Unfortunately, my friends and I had a very disappointing experience. Note that there is no same day reservations. Without a reservation on the weekend wait time is 2 hours+. We got there at 11am and were seated at 1pm. There is a dress code but I'm almost 100% positive they don't go by it. There were people half dressed, jerseys, sports bras, etc. The amount of glass that was broken in the duration of the wait time was crazy, servers were dropping glass down the stairs and having customers walk up and down it with a "be careful". We were given our food with no silverware, took server about 10 min to come back to the table. One order was made incorrectly, so to remake it took 25 min... everyone was done eating when she got her food. Restaurant is such a vibe but the music and people having to talk loudly to hear amongst themselves make the place so loud. Overall, way too much waiting and too many service issues for one visit. I wouldn't return honestly.
For a friends birthday, we came here for brunch and I WISH we hsd one in Florida. The french toast was really good but a little sweet for me. They had a DJ and he was playing such great music. Its noisy for brunch so if thats not your vibe dont go. Our server made awesome recs, was fast and made sure we had a great experience for my friends birthday.
The drinks and food were excellent-from the pancakes to the short rib to the fried chicken biscuit (just needed a bit more gravy and the bacon a little crispier). Our server was super nice and the dj played great music.
Made reservations but you had to secure it with a credit card and we had a brief wait. There is a small parking lot but it's valet parking. The staff was attentive and friendly but expect a bit of a wait for your food. I ordered the short ribs Benny and hubby had fish and grits. Wish I had ordered the pancakes and wings! The short ribs were tasteless to say the least. Lucky the short ribs were over potatoes so I ate the potatoes and left the shredded short ribs. The fish and grits weren't anything special. So not worth the drive if you're coming from the west valley. So wanted to like this place, just disappointed!
Great brunch spot with a live dj spinning great hits all day. Food was delicious and beautifully plated. Hostess and waitress were very kind and friendly. Loved everything about it including the private room for our group.
Food tastes good!!! Variety of should good infused with breakfasts! Chef on point! Very large, but the parking is very limited. everything was on point.Upstairs and downstairs seating, cool vibe - could be better ( DJ looked sleepy) which kinda distracted from the vibe- if he wanted us to vibe out he should act like me likes to be there!!! But it's a eatery so there's that- food wise no complaints- we ate the d m so fast no photos
I recently went to brunch on a Sunday with a friend. We made a reservation. The hostess was courteous and quick with seating us. We noticed that others were not seated until their entire party arrived. We were seated in the balcony area. It was spacious and comfortable. We started with sharing the fried green tomatoes and a mimosa flight. The fried green tomatoes were delicious. The breeding was crispy and the tomatoes were still juicy. The dipping sauce was great. The mimosa flight came with a bottle of champagne and 4 juices. It was a great value. I had the all American breakfast. The fruit was fresh. The eggs were well prepared. The biscuit was huge and delicious. The bacon was very crisp and tasty and a bit of a maple flavor. I had a side of grits for good measure. The side was huge and definitely could be shared. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Great experience!
I visited Brunch and Sip for the first time and was immediately met with great customer service. From the valet driver to the hostess letting me know that she will work on getting my party's table ready as I wait for them to arrive. Our server was polite and very patient with us as we had multiple special requests for our orders. The food was delicious. I ordered the fish and grits. The fish was well seasoned and the gouda cheese on the grits was chef's kiss. I had such a great experience that I made my reservations for next time before even leaving the parking lot. Highly recommended if you want some good food, excellent service, and a place to hear some good music while you dine.
I have been to Brunch and Sip previously before they relocated to this new location. I love their fried lobster and pancakes! This visit to I came for a birthday brunch and mostly drinks and something light to eat. Once I entered it was a bright and clean indoor/outdoor space with greenery chic decor. I was greeted by the server with suggestions off the menu and recommendations for drinks. I throughly enjoyed my drink and appetizer and the music vibes were on point! This is a good place to Literally Brunch&Sip!! FYI:Upon arrival I pulled in to a small parking lot that was completely full. It took me an additional time to look for parking where I wouldn't be towed as the parking lot next door will tow. If you come on a busy day be aware of the parking situation.
Visited on a weekday during the morning. From the initial walk in, nice brunch restaurant. No one was there so we were able to sit at the bar. Tried the P&J whiskey drink and it was a no for me, way too sweet. Ordered catfish, eggs and grits, 3/10. Grits came out in a solid clump with a shredded cheese on top, catfish was edible, eggs were cool once I added salt and pepper. My friend had lamb chops, eggs, grits and salmon. Salmon had a bad/weird fishy taste, had to send it back immediately. Waitress told us about the wings being a $1 so we ordered some for the heck of it. Wings were decent. Waitress provided great service (she had a unique name that I can't remember). Couldn't believe my eyes... there is about 2 other ppl in the establishment (1 guy at the bar and a small party sitting at a table) The kitchen is VERY visible from the bar. The chef came out to the front of house to talk to the guy at the bar, all while lifting his hat up and scratching his head then placing his hands back in his apron. After that kee-kee moment he had, he mosey back to the kitchen area and pick up a piece of bacon with his bare hands to eat for himself!!!! Oh and when he was about to get off, he sat his book bag on the countertop where he/they prepares food, to put his to-go meal in there! This type of behavior from cooks bothers me cause why do you feel so comfortable doing this right in front of customers???? (Pics attached)
Great food, love the ambiance. That 'Black Girl Magic' cocktail was good.. it's a blackberry lemon drop. Amazing!! Service was fast and my server was very attentive.
We started our meal with the lobster macaroni and cheese, and WOW--what a way to begin! It came out piping hot, and even after letting it cool a bit, the cheese stayed perfectly saucy and rich. The smoky flavor (maybe smoked Gouda?) was phenomenal, and the cavatappi noodles were the perfect choice because the sauce gets into every curve. Absolutely amazing--10/10, highly recommend! I also ordered the crab cakes, which came with fried green tomatoes and a poached egg. Since I'm not a fan of poached eggs, I asked for my egg scrambled on the side with cheese. The first batch came out a little overdone, but the staff kindly remade them soft-scrambled, and they did not disappoint! The rosemary potatoes that come with the dish were also incredibly delicious. The crab cakes themselves were real crab, generously portioned, and paired perfectly with the hollandaise sauce. So good they didn't even make it to a photo--gone instantly! We also enjoyed a mocktail with muddled blueberries, which was refreshing and balanced out the entire meal beautifully. We're big fans of this family's restaurants and always make sure to stop by at least one of their locations whenever we visit Phoenix. Thank you for such an elevated dining experience! Shout out to the awesome male ginger who was our server-- his name is escaping me!
I'm always down for brunch with friends, so I was excited to try this spot for the first time. A few things to note: if you RSVP, you'll need to put down a credit card. They offer complimentary valet--which is a huge plus because parking is tight--but be prepared to wait during busier times. Avoid self-parking or using the lot next door, as you can get towed. From outside, you can definitely hear the party vibes--music is loud and sets the tone. If you're looking for a calm, tea-party-style brunch, this isn't it. It's lively, energetic, and not really the ideal place for a quiet family meal or deep conversation. The restaurant is very cute and stylishly decorated. Service was great! Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and kept our waters filled. Drinks and food came out in a timely manner. It's noted as a farm-to-table restaurant, and you can see that reflected in the pricing of some dishes, though there are still plenty of affordable, classic options. Portions are generous, so you'll leave full or with leftovers. The food itself was tasty, and our server even brought out a pancake topped with cream and colorful Cocoa Pebbles with a candle for my friend's birthday--such a sweetie touch. Overall, it's a fun, upbeat brunch spot with great service, hearty portions, and a festive atmosphere.

