A good casual spot for food, good for groups. I really liked the yangnyeom flavor for the fried chicken, more than the soy garlic Cucumber salad was good, garnished fries were okay, really good fried chicken! Very clean inside and easy parking. I would try this spot again :)

Made an online order before I picked up my food. I ordered the lunch special which was 4 wings and 2 drums with soy garlic flavor chicken and radish for $15. Pulled up to the cashier and the older lady in front of me took a very long time to make a transaction. I can tell the cashier was trying her best to help her but I was getting a little impatient since mine was just pick up order. However, I was seeing a bunch of people behind me coming up and grabbing to go bags or pick up orders instantly. After a few minutes, I finally decided to show my phone screen with the receipt and the cashier realized mine was a pick up order and gave it to me. The place is on the smaller side with a few tables. Food was good but didn't come with any napkins or utensils.

My friend and I stopped in for a late dinner on Saturday night after seeing a movie. The inside is fairly small in comparison to the location that I've been to in Natomas, but they are located in the same shopping center on Arden next to Cinemark and Home Goods. I've only been to the Natomas location one time, but I remember that we really enjoyed the food so I was happy to check out this location. We ordered the Bulgogi Fries and Korean Tacos with Fried Chicken to share. We really enjoyed both items - they were very flavorful and filling. I was really excited to see that they had a Korean Corndog on their menu, but was bummed to learn that they were sold out of them - I've been wanting to try one! Staff were very friendly and offered great suggestions! We'll be checking them out again next time we're in the area - fingers crossed that they have the Korean Corndog next time! Check them out!

I've been to a number of Bonchon locations, across a number of states and even internationally. This one was just ok; hence the three stars. This one felt a little more casual than the others I've been to. It was just ok. The bibimbap I got was alright, but not very memorable at all. The chicken was alright/OK, and not as good as you can get in the same general neighborhood unfortunately. They did have a self serve fountain drink setup, and that's always appreciated. They had a few high tables, as well as cafeteria style seating.

Hello, I made a to-go order on DoorDash and had my bf pick up the food for me. I ordered Bibimbap and wanted to make sure there was Gochujang. And the staff lied to him and told him they don't have it at that location. We trusted them and stopped on the way home at a supermarket to get Gochujang coz I really wanted it. Come to find out there was Gochujang and they were just being sarcastic. We really don't appreciate the sarcasm and had they just told us there was some in there we wouldn't have wasted 20 min of our time going to get more. Please speak to your staff and find out who did this because my boyfriend is a really nice person and he did not deserve that kind of treatment. Thank you

This is my first time dining in a Bonchon. The restaurant is very clean and modern with upbeat pop dance music playing. The front server was very helpful. I ordered the lunch special with mixed wings and drumsticks with soy garlic and Korean BBQ sauces and coleslaw. The chicken was fried perfectly crispy and tangy outside with moist tender meat inside. The coleslaw was very good as well. This is probably my favorite chain of Korean fats food restaurants. Highly recommend!

    Hair in my chicken leg

I did a takeout order today and there was a long strand of hair inside one of my chicken legs. I was enjoying my meal until then. I carefully checked the rest while eating and fortunately that was the only one.

I've visited several Bonchon locations over the years. The other stores' food was a little better. Each time I've chosen take out over dine in, so I am comparing apples to apples. I realize this sounds kind of strange, especially since this is a chain, but our food just didn't quite seem up to par. It was okay, but my recollection of the boneless chicken was that it was much juicier and tastier than what we got at this restaurant. The service was fine. Nothing special, but not bad at all. The dining room was clean and tidy, but they weren't that busy. I'll probably have to pay a visit to the other locations to see if they're still as good as I remember.

    20 pc yangnyeom flavor.

Maybe it's just me but the wings I got here were not as big and crunchy/crispy versus from the store in Natomas. Still taste good though.

    Soggy soy garlic chicken
    Breanna M.

I was truly hoping my husband and I would enjoy this place. We were excited for it to open, but we were both highly disappointed in the quality of the food. They advertise their chicken as extra crunchy. Even on the box it says "crunch out loud," but it ended up being the complete opposite. Not only was it not crunchy at all, it was soggy and barely seemed cooked. There was also hardly any sauce on either of our chicken orders, so all we could taste was the sogginess. I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal, but I did expect it to be as advertised. The only reason we ate it was because we were starving and didn't want to waste food. The other items we got were just okay. The staff was nice, but unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

Stopped by Bonchon for lunch before heading to the movie theater right next it. We were warmly greeted and had our taken quickly. The cashier was friendly and answered our questions about the menu. We ordered the bulgogi tacos and chicken fried rice. Both were super tasty and fresh! Plenty of places to sit inside and outside. And upbeat music playing inside which made for great vibes. Will definitely come again.

Food was so good it was gone!!

If you are starving after shopping this place is the place to be. My friends and I got the Bibimbap and the bulgogi fries and they were bussin. My tongue was having a party and my tummy is now too! My food came out so quick. And I highly recommend. Thank you Bonchon thank you. Heidy slayed the day with her bright smile and amazing customer service.

    Bulgogi Fries

I have been loving their bulgogi fries. No one else does it like them! Love that the fries are seasoned and bulgogi is juicy. As for the bukdak, I find that the rice cake isn't chewy but rather on the mushier side. The whole dish is good though.

I wish I took pictures of the interior, as it felt so intimate and the seats were comfortable. The food of course, are the stars of the show, and I've never been blown away from how good everything was. The Pad See Ew had a yummy smoky, wok hei flavor that not a lot of places incorporate. The ribeye is cooked perfectly, green curry has a nice coconut sweetness to it. And the laotian sausage, paired with their sauce and sticky rice hits the spot. This place was indeed comforting and my only regret is not trying more items. If you're craving southeast asian cuisine in an intimate atmosphere, I can't recommend this place enough.

Both packed a good amount of heat at the spicy level, which we loved. The Lao sausage was also super flavorful, but as soon as you cut it, the inside does fall apart a bit. It's a personal preference to have a denser sausage. Service was also ok. We found ourselves needing to call over the waitress a couple times, since we were just sitting waiting to order or get a box and check at the end. Flavors are worth coming back for tho.

The noodles were flavorful and well-seasoned, the shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the vegetables were fresh. Everything tasted great together. However, for $20, I expected a little more.
