My nails had recently experienced some trauma and it turns out the gel was coming up because two nails had split. I booked same day and was very happy with the experience. The mani room is clean and peaceful. She did a pretty good job considering she had to cut two of my nails farther back than expected once the polish came off and we could see what was going on. I will definitely keep this spot in mind next time I am in town and want pampering.

He yelled at me about not coming early enough for parking. My appt was 2:15 and I arrived 2:10 and circled the avenue twice looking for parking. I came in around 2:17 because I parked in the hotel parking lot to come in to talk to them to ensure my appt wouldn't be canceled while I find parking. He ask me , "WHY DIDNT YOU PLAN FOR THE PARKING?" how the heck can I plan for parking? I asked if I should have arrived 5am because that's the only time I could think of that I would be sure to get parking. You guys have a spa that is in a hotel but the spa guests can't use the parking space.. Maybe that's what you need to worry about Mr John or use that loud mouth of yours to push for a parking area for spa guests. 1other time I came and couldn't find parking and the receptionist arranged for me to park in the hotel parking lot. I did not know that was a 1 time situation, but thanks to BIG J's scolding, I now know. It was strange telling a grown man not to speak to me that way and stop attacking me as if he knew me personally. His response was, 'Well you don't know me either.' Bruh, well that's my point. I am a customer to you, spending hundreds of dollars for your service even brought my family there. Don't treat me like an enemy you have a vendetta against. I won't be going back there as long as John is there.. Disappointed

Nails chipping and popping off after 3 days? Chunky, ugly and cheap looking? I was so frustrated! Well, 5th time's a charm! I called this salon at the suggestion of a personal trainer I know (Nelma). She said, "call and ask for Trey or Anna! They're great". She was right! I went for a pedi, a fill and a repair of 2 broken nails. I got Anna. She did both the mani and the hands. Amazing. She did not hurt my toes. The bowl had the plastic liner. The utensils were sterilized or new. The polish looks great. Then, she did the repair, fill, shape and polish on my fingernails. All I can say is Wow! They're perfect. Thin. A dainty, tapered shortish square coffin shape. They are flawless. Just lovely. So, if you want junky nails? Go somewhere else. But, if you want beautiful nails? Call Anna (or Trey, I watched what he did on other clientstoo). Just don't take my appointment time, cuz I'm all about me! Seriously, I couldn't be happier. It was painful throughout, but the worst part was when he made a mistake on one of my nails and, instead of properly fixing it, he cut a wedge out of my natural nail. This left a visible chunk missing and caused a painful wound. I left with several bleeding fingers, damage to my nail, and a lot of discomfort. I'm STILL in pain and it's been a few days since my appointment. I understand mistakes happen, but the roughness, lack of care, and poor handling of the situation were unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon based on my experience. No customer should leave a manicure appointment bleeding and in pain.

Sam aka Samantha :-) was my stylist. She was so nice and was very deliberate in her application of highlights. She asked me a lot of questions and listened before we started. The highlights turned out great and hid my gray salt and pepper and blended into my previous highlights. She gave me a great haircut too, perfect length taken off and nice layering. The salon was quaint and everyone was friendly. I recommend the salon and Sam my stylist.
