We had someone meeting us who was a little worried about parking, but there's a separate entrance (away from the mall) and plenty of spots, which makes it super easy. The young girl at the front counter finally had to go in the back to find the barista because a lot of people were waiting for drinks. It's summer so a lot of iced drinks being ordered but they were not prepared and they ran out of lids for their iced cups so were using regular cups.
