She even brought my sunglasses back to me when I forgot them at the bar table. These are high-quality employees with real charm and a strong work ethic. This place always has a great vibe! I have written a couple of other reviews on Yelp or maybe it was Open Table for Crabdaddy's in the past and always 5 stars. I've been coming here for 30 years and never have had a negative experience! If visiting or new to the island put this on the list you won't leave disappointed. Strongly encourage making reservations as they're always busy! That's a good thing!

The chicken fingers are unbelievable! Top five I've ever had. Be mindful that the heat level scale very quickly. Plain is a zero one to ten and the next step up is a solid 6. Banana pudding was disappointing. Maybe I got a bad scoop? But it was all bread. Didn't really feel the pudding unless we're talking about like a bread pudding. This place was awesome! Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Saint Simons Island area.

Normally when we're on the island, our mission is to eat as much fresh seafood as possible, so it takes a lot for us to choose something from the land. Del Sur absolutely delivered. The skirt steak was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender, and the Italian dishes were just as impressive. The Parmesan risotto was rich and creamy, the linguine with pesto sauce was fresh and full of flavor, and even the mashed potatoes were outstanding. We also started with the beef empanada, which was the perfect way to kick off the meal. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between casual and upscale. We made an online order for two pizzas to be charged separately . when we arrived to pick up the pizzas, they rang both orders on the same card and the second order charged for two pizzas. So essentially we paid for three pizzas on one card. We didn't realize this until we got home with our pizza. We called immediatel, but they couldn't find where they had charged our card. What?! so the next day we went there with our receipt and they still didn't understand what we were trying to explain and couldn't find the order on their computer. They wouldn't give us the overcharged amount but instead gave us a card on which they wrote Free large pizza. The overcharge was for the amount of a specialty pizza., $27.--. Tonight we ordered online once more and ordered our 'free' pizza. we ordered a specialty pizza like before. When we picked it up and gave them our free pizza card they said it was only good for a cheese pizza and charged us extra for each of the toppings that were included in the specialty pizza which came to $12.95. So not only did we get overcharged the first time but we got cheated again the second time. Needless to say we won't be back. This is not customer service.