I came here for Sunday brunch with a friend and it was packed. We knew this place had to be good and was worth the wait. They not only have craft cocktails and brunch favorites, they have some good comfort food as well. I ended up getting the short rib Benedict and it was delicious. The hollandaise sauce seems to be a different recipe than I'm used to and it was a nice surprise. The ambiance of the restaurant was chill, trendy, and modern. They also had a live DJ spinning some millennial jams of the 90's and 2000's, I loved it. Check out their menu options and get there early and ready to eat. read more
My coworkers and I came here for brunch on a Saturday at 11:30AM, and it was packed! Totally recommend to check (and join) the waitlist from home if there's a long wait. Since we joined the waitlist, we got seated as soon as we got there. We were assisted right away, and this place is a vibe! They have a great playlist, and it was a great time. We ordered the Queen's Cup, Peach Devil and Blacker Da' Berry. Those drinks were strong, so you definitely get your money's worth. We all enjoyed all of our drinks and thought they all tasted super yummy! I would say that we had to wait a while for our food, probably around 45 minutes. For food, we got the Crab Cake Benedict, B&S Hangover Fries, and Fried Chicken Biscuit. It was all pretty good, but the biscuit was a little bit dry and could have used more gravy. The other two dishes were pretty good! Overall, it was a good experience and we would return back here, especially for the drinks! read more

