly and ready for the upcoming Mavs game! Me and my partner came last night. I'm sure our server was new but she came to our table twice just once for our drink order and once for our food order. I saw our drinks sitting at the bar for 15 min. I asked another server to see if ours could come back but she couldn't find her. Not couple friendly I guess... When searching places to eat while planning our trip to Texas, we came across this place and we were so excited to go! But unfortunately our time at this restaurant was not pleasing. We sat at the bar last seats next to the bar well, sat there for 5-7 minutes until someone finally greeted us. She asked if we had been served yet and we told her no (mind you, she was behind the bar the entire time), so instead of getting us waters or asking what we wanted, she said "oh okay, well someone will be right with you".... Uhhh okay... but the two "single" guys next to us; further away from the bar well, she took care of perfectly fine....finally a very nice bartender came over and took care of us... nothing bad to say about her except that she's working too hard to split tips with the lazy "bartender" she has to work with. We ordered our food through her, it came out and she made sure we had everything we needed. Top service from her. Fast forward to about 25 minutes later no one checked in on us, I look over and the nice bartender is working her butt off and can't come over to us, but the "bartender" who apparently couldn't serve us was texting on her phone instead of actually doing her job. I come back from the restroom and the "bartender" who couldn't serve us is now taking care of 3 "single" guys that sat right next to us....soooo... you can take care of the guys who aren't with a female, but not us? It was very clear that this is not the first time this "bartender" has done this either because the other two bartenders who were working their butts off came over to speak with us, they told us that she was absolutely supposed to be helping with the bar rail... but I guess she didn't want to take care of a couple, or she felt some type of way because I was white and my man is Mexican? She lied straight to our faces about not being able to take care of us. I didn't appreciate her lack of service nor the way her uniform fit like a sloppy prostitute because it was two sizes too small for her...but the worst part was her attitude like she was better than everyone there, because she was the laziest "bartender" I've ever witnessed. read more

Since the app doesn't allow me to give NO STARS- 1 it is. We got to the restaurant and were seated quickly.. then it took 22 minutes for someone to speak with us- and she wasn't our waitress.. finally 32 minutes later a waitress appears and takes our food and drink order. Drinks make it, husband gets his food 30 minutes later and I got no food. Waitress no where to be found. Ask the other waitress for the manager- who finally shows up and asks what's the issue. So I tell her I never got my food if she can remove it from my ticket. 10 more minutes later my "food" shows up. 15 minutes later I have to get up and ask for the waitress so we can get our ticket. Finally get the ticket and get no apology or even a thank you for coming. Worst service we ever had! read more

Not sure why this place has such low ratings. I went here twice while visiting Dallas, Tx in Arlington and had a lot of fun. I enjoyed the environment including the music and restaurant setting. I tried the Fried Pickles--amazing! I also had the mango abanderó and buffalo traditional hot wings along with a glass of cold Blue Moon beer--so refreshing! The service was actually good, as it is a pretty busy spot especially in the evenings. The bar and table areas were clean and they offer outdoor sitting as well. Definitely stop by if you're looking for some drinks and delicious comfort food. Pretty loud place but so fun! read more

1st let's just say this. The management for this restaurant HAS to be overhauled. If not, I can assure you of it's eventual failure. The reviews alone tell this story. Does corporate even read these reviews?! It's apparent that they don't. Soooo....Gave this place 1more shot tonight. I've dined here 3 times and with the exception of the wing flavors, I could not think of anything positive to say. Shame on me to think that things could improve here over 8 months. Ordered food to go. Poor service, missing items in order, and they totally forgot my Chips and Queso!!! How does that even happen?!! I'll tell you again...POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! POOR QUALITY CONTROL!! It makes me wonder if all Bombshells are run like the Arlington location. It is definitely obvious that management here just doesn't care. I mean look at the reviews since they have opened. It just boggles my mind how such a nice restaurant with a good menu and such potential could be managed like this. It's truly a shame. I've given them multiple attempts, but after tonight, I will take my business elsewhere. It would take a huge overhaul on the management of this place for me to even remotely give them another shot. While working in Arlington for a few weeks, we ate lunch at Bone Daddy's, Twin Peaks, and Bombshells. The worst was Bone Daddy's. Food was bland, maybe 3 girls working, not flirty or fun. Dined here with a couple of friends last night (10/5/2024) all of the girls who work here have a snotty attitude but fortunately our server Jaeda took great care of us. I wish I didn't have to leave a one star because she was a great server but what struck me was the manager (short, Hispanic, blonde hair, chubby), she came up to me and tapped/shook me super rough from behind and said "are you ok?" Super aggressively. I was taken aback because it came out of no where. I looked up at her so confused because it was so random, I said "yes I'm fine, why???" She said "because you have your head down" and I said "yes I'm fine, I'm just resting my head on my arm watching the fight" mind you I have a water in front of me, no alcohol or anything. She proceeds to say "well you can't do that because you are at a bar and it makes you look like you are intoxicated." And I told her "yes ma'am I'm fine and sober" and she says "just making sure." I literally felt like I was a kid who just got in trouble and had to sit up straight. I was at a restaurant where they have a bar and served drinks. There were kids also inside the facility dining with their parents. I was not at a nightlife 21+ only bar.. the whole encounter was so weird and she was so rude and treated me like I was a drunk girl passed out when I was just watching the fight and hanging out after a long day of work sorry if I wanted to rest my head on my arm. If they have rules about resting your head, cool but she could have addressed it a different way instead of being super aggressive and rude. Or maybe she should've approached me in the front and not the back and noticed my eyes were open looking straight at the TV and that I did not look intoxicated. I wish I got her name. First time visiting Bombshells after living in the area for some time. My alma mater hosted a watch party at this location in conjunction with the team we were playing. The manager and staff made us feel welcomed! The food and drinks were flowing. I thoroughly enjoyed having multiple games on the TVs in the area we had reserved. Terrible. I walked in hungry and thirsty after a long day at work. Bored waitresses sitting at the desk on their devices is never great marketing. I've worked the service industry for three decades and know a thing or three about first impressions. Was told to sit anywhere and a server would come over to me. Restaurant was 1/3 full so not such a busy time. 15 minutes later no sign of wait staff. All sitting around on devices. Goodbye. Good riddance. First impression was correct. Lord help this lil waitresses heart (and the GM and or manager)! HORRRIBLE The main reason why she AND ATHEY were terrible, horrible, and no good- is bc they were so unaccommodating.... Specifically our waitress Basically, everything- and I mean EVERYTHING we asked for, she would either say "oh, the chef won't do that" simple stuff mind you! For instance: "we're out of cheese sticks for your trio. Me: okay, can they replace with chips and salsa or something? "No they won't do that." Y'all, she was on this ALL night! Coming to ask if things were okay- NOPE! I had to ask the super attentive other waitress at the other table if we could have have ketchup and water... We ordered the fish tacos, a cadet and fries and the kiddos loved the fries! Tacos were great!! Kennidy was as sweet as a Georgia Peach! Great service! Manager was present on the floor.
