    This unfilled bowl was 10.00

I was here on a Thursday night. It was not crowded. Service was quick to take my order. They have gator bites. This for me is a major plus. They always hit the spot. They were hot with great flavor. Their French onion soup. Is some of the best in the area. However portion size lacks for the price. 10.00 for a bowl. It is about a 1.00 a bite. I hope this is not the norm. I can say I recommend this place more than before. It has good flavor. Value this visit was mixed.

First time here. I was in for lunch on a Saturday. Service was top notch, and bartenders made excellent cocktail and food suggestions. Wings were very tasty. Cocktails were great and they have a very extensive beer list. Restaurant is clean and spacious.

Totally raw chicken. Disgusting and unsafe.

We went there with my family. My very young son ordered chicken tenders. After he started eating them, my brother-in-law noticed that they were totally raw. Not a little undercooked, but not cooked at. all. We brought this up to the waitress who brought over the manager. The manager literally laughed and said I should teach my son not to eat uncooked chicken. He seemed to think it was funny. He was not even slightly apologetic. He reluctantly let my son order something else. Serving uncooked chicken is a major health risk, obviously, and I guess mistakes happen, but after putting my son at risk, I'd expect a different reaction from management.

Recently remodeled and it appears they have outside Volley Ball court.

I stumbled onto this place and was pleasantly surprised. Burgers were good, staff friendly and I liked the atmosphere. Outside dining was available so I thought I would come back on a cooler day :-) It's located 9 miles east of Gettysburg PA in a quaint town of New Oxford. If you like the Country, farms and antiques you should visit.

Arnold Palmer and happy hour boneless wings with ranch dressing for dipping sauce one of my favorite finger foods.

Food is delish, service always with a smile and ambiance, low lighting and could be very romantic. Thanks Nick.

Loved the lights and patio area, and there were outdoor volleyball nets behind the restaurant.

We all shared a fried pickle app. Fried pickles were standard with a house made dill type dip. Dip was good but portion could be a bit larger. Poutine was ok. I'm not a fan of cornstarch dusted fries-so there's that. The short rib was tender and plentiful. Oddly, though the short rib and the gravy didn't have a very beefy flavor. So the poutine was sadly underwhelming in my point of view. The portion is large enough to definitely share. My daughter's chicken thigh sandwich was good. She thought it was flavorful the sauce on. It was nothing to write home about. The house made chips were OK. My mom's cheeseburger looks really good. It was cooked just as she ordered. She said it was very tasty. It came with like a barbecue sauce on it, but she said overall was very good. They have a rather large drink menu with products from their distillery. The prices were not crazy. That skillet of poutine was $16. Total bill for three of us with fountain sodas an iced tea, our bill was $82. They have a bar it is somewhat kid friendly so give it a try.

If you love large portions and hot yummy food I highly recommend it if you have time. The only issue I have here is this place NEEDS a proper staff. I really do like the folks they run the joint. But the service is inconsistent at best from visit to visit and even on a slow day with an empty dining space it can take a while to get served. Knowing that we went in today not expecting much more than large tasty portions. We took the whole family as a good bye brunch as my oldest his partner who we're visiting with my grandson. Im not sure what happened today but the single little old lady who runs the front was all over the place. She was polite and professional but you could tell she was overwhelmed. It took quite a while to get menus and waters then quite a while longer than that to get to order. She took the order and then we waited. And waited and waited. As we waited the littles started to devolve. And then, we waited some more. From the moment we sat down to the time food arrived was about an hour and a half. By then the kids were done. My wife was done and I was done. The food was hot. Some under cooked and my meal was missing the main component. That mouth watering and coma inducing pastrami. All said and done it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. No one was happy when we left. And that's a huge bummer. The food here is too good for the experience to be so bad. There were apologies and eventually the owner came out and compensated the entire meal. But that's not a good business model. Will I go back? Absolutely. They could cuss me out and I'd go buy the pastrami even if it fell on the floor. It's that good. But I probably won't ever go back with the kids. They don't have the stamina for it and we really have enough time to truly enjoy it as we would like to.
