We ordered online (chownow (from here on December 30th at 1:17 am (thinking it might be an hour) Received email confirmation at 1:22 that it wouldn't be delivered until 253 am. At 1:29 I called and confirmed that time was correct. They told me yes. I requested to cancel my order. They said ok no problem they hadnt even started it yet. We then get a call around 205 that they are trying to deliver. I told them we had already cancelled. The driver said ok no problem. I called at 206 to confirm we had cancelled our order and we wouldn't be charged, then again confirmed we would get a refund in 48-72 hours. At 211 am I called 1 last time to confirm the charges would be reversed and again I was reassured that yes it was cancelled and I would get a refund. Finally came back to eat here after a few years to get Bogo Free pizza Tuesdays and the Quality has REALLY gone down. The pizza was extra cheese and only half of it had the Extra on it. The pizza dough was crispy/hard on the bottom and tasted bland. I Gave the 2nd Pizza (Free) away to the homeless people across the street, which are probably the only people who will actually Enjoy it. Boston Pizza is the best pizza in Las Vegas. I would know, I'm a pizza expert. Boston Pizza has all of the important food groups: pizza, wings, sales, fries, etc. You can order pretty much anything. There are lots of TVs in here for watching sports. I think they've upgraded the TVs. All of them are large and let you see the action. The restaurant is cozy and nice to dine-in at, or you can get your food for takeout. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is a much better place than Evel Pie, which was selected as "worst pizza in Las Vegas" many times. Five stars. read more

We remember the previous employees were good, but those ladies manning the joint were horrible. As simple as asking for plastic forks and extra plates and cups were abysmal. We were a BIG group of 11 people and so we have to arrange the open tables to sit ourselves together. Walking in, it was confusing because they had yellow wet floor signs with a piece of paper saying this table is unavailable, and velvet rope stanchions blocking the table. We noticed a couple who came in and waited for a huge order, like for an event, so it made sense our order was delayed, I wish she would've said something when we ordered to buffer the wait. We were hungry. We observed that the other patrons also had to wait and we could over hear their conversations on how long they've been waiting before we got there. I get it, businesses are slowly opening and are in need of help for faster service. Let's hope it happens soon for this place because I heard the pizzas are good. Ordered a pizza July 17. Cancelled it due to an hour wait right away. Still haven't received my refund and everytime I call they tell me the manager will call me. I also, called their payment processor to request my refund. They said the manager said I came and got the pizza. Still till this day haven't heard from the "manager" or got a refund.
