Delicious bagels and excellent service here! Parking lot can be a little hectic, but it's worth it. I stopped in to grab a bagel to go on my outing running errands in the area. They have one pickup option as well. I opted for the smoked salmon bagel on my visit, and it was great! It even came with a side pickle. The price isn't elevated because of some franchise overhead. I enjoyed a fabulous breakfast. The Farmhouse is the perfect amount and the flavors are a savory lovers dream. First you place your order and they start making your food then you go to the cashier and they ask you to repeat what you're having (the entire order!!) and you have to remember the 10 eggs sandwiches you have all over again so that they could ring you up. I've never seen a more stupid system - has nobody noticed how ineffective and inefficient this is . Taste is equivalent to a frozen lenders bagel . The woman behind the counter was nasty. I actually tried Bruegger's Bagel via the TooGoodToGo app and the experience was great! I didn't really know what to expect since it was my first time using the app. I showed up at the pick up time expecting 4-6 leftover bagels or something but got a whole grocery bag full of bagels!!! I had to freeze half of the bagels cause it was so much and they were amazing bagels!!! I made breakfast sandwiches with the bagels every morning. If you're ever in the Westlake area, I highly recommend dropping by for some bagels to go. It's just a shame that I live Central so it's quite a drive across town for me but then again, I have enough bagels to lasts me for a month. read more

Stepped outside, jumped on my call and ordered online. 15 min later after my meeting my order was ready, simple to pick up and get on my way. Was greeted by a gentleman who turned out to be the owner. He gave me all of my options, cheeses, bagels, cost difference. Bagel was cooked 45 min or less before I ordered so fresh as could be. I was craving a bagel after volunteering on Wednesday, so I searched "Bagels Near Me" and got excited to find a locally owned and operated bagel shop within 10 minutes. I drove over to Bruegger's Bagels, and there were a lot of folks in the restaurant for it being after noon. Bruegger's has a big selection of bagels, cream cheese options, and lots of sandwiches you can make with a bagel for lunch. The staff were friendly and helping people with larger orders. The restaurant has a great vibe with lots of seating. It reminded me of place I would come both to socialize over a meal or even do some work. I got a blueberry bagel (my favorite go-to), and I was pretty underwhelmed. I'm a fan of bigger blueberry chunks. The cream cheese I tried was honey walnut, which had big delicious chunks of walnut in it. I didn't love the cream cheese base though. It tasted more like plain cream cheese with walnuts in it than a honey blend. It seemed to me this place would be a great stop for lunch to have a hearty bagel sandwich, so I would go back to try a veggie lunch on a bagel and give it another go. read more

The lady who took our order and prepared our bagels was really nice but the white guy at the register who checked us out looked at us with a weird face when we asked to split the total in half. After that he said "ouch" when received no tip. We then asked for water cups and only gave us one. So rude!! How can you even expect a tip that way? The bagels are good but small. None of the employees had on masks. The customer service was horrible. Had a snarky guy take our order today. He was condescending to both me and my adult daughter. He was a smart ass to my daughter when she asked if they did fried eggs. Pointed out that there was a whole list of egg items on the menu board. Her question was if they did fried eggs...not just a do you have eggs question. There are many places that serve scrambled eggs on bagels. He placed our bagels in a bag on the counter which I saw him do. I had not paid and as I approached the counter he said 'your bagels are over there' in a snotty tone. I said I am coming to the counter to pay and he realized that he almost sent us on our way without paying. His attitude changed at that point but my experience was negative. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, these are the closest you can get to a New York Bagel, although they are not as big as a NY Bagel, the taste is right on point. Rockstar Bagels are a little better. Bruegger's is way better than Einstein Bagels which in my opinion taste bland, with a texture like regular slice bread. read more

6.28.22 - @ 0830 enjoyed a Farmhouse Bagel that had 2 eggs, bacon, ham, cheddar, cream cheese on a tender but crispy bagel.  It was the perfect combination of meat, cheese, eggs, cheesy topping and bagel.  Yes!  Kids and adults alike enjoyed this rather filling bagel.  Total was $9.42 after taxes.  Customer service was great. I love bagel shops! This place is right by my neighborhood and I dropped in to give it a try. I got the kettle-boiled plain bagel with an herb cream cheese. It was fantastic. I meant to take it with me to eat it later because I didn't have time to grab lunch... but it was gone within the next 5 minutes. Damnit! The people that work there are friendly and efficient. It was really good, and I"m going back to try their herby turkey sandwich, because it has an awesome name, and I'll buy another bagel too. read more
