The experience was visually interesting. I have neck problems so it was hard for me to hold the device up too long but I also enjoyed just laying down on the floor and looking about. I didn't realize the experience was a virtual reality as it looks like a walk through on the website so that was a bit disappointing but that could be because I didn't fully read the descriptions. The seats are big, comfortable recliners with attached trays that have cup holders and is big enough to set all your food on. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and wife did the sliders. We tried this for the first time and what a disappointment. Ordered tickets and concessions about 1/2 before the movie. We showed up 20 minutes before the movie, scanned our tickets and went to our seats. Nothing showed up! Waited til the movie started and still nothing. Went out and found an employee to ask about this. She said she would check on it, so I went back into the theater. Wait 10 minutes and got up to check on this again. Found same employee and she said they were working on it. When it finally arrived they dropped off our order, but no napkins. Love the idea of this service, but the execution is not great. However, I'm so glad that happened because the owner at the Mesa location, DJ, was absolutely fantastic. DJ took his time, asked key questions, & even watched a few of my shots to provide the best ball recommendations. They had a variety of options at varying price points. I was able to get the ball, custom drilling, & custom finger inserts for ~$200. The new ball is absolutely amazing and worth every penny!!! Will definitely come back here for my future balls and gear. Thanks DJ!!