Vibes were definitely on point. Fun energy and good music. The food was just okay for me, and the drinks could've been stronger, especially at $25. The stars are really for the service. Our server was funny, attentive, and full of good energy. I'm not a fan of the new location; the old spot was more spacious and airy. I had requested outdoor seating with my reservation but wasn't offered that option, so not sure if it's even available. The other plus is valet. Your car will get towed if you park in the lot next door. Overall, it was fine, but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to come back. read more
Im now a HUGE fan of Brunch and Sip! I highly recommend. First, I loved that it's a Black owned business, but it was also a fantastic brunch experience. I appreciate there's valet available at the new location. I also recommend having reservations. We walked in and when we were told there was an hour wait, we were able to make a reservation online. Once we sat down, I loved the decor and high ceilings. Our server Kiki was also fantastic. She made great recommendations and was very attentive and personable. I was also excited that the restaurant offered egg whites and gluten free options! It's been very tough to find black owned restaurants that offer egg whites and even tougher to find black owned restaurants that offer gluten free carbs, so I was over the moon!! I ordered lamb chops and egg whites plus a gluten free pancake and the food was fantastic. The pancake was large and fluffy. It tasted great! The lamb chops were cooked well and well seasoned. The potatoes were also seasoned well. My friend loved the bananas foster French toast. The mimosa flight was a nice surprise that each flight came with a whole bottle of champagne that was over 10% alc vol. Oh, a the DJ and the music was such a vibe. At the end of December 2025, my mom, my sisters, my aunts, and I flew into Phoenix on our way to Sedona and were on the hunt for savory, soulful food and good mimosas. We stumbled upon Brunch and Sip, and let me just say--what a find! From the very beginning, the experience was top tier. The valet was incredibly friendly and even allowed us to park our 12-passenger van ourselves since it was packed with all of our luggage. That level of understanding and hospitality set the tone right away. Once inside, the restaurant was absolutely beautiful--clean, stylish, and definitely giving LA vibes, which made us feel right at home. After a short wait, we were seated upstairs where a DJ was playing and the energy was perfect. Every table around us seemed to be having a great time, and the vibes were immaculate. We started with mimosas, great conversation, and just soaked in the atmosphere. When the food arrived... 10 out of 10, A-plus across the board. Everything was flavorful, well-prepared, and truly soulful. Not one complaint from the table. While sitting there, we looked up Brunch and Sip and were beyond excited to learn that a new location will be opening closer to Los Angeles--right near Studio City, where we live. Let's just say we were sad to leave Phoenix because we definitely wanted more! From the service, food, and aesthetics to even the restrooms--everything was top tier. Thank you, Brunch and Sip, for pouring so much love into your restaurant. The food here and drink I had were absolutely delicious. We all 3 had the catfish po boy! And that had to be one of most delicious pieces of catfish I ever had. It came out so hot and crispy!our server was also very kind. The reason why it's not a 5 is because service initially was a bit slow I don't think we go any water or greeted by our waitress for about 15 minutes or so. She acknowledged that and apologized which we appreciated. The music is good that they play but it's definitely too loud. I understand what they are trying to do with a vibe but I struggled to talk to my husband and best friend because we could barely hear each other. And finally, we had my baby with us and they were so nice to him but the bathroom didn't have a changing table so I had to ask my husband to come in the bathroom and help me. My son also had knocked his bottle and it was glass and the waitress was so nice about cleaning it up. Great food and drink and staff! read more

The service was a little slow and clunky (despite not being as busy as I'm sure they usually are). However they were very friendly. Cute eclectic eatery. Music was lively and the staff was friendly. The only issue we had were sitting directly across from the kitchen. This wasn't the problem. We just sat their and watch our food sit under the food warmer for 20 minutes before being served. Biscuit was dry. Come for the vibes. read more

