The worst buffalo ever. I was in there waiting for my food to be ready and 6 people walk in with messed up orders. The manager didn't apologize or anything she was just emotionless. My order was messed up too. My boyfriends order had no bacon after we paid for it. I specifically asked for no tomatoes because I was allergic to them and MY BURGER HAD TOMATOES. All the other buffalos ive been to have been great but this one sucks. Management team must suck too because this has happened for years here. Such a disappointment. I came in here on the way back from fishing in East Texas and I was running on fumes. Hadn't eaten and was fighting a sleeping spell. I had to pull over so I stopped in here. This place was a life saver. I see the bad reviews for the service at tables but I went up and sat at the bar where the most TVs are. MNF was on and I had Juju playing for my fantasy squad. Young bartender with a black eye walks up after awhile and reminded me of myself when I was young so I cut him some slack. He was busy and running the whole bar by himself and every seat was full. He was on top of it and going full speed filling drink orders. I was lucky I got the last seat at the bar. I was looking around the place and I think out of all the BWWs I've been to this place has to most TVs I've ever seen. No matter where you are looking there are about 3 TVs in your line of sight. I ordered Spicy Garlic and Mango Habanero split order of 20, jack and coke and asked for the poker handheld game to play against other restaurant patrons on the screen. He hooked me up with all of it. Wings came out 100% kickass, drink was made properly and I started winning hands at poker. The Mango Habanero will definitely clear out your sinuses!! I saved some and he brought me a to go box. Not sure about the negative reviews for this place but I walked in and had a blast. They are really stingy on the sauce, asking for the ​extra sauce at this point is not optional if you want to even remotely taste it. Finally, ​customer service is plain awful! I pre-ordered over the phone, it took me 35 minutes to arrive and when I got there it took 10 minutes for the cashier to acknowledge me, and then he stated my food would be ready in 15 min... huh? so it takes an hour to prepare 10 wings? They always take 10 min just to sit us. Usually another 10 min to get our drink orders. Every drink I ordered took 10 min to cone to the table. The food take about 30-40 min which expected at a wing place and the food does stay consistent. But the service needs work. The managers act very rude to the customers also read more

The absolute best part about this is that you get a 20 oz. beer for $3.35. But I can top that. At 7:00, happy hour prices turn into full price. And the full price? $4.10. For a 20 oz. domestic draft. Booyah! Does this mean I've been hanging out in Uptown too much lately? ~Shiner is a domestic!!! That's right, folks. But there is one thing here that is good- wings. And thus, Buffalo Wild Wings was born. We've been here twice. The first time we only got wings, with the original sauce. It was great. We made a note to come back. We came back- I thought it would be a good idea to get the appetizer sampler and some wings. Not such a hot idea. Again, the wings were good. The appetizer sampler came with onion rings (I like Burger King's onion rings better), mozzarella sticks (very bland), and the kicker- nachos. When it comes to the nachos- here's what I imagined. You know those OCD nachos- which are a precise number of chips with beans and cheese and a precise number of jalapenos on each one? That's what I though this would be. However, a closer description would be a Taco Bell taco smashed with a hammer. There was more lettuce than cheese on these things. Nothing really stuck together (more cheese might have helped with this)- so really it was a mess to try to scoop anything onto a chip. Overall, a big fail. Come back for the wings, but skip the rest. Also- ambiance is a bit split. First time we came on a weeknight- it was great. Second time we came on a Saturday. Here's the warning: this location is in walking distance to a mall, so expect to find groups of pre-teens here around the time the mall closes. This place is borderline dump. The minute my group stepped thru the door it was like a stench of mildew and funk punched us in the face. We looked at each other to commensurate if we were staying or not. Well we stayed, they told us we can sit anywhere, so we head to the back area close to the windows, and it was like a treasure hunt to find a clean table. I went to this b dubs on NYE. There was 2 other small tables at most when we were there. Our food took forever, our server never came back to check on us. I saw a worker on FaceTime, another just listening to music, and some of our food was cold. I always tip even if the food takes a while cause I know it's not always the servers fault, but there was literally like 10 customers total in the restaurant with plenty of workers and the food came out cold which told me it was just sitting there. Wings, Burgers, Beer... it's a sports bar. The wings are a little over-priced, the food is salty, the pretzels are frozen. I can't really say that I would expect much less from a national chain. The service here has been average to bad for me, but that does not stop be from coming in when I want some wings. This place smells like old mop water. The bathrooms were filthy and floors were greasy. Soap dispensers were empty in women's RR. Build up is collecting around the faucet handles and everything also feels dirty. And it had JUST opened for the day as it was about noon. I hate to knock an establishment we have enjoyed in the past. However, today's visit was not a great experience. We went specifically to watch the Texas Rangers playoff game. We arrived right at game time. The Astros/Royals game was on almost every screen. We asked to put the Rangers on and they spent several minutes discussing and wandering around. Finally put it on 10 minutes in on several screens. When the Astros game was over the Ranger game switched to another channel. We had to ask again to have the channel changed. BTW, we weren't the only customers asking. And this restaurant is in DFW! They never displayed any sense of urgency to accommodate. Kind of sad for a sports bar.
