**Five stars aren't enough!** The food was GREAT--but the service? Even better. We came in for brunch with a party of 9 (loud, chaotic, and very hungry), and Genesis and Maria handled it all like total pros. We were THAT group that moved tables together and then asked for permission after... They tag-teamed our table with so much patience and kindness--you'd think wrangling our crew was easy. Our coffees and waters were always topped off, and they never missed a beat. I had the Christmas Chilaquiles (both red and green sauce, because why choose?) and they were absolutely delicious. Saucy, flavorful, and the plate was *massive*. The table also ordered 3 rounds of Classic eggs Benedict, a Mom Omelet, and the strawberry/banana/nutella crepes. Came for Mother's Day at 11:30am without prior reservations. Big mistake. Initial wait time was 1.5hrs, but it later became 2hrs before we were finally seated. Took another long while before we even got our order to the table. It was very busy so we should have expected this. Ordered the Golden State/Classic Benedict, Hash Skillet, Banana Pancake, Waffle, and other smaller orders for the kids. Took 25mins to finally get our food. Asked to have them leave one topping off my Benedict due to allergies, but they forgot. They were quick to correct it though. Food was somewhat decent and we know it was a busy day, but we should have gone elsewhere. Lesson learned. read more

In case anyone else has this problem.... For some reason maps took me to the complete opposite side of the shopping center when their location is on the right end of the center. Other than that, the food was delicious! Service was spot on as well. Thank goodness the tables and seatings looked well kept including the restroom. We ordered: Sope Benedict was delicious! But was missing something . Idk what but I know I would still order again . Maybe needed more salsa ? *Pre-Covid* Dined outside with a group of friends and had a good brunch together! We all ordered hearty meals that we thought were worth the price (granted, this was from a few years ago). Portions were surprisingly decent, and staff were accommodating. I liked how perfectly runny the eggs were, whether poached or over easy. And not only did they taste great on everything - they look great in pictures, too! This place is not messing around with a name like "Broken Yolk" haha. The trio comes with the Tiki-Toast, Crunchy French Toast, and Cinna-cake. MY FAVORITE would have to be the Cinna-cake. Super sweet and decadent! Least favorite is the Tiki Toast just because I'm not the biggest fan of coconut. The crunchy one was good with syrup! This was a big portion for just one person, and I ended up with half of each leftover. Service was quick considering how busy they were. They were kind and attentive and really friendly! It's extremely busy on a weekend, but parking wasn't hard to find. The one weird thing was that we had a table of 5 and they added a seat to the end of the booth. It was kind of awkward because I felt like I was in the way. Other than that, I'll happily come back for more of the cinnamon roll pancakes!!! read more

Your average large, family friendly and mostly agreeable breakfast place. However please DONT get their chai OR matcha lattes, whether it's iced or hot. It's nearly $8 and the portion size is SO small, not to mention it couldn't be further from authentic. Like I know I may be asking for too much, asking an average american diner to make a nice authentic matcha or chai. But seriously, they give you a cup of milk. the matcha is barely green and literally just tastes like a cup of milk with 2 drops of vanilla extract and zero japanese matcha powder.
