Well i read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Wrong move on my part. The wings seemed like they were double cooked, super dry. The pizza got delivered wrong. I ordered a steak pizza with peppers. Received plain pizza with peppers. 19$ vs. 9$ paid the delivery charge and paid an additional 4.40$ for a tip. Im in a hotel, they made me come down to get it. I the hotel. They are aloud up they just have to check in. Then when they were delivering the right pizza, same thing they called and i went down. Nobody wad there. They were at the wrong address. This review is a follow up to my initial comments from February 23. As previously mentioned, I wasn't happy with the delivery order I received. Hence, I posted my review here on Yelp. To my pleasant surprise, the following day I got a call from "Khalid" representing Boston Pizza Grill. During this conversation, he apologized for the mistake in my delivery and offered to try again no charge. I graciously accepted, and within 55 minutes my corrected delivery order arrived, hot & ready to eat. A complimentary 2 Lt. beverage was included! I'm impressed. That's NEVER happened to me before. The crispy wings were delicious. The spaghetti & meatballs are recommended. I was told the cheeseburger sub overcooked. I have no words other than save your money and go across the street to a better pizzeria. This place makes their food salty, burnt, and just nasty. I am so disappointed with this place. I used to love their steak tip salad and was willing to pay a whopping $16.95 for it. WOW... This place is new and Amazing. Very clean, (all new) Quick service and super food. We had pizza and soft serve yogurt. The Pizza came out piping hot and very flavorful. Not sure if it was the sauce or cheese mix or the mix of the two. The dough is definitely fresh and you can tell from the very first bite. It must be made with love. For the soft serve yogurt, what's not to love, lots of topping to choose from, we were there on a hot day, this was a tasty treat. We will be back for sure. read more

OK, as a chef and former restauranteur I do not usually order from a joint right when they open. I like to give them breathing room. But I REALLY wanted a good sub and had just gotten this menu and it looked tasty. I spoke with the owner, Kahlid, and he was so sweet and professional.I am disabled and have some special requirements for delivery, SOOOO not a big deal but some restaurants give me guff and he was A-OK. This sub was, a super star!!!!! I got the Italian sub ADD , provolone , ham, lettuce, tomato, raw onion, mayo oil, vinegar oregano. Now....where I come from this a proper Italian HOAGIE, its slo had of course, salami and cappacole on it. It was perfect, great bun and everything. Also, decided to try the wings, i like mine spicy and they WERE. The bleu cheese sauce was relish and celery n request is nice, I miss carrots that come standard where I'm from,but c'st la vie! They were GOOD! The only thing I was bummed about was that I recently ordered from somewhere that had frozen yogurt, as BPG does, with mix ins and everything, charged by the ounce, and that was available by the ounce. I can't tell you HOW BADLY I would love some fro-yo right now!!!! I am a BIG pizza fan, thiiiiiin crust, so we shall see. Khalid is so so nice and it was such a pleasure speaking with him that I may make the difficult effort to get to the restaurant and eyeball some pizza's before committing, LOL. We received a mailer and thought we'd try a new pizza place since we frequent our usuals. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, mozzarella sticks and onion rings. Everthing was PERFECT. The pizza was thin crust and delicious! The onion rings & mozzarella sticks were fried just right - exactly the way we like them. We had it delivered and it was right on time just like the email had said it would be....in fact it was just a few minutes ahead. I went there today for the first time. The food was okay, I was offered a sample frozen yogurt, but I didn't want it because I was more concerned about the children behind counter. I didn't like that I saw a lot of little kids (maybe 5, 8, and 10 year olds) all over the place. Some of them behind the counter and others were constantly going in and out the kitchen/ cooking area. I saw them come out, get some soda and then go back in the kitchen, others would come out with small pizza boxes. It looked like the kids were family of the staff. No hair nets or gloves nothing. looked like they were just having a good old time. This is not a good impression. Visiting from Los Angeles, we really enjoyed the food this friendly place offered. Everything in the menu we ordered was great. I really liked the buffalo and laousiana style chicken wings and the chicken rancho pizza were our favorite. Kids really really loved the Mac'n cheese bites. Be sure to order the bites for the kids. I like the 130 drink option at the soda fountain (free style) I was able to get my self a COKE ZERO LEMON. I must add, you really have a nice view of the historic looking Pilgrim Church across the street. Staff was super friendly and made recommendation as well. read more

Best delivery wings around. These guys consistently deliver oversized, super crispy wings to our apartment. Their buffalo sauce is delicious as well.