Tip. Join the wait list. Makes for quicker seating It is BUSY! Everyone is super friendly. The place is trendy and pretty loud....... No romantic conversations. Just a really good vibe. Ordered the All American substituting roasted potatoes for hash browns. The scrambled eggs were really well done, not too dry or wet. The hash browns were sad. Not crispy on the outside and soggy in the centre. Loved the fresh fruit that was served Also ordered the pancake of the month .... The banana pancake. It was huge. There wasn't any reservations on Yelp but my friend found some on their Instagram and booked it for 4 at 10am outside. Do not ever get their outside seating when it's hot, they don't have working fans, misters or anything, just a hot room with peek outs to the outside air. I can admit, that's our fault but we just wanted to book something late notice but I figured there would've been working fans. Now onto why I will not go back. I don't know where the DJ was but every other song it sounded like he kept increasing it even louder, I couldn't hear any of my friends and it was giving me a headache listening to extremely loud club music the whole time and we were seated right next to a speaker. I also didn't like what I ordered. The pancakes were hard on both sides and I kept chewing on pecan shells in the pecan mix. The whipped cream was delicious though and tasted like a home made vanilla bean whip. My friend ordered the hash brown bites and all American breakfast. The hashbrowns had a thin watered down cheese on it, not good. I tried her potatoes in her entree too and completely bland. She barely ate anything because she said the eggs tasted weird, she ended up getting sick a couple hours later. My other friends ordered French toast and loved it. And lastly, the complimentary valet was a mess. They only have about 20-25 parking spots, way less than what they can seat. It's not like I could've parked next door or anything because there's signs EVERYWHERE in the other plaza stating NO BRUNCH & SIP parking and I saw a tow truck patrolling the area so they mean business. Anyway there was a super long line down the busy street waiting for valet since that was the only way u could park for the restaurant. Not worth the hassle to me. read more

Recently came to Phoenix for a vacation with my older sister and stumbled upon Brunch & Sip. We went on a weekend so expect long wait times if you are coming on a weekend. The staff was very nice and accommodating since it was our first time there, they recommended great selections when it came to food. Everything was made fresh! The short rib hash was perfect. It was soft, juicy, tender it paired well with potatoes and eggs. Overall I had an amazing experience with the staff and the music that was being played by the dj! I went here with a party of 7 a couple weekends ago. It's a little tricky to find since there's no clear sign for the restaurant, though there is a small folding "valet parking" sign that indicates their lot. It's free but they working donations. The vibe of the restaurant was amazing... it's 2 story and very appealing to the eye, with even a sun room visible as you walk in. There was a DJ spinning all the jams, it was pretty busy, and the menu was looking very good. Staff was welcoming and helpful with my reservation. Once we were sat though, I saw that the tables were fixed for groups of 2. Because of this there were three reserved tables for my party, each with a space between, and they do not move tables. It was strange the tables they picked for us, since one of the three tables was around the corner a bit, as opposed to reserving the three tables next to each other. Anyway, one of the issues I had was that I felt the server was rushing us to order. She asked if we were ready to order when only 2/7 of us were present and when we told her we would wait, no joke, She came back within 1-2 minutes... when the rest of the party had still yet to arrive. As soon as another person would arrive, she would come within the next minute to ask if they were ready to order. Again, she was nice, but it just didn't seem that she was reading the room at all. Another issue came when our food came at very different times. And I don't just mean a couple minutes apart, I mean two people had already finished their meal before two more people's food would come out, despite the fact that we all ordered together. The server apologize for this, (stating she put our orders in as different tables so they would know where to bring each plate), but it still affected our experience, and I feel it made no sense for it to not have been prevented. My last gripe from this visit was with my order. I would very much so advise against ordering the hangover fries. I usually like messy fry entrees, but I felt like this one was really lacking. The meat was supposed to come from the gravy I guess, but the flavor just didn't seem to mesh well with everything in the bowl. Aside from that I ordered my eggs on the side. But since my order came so late, I chose to just let that go. The sauces that come with the order also don't seem to pair well with it. I've had some great messy fries, but this one to me was just a miss. There were other entrées around the table that looked and tasted really good like the shrimp and grits and the lobster and pancakes. Again, the restaurant seemed really cool and I did like the menu, but I don't feel it was the best experience for us as a group. I will try it one more time without a group to really form an opinion. read more

We went to Brunch & Sip at 9:00 am on a Sunday and it wasn't busy at all. I ordered the banana foster pancakes and my friend got the French toast. The pancakes were huge and it came with a good bit of toppings, not too sweet and I actually really enjoyed it! The French toast was also very fluffy and not too sweet! A little bit on the pricey end, but it was a nice limited menu with a tastey variety of sweet and savory. They played great music, service was average. I would come back! read more

This is a new location for them. It was once a bit further east down Indian School. It's a beautiful building, blending the older, mid century vibe of the office building that was once there with a modern, fresh take. Beautiful indoor/outdoor seating, and they take reservations which is a huge plus. We went for my friend's birthday for Saturday brunch. Our waitress was very friendly. Everyone seemed pleased with their meals from pancakes, to fried chicken, to French toast. I had the Hangover Fries. Plenty of food, fresh ingredients, and good flavor. I recommend adding their hot sauce. The one draw back is they can only provide valet parking. It makes sense for this spot and is the only option really given the limited space, but it takes time, and while it's complimentary, of course you want to and should tip. Also, do not park just east in the Bosa/Crumble parking area. They tow regularly. read more

