Like, what kind of service is that? Dude needs to work on his people skills--he's weird and doesn't belong in that role. On a brighter note, our server, the only woman there, was cool and did her thing--shoutout to her. But the wings we got? Absolute garbage. They looked like the scraps from the bottom of the bag--tiny and tasteless. And don't even get me started on the cooks. They kept coming out, staring at us like we were some kind of spectacle. Disclaimer: I dislike making low rated reviews and attempted to contact customer service to see if there would be any efforts from them and provided ample time for a response prior to posting this. Went to bdubs for their bottomless app deal and there was a really long wait time. It took a while for our order to be taken and for the food to come out and when the food came out 80% was cold. the worst part of the experience was being served our drink in a broken glass and when we told our server that we think they might have used the same lime or drink into a different cup they became defensive saying they saw the bartender pour out a new drink and he (the server) used the same lime. When we tried to explain that using the same lime defeats the purpose of getting a new drink when it was returned due to broken glassware he was dismissive as if we were in the wrong for not accepting the "new" drink and walked off to get new shots. After the incident there was no efforts to accommodate from the team on site and minimal efforts from customer service as well. Taking a long time can be understandable and servers being stressed/having a bad day is understandable as well. However due to lack of concern for safety and customer service I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Had a great time at Bw3. Brings back many memories for me while I was in college. What drew me back was the bottomless appetizer promo. And when I arrived I realized it was also BOGO wings day (every Tues) - thru the BW3 phone app (gotta click it). We had friend in town and we enjoyed onion rings, fried pickles, moz sticks, queso n chips. Really liked the variety. Our server was absolutely a trooper. The only server that night apparently, with a full slate of tables. She worked every table with cheer and friendliness. My little one wanted boneless options, so we got her a chicken strip kids meal, a good size and she loved it. Came with side and a drink. She was very happy. We were happy that we got to just hang with friends. A good time for sure. They seem to have a number of fantastic value deals, ie the bottomless apps for 9.99. and Dinner for two for 19.99. This location is located at the Old Orchard Mall. The kids like it and the food is decent. They have a nice variety from chicken wings, burgers, and a bunch of appetizers like fried pickles, cheese curds, fries, etc. We always come with some friends so about 7 or more people and they always have tables available. Service can tend to be a little slow at times and just recently all of our food did not come out at the same time. Half of us got ours and were almost done eating until the other people in our party got theirs. Other than that it was okay and servers were nice. Came in for a late weekday dinner. The place had quite a decent amount of tables for an early week wereknight. There was one server for the entire area. She was incredibly kind and attentive considering the amount of customers she had to handle. We came in for the unlimited apps deal, $9.99 for up to four people and two apps at a time. We tried all the apps except for the salsa. We also happened to be there on the BOGO Tuesday bone in wing deal, so we also ordered 15 wings for 30 total and then got a kids meal. The food is as expected, the mozzarella sticks were a hit with the kids and the variety of sauces for the wings was nice, we could pick 6 different kinds. We went in on a Saturday at lunch. It was pretty dead. It's a large place with plenty of TVs. Waitstaff was fast and attentive. I always get a wrap and tots when I go to BWW. My son ordered an all american burger. Food came to us fast. My son loved his first bite of the burger and didn't like a few of the last bites. Not sure what's going on there. My buffalo chicken wrap was ok. They gave me so much shredded cheese and it was all shoved to one side of the wrap. The chicken was on the other side. This meant my bites weren't getting some of all the ingredients. It was kind of odd. Should be easy to build a wrap where most bites contain the chicken, sauce, cheese, etc. Trying to rearrange the wrap would result in it all falling apart. They gave a Diet Coke that expired in July of 2025. Do you see when I'm writing this review? My burger had old lettuce on it and was assembled in a mediocre manner, at best. The Infatuation food critics. Terrible service we sat down at 7:30 and didn't leave till 9:30. Our waiter didn't take our order till about 30 minutes into are time there. And said " this wasn't a fast food restaurant", and made us wait there. When the food came out it was an hour and a half into the meal and it was cold. Then after that when we were ready to pay, the waiter took another 20 minutes to bring our check and said this isn't a fast food restaurant once again. I placed a pickup order at Buffalo Wild Wings for the 20 piece traditional wings bundle with fries. When I got my order and started driving, I realized it was actually boneless wings instead. Luckily, I was only a few minutes away, so I turned around and went back. The team quickly directed me to the manager, who apologized for the mix-up and assured me they'd fix it right away. Within five minutes, I had the correct order in hand. On top of that, the manager gave me a gift card for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. Shoutout to the manager on duty tonight for going the extra mile to turn a mistake into a positive experience. Took a while for food despite not being busy and when it got to me it was straight up cold.

