Went here on a Thursday morning with the sole purpose of getting the delicious oatmeal griddle cakes!!!! They come as 3 cakes in an order and apparently during the week (well, Monday through Thursday) you can get different flavors / types for each of the 3 cakes (when the restaurant is less busy) so I got one of each - the OG, chocolate chip, and banana walnut - and they were all SO SO SO GOOD!!!! Small place where you order at the counter and then they give you a # and you sit down. Small kitchen too so I imagine when it's busy it may take a while to get your food but I highly recommend this place and their oatmeal griddle cakes!!

I went here to have brunch with my friend for my birthday. I didn't know what to expect, but omg this place is so good! I don't know if there is any other place out there that sells Oatmeal Griddle Cakes, but this has to be up there if there even is any competition. I personally had the chocolate chip griddle cake, but I also tried my friend's OG and I personally like the OG better as that is the true classic! I got this with eggs to help balance the savory with the sweet and this breakfast/brunch meal was perfect. The service was pretty good and the ambiance fits that to a breakfast/brunch place from NY (which is where my friend first tried this place). Would definitely go again and can't wait!

I have been wanting to try their oatmeal pancakes ever since we went to NYC 2 years ago. I didn't know there were in Cali! I finally got here, yesterday, and both my older kids and I were in "Yay Land!" We ordered each of the oatmeal pancakes, scrambled eggs and picnic ham. Man, we went to town! My kids loved the ham. They normally get bacon or regular sausage at other restaurants, but said this ham was "wow"! The crunchy edges of the pancakes with a soft almost-raw center was just what I had been craving for. The sweet butter was the perfect topping, no syrup needed. We ended buying the batter mix to take home. Also, coffee was very delicious. I don't take sugar in my coffee. When I do, it means coffee isn't that great...no sugar needed here. My son ordered the cold brew. No sugar needed. Service was great! We where well received by a tall young man who took care of everyone at the restaurant (place filled up after we arrived) all by himself. Today, we are going back before we head home. Yay!

I actually really enjoyed this spot! I loved the pancakes. The breakfast sandwich was good too but I have to say the bread on it was dry and what made it good was the chicken sausage. The soft scramble eggs were bland and a little too runny. The potatoes were really good. I would honestly only come back for the pancakes and I want to try the other flavors!

I'm not much of a brunch girlie but I do love the griddle cakes at Salt's Cure. The og griddle cakes are my favorite. They don't serve any syrup as their homemade molasses cinnamon butter is meant to add the perfect amount of sweetness. I typically order this and share a side of eggs, sausage, and potatoes. I love the crispy, yet soft/chewy texture of the pancakes! Favorite place to get pancakes. They sell the oatmeal griddle cake mix, but not sure if it'll be the same having it at home!

Got the griddle cake and it was delicious! I loved that they had a gluten free version. It's definitely very decadent so I wouldn't be able to get this all the time but it scratched my "sweet breakfast" itch. The staff are friendly and the interior is simple. Great spot to stop by for a sweet breakfast if you're in the area. Plenty of street parking nearby.

This is always me and my partner's favorite spot to go to. We were willing to wait in the long line this time around just for a chance to go back when we visited. The food was just as good this time around too! We ordered their signature OG Griddle Cakes and their Breakfast sandwich. Loved the ambiance and the service was amazing. 10/10 experience every time.

I've been wanting to come here for ages, and it lived up to the hype. It basically only does pancakes with a few additional breakfast items, but their pancakes are the standout. They're also a great deal; one portion can basically feed two people, and they're $12 a serving. My favorite were the pink lady apple pancakes, but the chocolate chip were good too. I honestly don't feel the need to go back, but I'm glad I went.

Made a drive to try these oat pancakes, but im a little underwhelmed:/ they were good for sure, but had a strange wetness to them? Not moist, but wet. The cinnamon butter was to die for and overall enjoyed this breakfast!

We've been coming here for the last three months most Saturdays for breakfast. The first time I tried their griddle cakes I was HOOKED! These special griddle cakes are dense, perfectly sweetened, and i can't get enough. To start, their arugula salad is always fresh and lightly dressed. The soft scramble and pork sausage are also solid. The staff is very friendly and the same workers each weekend. Proud to be regulars here Not stuffy at all. Plenty of families and people of all ages here. Do note they don't serve espresso and the coffee shop next door takes a long time to prep their coffee, so get coffee first and then head over

Two orders of Avocado Toast, Hashbrowns and Scrambled Eggs
    Danya F.

Stopped by for breakfast and tried the Avocado Toast, Hashbrowns, and Eggs. The Avocado Toast was a standout--served on a soft, almost brioche-like bread with a flavorful spread, then topped with fresh avocado, radish, and greens. It was unlike any other avo toast I've had! The Hashbrowns were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft, almost mashed potato-like, on the inside--highly recommend topping them with their ketchup and hot sauce. The Eggs were a bit watery, so I'd probably skip them next time. The ordering process is simple: you order at the counter, pay, and then wait outside until they call your number or seat you. It's a quick dining experience, as they expect you to leave soon after eating. Overall, a great spot for a casual and unique breakfast!

I ordered a loaded carne asada-style dish served over fresh greens, and every bite was intentional and well-balanced. The beef was deeply seasoned, tender, and slightly crisped in places, which added great texture. It was topped with a creamy, slightly tangy sauce that tied everything together without overpowering the meat. What really stood out was the attention to detail: pickled red onions for acidity, fresh greens for balance, and a side of house-made pickled vegetables that cut through the richness perfectly. The tostada-style side topped with avocado, herbs, and onions added a nice contrast--crunchy, fresh, and vibrant. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Portion size was generous without feeling excessive, and the dish felt hearty yet clean. I paired it with a refreshing citrus drink that complemented the meal well and kept everything light. Overall, this is the kind of place where you can tell the kitchen cares about execution. Bold flavors, great balance, and a presentation that looks just as good as it tastes. I would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying, well-crafted meal

She handed us menus and told us to order at the counter when we were ready and they serve breakfast all day. The menu can feel a little intimidating. It has Mexican, Guatemalan and Salvadoran which I am not all that familiar with. We landed on a couple of pupusas and a couple of fish tacos. There are signs letting you know the food is cooked to order and to expect a 20-25 minute wait, so at least they set expectations up front. The dining room was small but warm and colorful and there were additional tables set up just outside the front door. We had no problem finding a table inside. When the food came out, the portions were generous and the presentation was better than you'd expect from a humble neighborhood grill. The pupusas were crisp on the outside with plenty of filling, and the fish tacos were fresh and well-seasoned -- nothing greasy, nothing bland. Friendly service, solid food, and a spot I'd definitely come back to now that I know what to order.

It was a bit chilly outside but they have a lot of heated lamps on which helps a lot. The brussel sprouts were crispy and had a yummy sauce. The beet salad was good but I wanted it to have more of the goat cheese spread. The cauliflower was also really good - roasted and a little spicy. They had a fun list of cocktails and mocktails as well. The food came out at a good pace and I left feeling veryyy full. They were really sweet and even comped the dessert for our party which was very nice. We had the bread pudding and it was sooo good. I highly recommend eating here! It's an experience!
