I was so happy to find this place. My friends and I went for a late evening dinner on a Sunday. There are a good selection of menu items. I wanted to try everything, however I settled on the braised beef. My mouth was seriously in heaven every bite I took. Food was huge! For the price you definitely get a lot. Staff was upsetting, bringing their rating down. The young girls would be messing around with each other and weren't focusing on our order. My whole group tipped generously and we received not one thank you. Not to mention the second we sat down they instantly huddled together and started whispering and pointing at us, making it feel like we were having rude things said behind our backs. Very unprofessional to sum it up and felt very unwelcome. Food was pretty good. Got the vanilla cinnamon iced coffee with oat milk and it just tasted like an americano with no flavoring, which I don't like. Tasted like coffee from a pot at home, not a six dollar coffee! A friend and I enjoyed a great brunch here. I loved my Vegan Winter Marrakesh Market Bowl and my friend loved her dish as well, and left us feeling healthy and ready for a day of walking! I enjoyed how many well-marked vegan options I had to choose from!! The service is good and the food was promptly made and brought to your table via a number, which was nice because you feel no pressure to eat and promptly leave. The space itself is cute and very modern, definitely Instagram-trendy, which is probably why King5 news was filming there while we were eating! Amazing. A new favorite for sure. The design/decor is beautiful and very homey. And the service goes right along with that theme as well. Every employee we encountered was personable and friendly and makes you feel welcome right away. The Southern Not-So-Fried chicken salad was the best salad I've had in a long time. Even better- take a class at Inspire across the street and then come here: that's what me and my girlfriend did last yesterday. As soon as I walked in I regretted that I haven't found this place sooner! It's just a very cute, Instagram ready spot with a great looking and healthy menu. They have some creative salads, bowls and sandwiches and freshly squeezed juices. However, a small juice and a salad will set you back a little over $20 (hence star less), but the salad is a really big portion and can easily be split between two people or taken to go. I am already planning my next trip there- I want to try their caramelized onion toast, another salad and a new juice! Cheers to healthy eating! Healthy food with lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Their Marrakesh bowl is the perfect combination of healthy, hearty, tasty, oh and great texture as well. People are fairly friendly. You order and pay upfront and the food is brought to your table. My Marrakesh bowl happened to have a part of the tie that goes around Spinach, brought it to the attention of a person, who without making a fuss came back 10 minutes later and to my surprise offered a $10 gift card. Their Carrot/Turmeric/Orange juice was good as well. I would come back for more. Only gripe, I wish they had more vegetarian options and their Kombucha was less pricey ($7). read more

Just ok, could be what we ordered but the avo toast was way undersalted, the poached egg was more like hard boiled (not runny at all), and the bread was like a rye which was too dense and spongy--just didn't come together in a way that tasted better than I'd make at home with some grand central sourdough. Healthy, tasty food with a casual, bright atmosphere. I arrived a few minutes before noon on a Thursday and snagged two seats at the small bar-like counter facing the street. There are a couple handfuls of single tables as well as a long community table... all the single tables were taken but there were several spots at the community table. There's also outdoor seating on the sidewalk. I'm glad I got a spot because shortly after I arrived the restaurant filled up. When you walk in, grab a menu (they're attached to a clipboard). The menus are sitting in a couple baskets on top of a table in the front/middle of the room under a chalkboard featuring the specials. You then order at the counter, pay, and take a table number, then choose your seat. (Or grab a prime spot and have your friend/mom/date order for you while you hold down the fort.) They have tasty infused water so grab a glass of that when you're waiting for your food! I had cucumber basil (sooo refreshing). They had a citrus option as well. For food I was wanting something on the sweet side so I went for Bob's Steel Cut Oats ($8). You get to choose between whole milk, coconut milk, and hemp. I went with coconut for a creamy, slightly tropical flavor. The oats were served in a large shallow bowl, and they were topped with a seasonal compote (rhubarb, I believe), a sprinkle of granola, and a dash of cinnamon? The oats were filling and reasonably flavorful. I honestly wish there was a bit more compote and granola to sweeten the oats and add even more flavor, because the coconut oats weren't sweet otherwise. (The oats were warm but could have been hotter.) Overall, I enjoyed the cozy dish and felt satisfied after finishing the bowl. Next time I'll got with a savory dish, because there are a lot of healthy, tasty sounding options. I really appreciate that there are several vegetarian and gluten-free choices clearly labeled! This is my new favorite brunch place in town. :) The food is all very fresh, healthy and yummy. The price is very reasonable-- what else can you ask? I don't recall anything memorable about the service, which probably means it was okay. Also they use nice bread. It definitely has a hipster vibe, so some people might not like it-- feels a bit like SF. While most options are definitely vegetarian, there are some meat options too. I really enjoyed the fresh squeezed juice too, although as you can imagine, that was not cheap. This would be good for casual lunch spot with friends, or to catch up with old friend. read more

I have come here a few times and really enjoyed the food! My one caveat is the price. Unfortunately, I found out today that their portion sizes for to-go orders are half (or less-than half) the size of their portions when you eat there. If the price point weren't so high, it might not be a problem. I couldn't be more complimentary of Bounty Kitchen. While most nutritious eating fast casual restaurants default to the standard safe salad offerings, Bounty Kitchen breaks the mold by offering ethnic themed, richly flavored, veggie and protein forward salads and bowls. Our food was incredible and only outdone by the excellent service. Maybe it is the sun, but the owner and staff at Bounty Kitchen extended every ounce of warmth (and an extra salad dressing) to ensure that we were satisfied. Bravo. This was an Amazing Lunch with my friend for her Birthday. The owner, Meg, is completely engaging and excited about her Restaurant. She immediately explained to me the "system" and made me feel totally welcome! The food was so delicious, fresh, flavorful, and local! It's not Vegetarian but Vegetable focused which is so delightful and exactly how I love to eat. We had the "not Fried Chicken" Chicken Salad it was amazing, spicy, crunchy, so many flavors! A while back I left the review below but now, unfortunately, I don't have as many good things to say. What used to be a go-to spot for me is now a place I may never go to again and it's purely principle. First, it's expensive for what it is. But, when a place is good I'll spend a little extra. That said, the Flagship Kale salad...has no kale in it....it's a handful of mixed greens. I always ask for no croutons and there are always croutons, I ask for dressing mixed in, it's always on the side. I took my bf there for bfast and he ordered an omelette with cheese, it came with none and was very dry and barely any veggies. There's no table service and you grab your own water and cutlery and yet a meal for two is at least $40 and you don't get what you ordered. Overall it's become a very disappointing experience. I throughly enjoyed my meal here and will definitely go back and make this a go-to spot. The service was friendly and the flavors were wonderful. I wish they had a cook book. read more

It was a very sincere apology and it was clear she cared very much about her customers and it highlighted a flaw in their flow of communication which she has since fixed on her end. I've ordered only one dish here but I've ordered it multiple times because it is JUST THAT GOOD. The lemongrass, basil, peanut salad (with chicken added) is amazing. My husband and I tried this place on a whim because we were visiting Seattle on vacation. $44 for breakfast is grossly over priced for we what we got. Love the different textures with the nuts and the pickled grapes. The banh mi was just ok. The bread was tasty, but the meat was a little chewy and the side was forgettable.
