We didn't even finish them before our entrees came. My wife wanted to order these, while I was kind of indifferent, but I'm so glad we got them because they were one of my favorite parts of the meal. We ordered a grilled cheese with french fries, and sadly, this ended up definitively being our favorite plate. The grilled cheese was made with garlic bread. I wish they would make an actual sandwich just like this, but with some meat in it because I would order that in a heartbeat. And the fries were some of the best I've had in a long time. When you have fries like this, it bothers you that so many places *could* make their fries this way, but choose not to. It feels fancy enough for a celebration but comfortable enough that everyone can just relax and have fun. The coolest part was that the gauchos remembered how everyone liked their meat cooked. They would come back to our table with meat cooked exactly the way each person liked it. I thought that was really cool because it showed they were paying attention.
