If you are a fan of cold food, this is your home. We've tried giving this location a fair shake at "getting it right", but unfortunately, without any luck. We have tried at least 5 other times. The latest was yesterday (7/10/22). The place was busy so there should be no reason why food was sitting around long enough to be cold when served. Our chicken: dry and cold....fries (both orders)...cold. Even our cheese queso was dead cold (with a "film" on top) as were the chips, which were also stale. We made our dissatisfaction known to our waiter (a very friendly, Jeff) and he had the fries taken off of the order. Big deal. Needless to say, this was our last attempt at this location. Not too eager to try others as we have, and they all seem to have the same lousy control over the manner in which they serve their food. Did not have a good experience at this visit. For starters we were unsure who our server was for the first 10 minutes. Then it was just slow spotty service afterwards. We ordered chips and queso for a starter. The queso was oddly watery but still had a good taste. Entrees were just ok. We got some wings which were kind of dry but maybe that's how they do them here. Will NOT be returning to this particular location... Came on a Sunday evening after the Cowboys game with my family of 5 and the hostess sat at least 3-4 family's who came in after US!! Then when I brought it to the managers attention she did apologize however she said she was going to discount our meal because of the situation that occurred and when the meal came guess what NO DISCOUNT! Ok I know you don't go to a wing place for burgers but I did, but I did get a snack wing. Which they were not very hot (temp wise) tasted like under a heat lamp then sauce thrown on them. I asked for a burger medium rare and fries well done. Waitress said she would ask them but could not guarantee it. When it came out it was well done and the fries not even close to well done (actually not to hot at all). WE came to the newly renovated BWW for lunch. We had a party of 25. The manager immediately introduced himself and took over looking for a place to sit us. We came in at 11:30, so it was before the lunch rush. They were able to put a table together no problem. There were 4 servers working the table. So we had to keep repeating our order. The food came out quickly and hot. There were some mistakes in the order, but they quickly fixed the errors. I had the grilled chicken salad. I asked for the chicken to be coated in medium buffalo sauce. It came out naked, so they brought me a sauce to dip my chicken into. The girl beside me asked for a cheese burger, but got a hamburger. The brought her a slice of cheese, just little mistakes like that. They did a great job of splitting the check. read more

Our server Zach was excellent. However, this was my 3rd visit to this location; each time I've been disappointed. On this visit I watch the bus boy clean 2 tables with a previous customer's used napkin. On all 3 visits to this location my alcoholic beverages have been awful. If you value your time don't bother going here. 9/10 there isn't a hostess in the front. So you have to ask someone to get seated. Eventually (after 20 mins or more) someone comes to your table and takes your drink order. 20 more minds for your food. One of the few restaurants open, so ended up here. Typically have had bad service in prior visits, but figured with less traffic that may have changed. It hasn't. The one server was "wearing" a mask, but as a chin guard, and carrying out drinks face high so she was directly breathing on all of our beverages. This place is the WORST We have ordered delivery twice here. We LOVE the Dallas location, but this place just cannot figure it out. Both times we ordered we have been missing half our order. The one today, they left me on hold for 15 minutes (screen shots to prove it) and they wouldn't have picked up at all except my husband called from his phone while I was on hold. They of course then left him on hold for 6 minutes before they came back and he told them that I was holding on the other line. Result? Did they make good? NO, of course not. We could come up there and pick up our missing parts of the meal or they could credit us the missing parts for our next visit, which there will NOT be. We had a large group that spanned three tables and included 9 thirteen year olds. The service was spot on as 26 orders were executed to perfection without one missing item. I placed an order online at approx. 12 pm for pick up at 6:20. I arrived at the restaurant and then proceeded to wait till 6:50. I asked to speak to the manager and get my refund. I was told by the manager that I "ordered too soon"! He said that he didn't know how busy they would be at the time I was suppose to pick them up! This is the most ridiculous and ignorant comment I have ever heard! First, a good manager would not argue and offer excuses, but immediately remedy the situation.