Got here on a Saturday afternoon and it was kinda busy kinda not. We got sat and then ordered once ready and didn't get our drinks until right before our food came. Oh and only half of us got our drinks (there were four of us) while the others waited to get their drinks after starting to eat. Drinks came with no straws and the fried pickles we ordered came with no sauce. I asked our waiter if it usually comes with sauce because I swear it did and he said no it doesn't. A quick google search and yes it should come with southwest ranch which would've been great. We got two sides of ranch and I asked for straws for the drinks and this never came. We also had no utensils to eat our saucy boneless wings. Atp I was a little annoyed and didn't want to bother our waiter I got ketchup and plastic utensils for my table after walking around the restaurant. I came here twice during March Madness to watch the Illinois games. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was very attentive and friendly. He gave me a nod and recognized me from the first time. The late night menu is a good deal. Great place to just drink and watch sports. We entered from the parking lot entrance and waited about 5-10 mins for any worker to even come by. Mind you, we stood by the "please wait here to be seated" sign. A young woman in a grey shirt with the yellow BWW logo walked around us to get to the menus, grabbed about 5 of them and walked off. No eye contact. No acknowledgement. Nothing. It use to be buy one get the same amount free, but it has changed to buy 1 get the same amount for 1/2 price. In our case we ordered 10 wings & get 10 for 1/2 price. I can only equate the absolute fever dream experience I had sitting in this Buffalo Wild Wings for two hours to two other things in my life. First is one time I went to the Rainforest Cafe at the Mall of America for my friend's birthday. We made a reservation for 7pm. We had taken two cars because we had a lot of people, but when we got to the Rainforest Cafe we found out that the other car had stopped working and they needed to take it to AAA (but 3/5 of the people in the car would just be ubering to the Mall of America while the other two took it). When we were seated we noticed that there was only one other family in the restaurant, and they were almost done. All of the lights were on, which was also strange, and then our waiter came up and immediately told us that the kitchen was about to close, and we needed to put in our orders. We then discovered that they had let us make a revelation for 10 minutes before the restaurant closed. We had to call the three girls that were ubering and read them the menu over the phone to get their orders. Once we placed our orders we sat there while they started cleaning the restaurant for the end of the night (sweeping, putting chairs up, etc). Eventually, the other three got there, but they hadn't put us at a big enough table for everyone, so they had to sit somewhere else. Their orders were also wrong. We then ate our food really fast while we sat in this Rainforest Cafe with the lights on, animatronics off, while everyone cleaned up. I do not blame the employees, I just blame the reservation system for allowing us to make a reservation for when the restaurant closed. They didn't get my friends car fixed, so they never showed up. The second experience was when I was driving on I-94 East headed back into the city after being out in Algonquin. We saw a pick up truck in front of us, that had one of the wheels wiggling back and forth like crazy. It was also smoking so much. The driver didn't seem to realize anything was wrong, even though that wheel was hanging on for dear life. Eventually, he pulled over, and we passed him. I hope he's okay. Anyways, try caramel with your cheese curds next time you're at BWW's, and also be aware that they do not play live dog shows at 8pm on a Tuesday. It saddens me that the quality of Buffalo Wild Wings has dramatically declined over the years. What once was a lively sports bar with fairly good quality food has now turned to a barren lack luster sports restaurant. I ordered my wings for pickup and upon entry I was welcomed to an empty check in counter. I had to go up to a staff member for recognition. Everyone working seemed distracted on their phone and when I noticed diners walking in, they too had to get the attention of a team member just to be helped. On top of that I had to wait some additional time for what was simply a 6 piece boneless order with light sauce. As shown on the image not only were my wings not lightly sauced but the carrots that accompanied it seemed unwashed and old. The wings themselves were okay at best. Unfortunately the ranch is the only thing that has stayed consistent with this restaurant. I was shocked how small they were. Almost $12 for 10 nickel sized wings (half the size of a normal chicken nugget). Decided to send it back for tenders. 5. Tenders were raw and super small. Both bathrooms were gross- 2 of the 4 stalls in the women's room were out of order, in the men's room my husband reported throw up on the floor, urine everywhere, and out of order stalls as well. You know what it is, multiple flavors of wings, special burgers and quesadillas, a full bar. Sports. Our service was great, we got started 45 minutes before closing but were still shown the same hospitality as if we were in at lunch time. Our server Willie was actually really helpful in suggesting things that would come out quick for a party of 9, and even with all of the chaos of dealing with 9 guests he never missed a thing.
