I have to say the customer service is very friendly and attentive with anything you need. Food goes beyond good is amazing, first time and I'll keep coming. Thanks for that flavor.

A small little store open for breakfast and lunch, the place feels cozy with its wood facade floor and walls and ability peer straight into the kitchen. Service is minimal, stemming from the small space and order at counter approach, making the restaurant feel quaint. I ordered the (Philly) Cheese Steak and it was underwhelming. The cheese melted excellently and the mushroom impart a wonderful savory taste but the impact of the flavors is lacking. The beef tastes nonexistent, the bread texture is off, and, this will only offend those who care, there are peppers in the sandwich. There are makings of a good sandwich here, but the punch and depth of flavor just isn't there. Supposedly, they are known for their burrito, so the fault may lie with me.

Breakfast Tacos not the best picture but trust me they are delicious.

I've been to this restaurant before for lunch, but today I was in the area and decided to try their breakfast tacos. They were flavorful. I opted out of getting the ham and sausage and instead added avocado. I loved how the bacon was chopped up in the eggs with onions and hash browns. I really enjoyed these tacos. The services was fast the parking was pretty good. The ambiance gives me small town diner vibes.

This small establishment is a very good spot in LA. I went for their Philly Cheesesteak with a side of fries. The cheese pull, the portion, the sandwich was an A+ Service was also as good, as the guy on register helped me pick my food, and gave me other suggestions

Landed at 7:00am at LAX and was looking for breakfast. This place was open so I took the 5 minute drive there and had the special of the day. The naked burrito it was great the avocado was fresh and the pico was nice and fresh definitely will be coming back when I'm in the area.

The weekday hours on Yelp state they close at 3:00PM. Apparently, that is not accurate. More on that in a bit. I wish I could write a good review. I used to love the pancakes here. But then the last time I tried them, they had this very processed or cheap quality taste where something in the batter or recipe went down in quality and had a more processed taste to it. But I figured the saving grace was that their breakfast burrito was still absolutely delicious. Now back to the closing time. I was in the area on a Tuesday and craving Bread & Butter's breakfast burrito. I strolled in at 2PM and looked at the menu above the counter to make sure they still served my favorite. I don't know the employee's name. But she was very young (looked about 19 or 20). All she had to say was, "Hi. We're closing. Sorry." I replied, "It reads online that you close at 3:00." She replies, "We close at 2:30 and we're closing down now." She didn't seem too concerned or interested in helping. This wasn't getting anywhere. And I didn't feel like asking an employee to do their job when, clearly, leaving for the day was more important to them instead of servicing customers. But even if you do close at 2:30, why do you stop offering food (even takeout would be a fine option) 30 minutes before closing? Sadly, Bread & Butter is not what it once was. Hope I can find a decent breakfast burrito somewhere else. But I would very much welcome an email from the owner (I believe it is still Joe who owns the restaurant) if he would like to address the aforementioned issues.

They even have some really delicious mocktails. Make sure not to miss the meatballs for an appetizer. They were probably the best dish of the night. That said, you can't really go wrong with anything you order. I only really had two very minor complaints. Their pasta was a little more al dente than I tend to go for, but that didn't ruin the dishes by any means. The other thing was that the mocktails didn't come with anything to stir them with. Even a straw would have been helpful. All things considered, you really should check out Love & Salt if you are in the LA area. Well worth it.

I do want to recognize that the staff did a great job attending to us throughout the evening. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the food quality. I ordered the Angus Ribeye and specifically requested it medium-rare. With a cut like a ribeye, I believe proper temperature and a well-executed sear are essential to bringing out the tenderness and flavor of the meat. Unfortunately, the steak arrived closer to medium-well. As a result, it was noticeably drier than expected, which took away from the delicate flavors and overall experience I had hoped for. The cocktails, however, were excellent and met my expectations, so I have no complaints there. My fiancée ordered the Siciliana pizza, but unfortunately, the center was undercooked. We brought this to our server's attention, but there was no follow-up afterward to address the issue. That was particularly disappointing given the quality and reputation I would expect from a restaurant that is recognized from Michelin.

It's an unassuming spot in a corner of a strip center that you could easily miss. It's the cutest space with indoor and patio seating as well as a few bar spots, good for solo dining. We started with the meatballs and Caesar salad. The meatballs had a crisp sear outside that gave way to a soft inside. So good with the tomato sauce and arugula. The Caesar had a touch of spiciness and was dressed with toasted bread crumbs, a nice touch. I had the bolognese. It was tender and meaty and the pasta had the right amount of bite. This was even great leftover the next day. The Meyer lemon pie was the perfect closer. DineLA was the right call to bring me in to to try this gem of a spot.