Outdoor seating and the indoors seating has huge sliding glass doors allowing the indoor seating to be half outdoor also. We discovered this place online, and it was also recommended by our hotel receptionist. The restaurant receptionist was warm and welcoming, which really set the tone. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was a whole vibe--the décor, the music, everything was on point. Our waitress was really nice, and the food was delicious. I would definitely go back if I had more time. I had the catfish and fries and my husband had the short rib hash. He said the meat was a little dry even with au jus but had flavor. Every time I go back to Phoenix I am surprised and a bit overwhelmed by the amount of growth, especially in the central Phoenix area. There is always a new spot that has popped up that does it for me and that today was Brunch & Sip. I recommend getting there before 11 or checking in on the wait list online as it can be a wait. It is a medium sized spot with a good number of tables, but they fill up quickly especially because of their amazing drinks and food. We were seated near the front door and the kitchen, so we had a great view of all the food coming out. Our waitress was nice, patient, and helpful as the margarita I first wanted they did not have an ingredient for, so I asked her to come back. She recommended the green goddess and after checking out the menu for a little while longer I went with it. The green goddess is a mix of cirqoc, melon liqueur, lime, kiwi puree, and topped with lemon berry soda. I liked that it was cool, refreshing, and had just a hint of sweetness. It creeps up on you though so sip it slow. To eat I went with the huevos rancheros as they sounded amazing! The food does take a little while to come out, but it was cool because we sipped, chatted, and listened to the amazing DJ that was spinning. All this helped the time fly by and before I knew it my dish was out and pipping hot. Omg, these were some of the best huevos rancheros I've ever had. Tons of seasonings with a nice hint of heat and each bite. Everything was fresh and just kept me coming back for abother bite after bite. My friends loved their food as well especially the sweet and savory peach cobbler French toast and pancakes. We were all ready for naps after this, but somehow we managed to power through! Everything was amazing! Only suggestion would be to add a couple of more bathrooms, if possible, as the lines are extremely long--like think way before you need to actually go and then get in line. Two stalls is just not enough for everyone. read more
I was really upset with the service when my party arrived. I called first and asked how can I reserve a table for 10 because the online option on yelp only allows a party of 6. They told me to just go ahead and put 6 and when I get to the restaurant they can adjust it to 10 and I called first because I didn't want to wait since we came for a bachelorette trip and had other plans. When I arrived, the girl said the person who answered the phone was new and I would have to be put on the waiting list again! I originally was quoted 40 mins and got there and had to wait another 45 mins. We spent over an hour and a half just waiting because they messed up. We ubered there as well so we didn't want to leave and have to pay for another uber. The food was good but we were all irritated and annoyed since we weren't informed correctly. read more

I ordered a chorizo burrito: it was delicious. The service was polite and attentive. The premises of the restaurant is contemporary and modern, as well as immaculately clean. The assistant manager was very kind and went above and beyond--I was hesitant due to the noise of the music. She went out of her way to lower it--I didn't expect her, but was impressed nonetheless, by her initiative. It's not really my type of restaurant, per se, but it was such a good experience that I'd be happy to come again and being friends of mine, too. read more
Super fun brunch place! Okays great music and service was great! My friend took me here for some brunch food to kill time before we wandered around Pemberton. This place seems like it would be packed in the weekends but since we went on a Thursday it wasn't as busy. I ordered the chicken and biscuit with a Bloody Mary. Everything was good! At one point the server even came by to ask if we wanted their shot special for $5 so I made out table take shots haha. I had a lot of fun here and will definitely be back! read more

Since I had such a blast at Brunch & Sip with my bestie my husband and I decided just to drop by so he could experience it too! And guess what? It was just as great as I remembered! The service was top-notch, and the food blew us away. We chose the short rib, hash, and those cheesy hash brown bites! Again both total winners! The ambiance was excellent. The staff was not welcoming except for our waitress. The fish and fries were fried to hard and the morning Margaritas were just ok. We had to point out our truck and identify our keys to th valet attendant. When I visit establishment s, I want to feel welcome by the staff. I want people to smile when they have eye contact with you. I want the staff to check on me during my visit. Please provide excellent customer service. read more

Hi there! We don’t have bottomless but we do have an amazing $15 Mimosa Flights! You get 4 different 6oz mimosas and they are AMAZING! Hope you come and see us soon!
