The manager (a very heavy white dude) at that location on brand is an ASS! He's rude and he definitely needs to redo his training especially the customer service area. Guy should be fired. I went to this location like 1-2 months ago and one of his servers didn't apply the special of the day. So when she came back with the bill she charged us the regular price for the meals. After we told her we've gone to the Pasadena location and we never encounter that problem, she continued to get irritated and told us she couldn't do anything about it. She couldn't apply it anymore but if we ordered the same thing again she could apply it, how ridiculous! We asked for the manager and he had her back. Came out of finishing up mass and my choir group and I decided to grab dinner here. We should have read the reviews for this place before coming here. We didn't wait too long to have our party of 11 to be seated, but it took awhike for our server to get our drinks out and it took her even longer to get our orders in. The host then told us that the bar was open seating. We said awesome, that we'll have a drink while waiting. The bartender was nice but slow. We ordered two drinks and the first came out quickly but there was a delay with the second of at least 15 mins. We end up waiting and watching the games and after 30 mins check the waitlist (by now its been almost 45 mins since arriving). WE WERE REMOVED. Confused, I flag down the same host/manager and he apologizes saying he thought we didn't want the booth anymore (even though we clearly said we would wait for it while drinking). He adds us back to the list. Finally, an hour after arriving, seeing multiple other parties bigger and smaller seated before us, we get told our booth is ready. You have to close out your tab at the bar before being seated which was totally fine. Turns out our "booth" was the furthest table, literally the table at the front of the restaurant where you are a few feet away from the check in and can actually see the front door. Even the view for the games are shitty from that table! We ask for menus to quickly get our food so we can eat/leave but no one comes for another 20 mins. No water, no silverware, nothing!!! We ended up just leaving. Absolutely terrible service. I understand the weekend being busy but there were too many mess ups and lack of care this visit to be understandable. Went in with my boyfriend today to give them another shot after a few months and this was enough for us to decide to never come to this location again. Food is usually always cold or room temp. Had a horrible experience from the minute we entered this place. We called and made reservations as we were in the area. 9 of us total with 4 kids. As we entered the restaurant the hostess with a bad attitude didn't even greet and seemed her day just got worse as she saw kids. We had some out of town relatives whom we were entertaining, and suddenly they wanted wings. And beer. So where did we go? BWW, of course! This place has tv screens at every corner, with at least three types of sports programming so you never miss a beat. The beer on tap was pretty cold and crisp, except the Widmer which was flat. They switched it out with no problems. The wings and the potato wedges were great! All crisped and flavorful, with just the right amount of sauce and flavor. YUM!! However, the noise level is high, quite a bit of drunken screaming (especially with Raiders fans ;) so, if you bring your little one here, pack a pair of sound-blocking baby headphones. When I got it the burger had mayo on it, no pickles and no mustard. He asked if I wanted to re-do it but I declined since I was starving and didn't want to wait. Incredible. Incredible just how TERRIBLE of an experience this was. Buffalo Wild Wings has never been known for exemplary service, but this one really is just icing on the cake for them. And yet, the host, who looked inconvenienced to have to seat us, made us wait five minutes before getting us seated. But that was only the beginning. Our waitress was ten times worse. Such incredibly rude and sassy treatment. She berated my friend for asking for ranch, very angrily saying, "uhhhh yeah, did you not hear me?!? I already said I'd be bringing carrots and celery and ranch!!!" She complained about the way we ordered or something like that several times. It really made no sense to me. Finally there's a B-Dubs in Glendale. Long time coming. This Buffalo Wild Wings occupies the space below Outback Steakhouse in the Glendale Marketplace that housed the old Tower Records space when the shopping center first opened. As with most B-Dubs this one is wall to wall flat screens showing any and every sporting game or sports news available at the time. It's definitely sensory overload. This review is just for the food because we ordered it to-go. We got lemon pepper wings, garlic parmesan & honey bbq. The wings are big. Bigger than I remember them having. Like the size of the ones you get frozen at Costco. Flavor on the lemon pep was good but honestly it could have used some more. The garlic parmesan was tasty. I liked it also. The honey bbq was good but also could have used a little more flavor. Overall the wings and accompanying sauces were decent. I would go back again & try other flavors. We also got the seasoned wedge cut fries and those were good. Definitely best eaten while warm and crispy outside. Maybe they have to work out some kinks at this B-Dubs as they are still pretty new. Hoping my next visit will be more satisfying. Nevertheless, I'm glad they've opened up shop on Brand. Street parking is rare. Validated garage parking in the back. read more

Always come here since it's the closest BWW but man it's a hassle and a headache. Please always make sure they give the the right amount of ranch and side sauces. Countless of times have I ordered and there isn't enough for my order. I ALWAYS have to ask for more and some workers are super nice about it but then you get those who hate their job or the people in general because damn, do I really deserve the attitude and eye rolls for asking for the missing sauce? The Manager is always kind and apologizes for messing up the order and gives me the right amount so thank you very much for being so helpful but these other workers are something else. There's always something with staff at this location. I can't understand it. But this last visit will be my last. We Got to this location at 8:20pm They tell us the wait is about 15-20 min. There literally no one seated on the whole left side of the restaurant. I can tell there's literally 1 server. The family ahead of us, told us they'd been waiting for about 25 min. We got seated at 9pm (40 min later). We are seated in a booth, where about 5 tables have guests and literally the 1 server (though there are 2 people at the host stand just chatting mind you) it takes her about 10-15 min before she greets us and takes our order. We ordered 15 wings + large fries. That's it. It's 9:35pm and no sign of life on our food. I did notice the family ahead of us barely got their order. I finally look up to see our server carrying our 1 tray of food, only to drop it in front of the booth before ours ‍ What bothers me here is she apologizes to the booth it's dropped in front of (which is great) but she completely ignores us and doesn't have the common courtesy to even acknowledge her mistake, to let us know hey I'm so sorry, I'll get the kitchen to make you a new one right away. I would have understood and I would have felt like my time was respected. But nope - it was like we didn't exist. By the time we got our food it was around 9:45pm And we still didn't even get any sort of sorry for the wait or anything. I'm seven months pregnant and the most patient person in the world.
