Solid spot for AYCE KBBQ, limited ban chan, but we are here for the meats. The selection is not as extensive but it is good and tasty. Hits the spot. Fiendly staff, not to noisy, get a booth if you can.

A very good local KBBq option - typically for those that know what they like and are maybe in it more for the quantity than quality - but overall service is always on top of things for you and you get a few nice sides. I usually just go with the A menu, find it more than enough choices to satisfy most cravings! A typically more fun and lively atmosphere on weekend nights with groups and couples out having a good time - an overall fun local place that feels more authentic than say GEN - check it out!

I've been here multiple times and it's always been my favorite Korean bbq spot. The food is great especially their spicy pork. They give a perfect amount of sides. The people are helpful and quick when it comes to bringing our food out. The place is fairly big and almost every time I've been here we have been seated in less than 20 mins. However, recently I went and I looked under the table to find a big clump of fat leaking from the stove. It was disgusting but this is the only time I've ever seen this.

bull bbq is my favorite Korean bbq the food is always spot on . The side dishes are delicious I can't stop ordering. the service is good when it's busy we still have good service. This time around we got busy with conversations that the waiter was moving the food because it was burning thanks to her we had crispy meat lol . The ambiance is great I love this place.

This place was recommended by our tax guy name Ish. He is from Family Tax Service. Btw he is the best! Came here and I love that it was not crowded yet. The service was so great. I feel like it was old school (authenticity) meaning the service, atmosphere and the feeling when you are there. I even felt like we were in koreatown. People there were very welcoming and attentive. Ensuring that we have everything we needed and they even cut our meat. They do it so effortlessly. It was very nice. As for the food...surprisingly delicious. I usually don't like Korean marinated food but here I tried the marinated meats. It was delicious! It was too sweet like many other places. I don't like my food to be sweet at all as I am more to the salty side. Overall this place will be our go to spot every year or whenever we come back down this way in town.

I always love going to AYCE Korean BBQ and this is one of the place. They are understaffed but really get back to you as quick as they can for ordering and changing grills. Their price is very competitive for the quality of meat that they offer. I ordered: 1. Black pork belly 2. Marinated pork neck 3. Angus beef brisket 4. Beef tongue 5. Prime beef rib eye 6. Marinated LA galbi 7. Spicy baby octopus 8. Steamed egg 9. Ramen 10. Soybean paste stew

Bulls BBQ in Gardena is perfect for groups -- all-you-can-eat, affordable, and fun. Delicious sides, quality premium cuts, and friendly staff who happily recommend dishes make every visit smooth and enjoyable. Great food, service, and value -- highly recommend!

Bull bbq is an all-you-can-eat (AYCE) Korean barbeque. Served for a reasonable price in LA, Bull bbq offers delicious, fresh, nicely seasoned, banchan, an abundant and versatile selection of meat, and thoughtful and heartwarming soups and sides. I am definitely missing some photos this time (Menu, steamed egg, soups, and some meats) but I can assure you that my experience at Bull bbq was exquisite, the service was swift and attentive with frequent grill changes, with each meat platter being a fresh and generous serving. I loved eating the pork belly (I ate maybe 6 plates ), which had options of being seasoned with curry or spices, or being marinated with soy sauce (This one was exceptionally tender!), they had a taste which notified me of freshness with every bite. I can't eat beef, but my aunt says the Angus beef brisket was tender and very good. The steamed egg was the best I've eaten at any Korean bbq, it was creamy, moist, airy, and savory. Despite being an AYCE, their sides were so comforting and delicious with only a single criticism being that soybean paste stew was a bit too salty. Overall, I had an extremely good experience at Bull bbq and 100% plan to visit again to try the B menu and take photos of some things I missed. June 10th, 2025: I went for a revisit with my running team and food quality still good! Delicious savory soybean broth, I love the steamed egg (ate four extras from my friends) and the meat quality is still way better than some other AYCE BBQ places, price has rose from $28.99 to $29.99 but I will still prefer Bull BBQ as my go to AYCE Korean Barbeque as it has the best tasting side dishes, great meat quality, amazing steamed egg, quick and plentiful grill changes, and good marinades!

My go to Korean spot in Gardena! It's quaint and small, but optimal to get your rizz on! Your date came in smelling Bath & Body, she leaving Bulgogi & Breath! Raaawwrr!

3.5 stars but no option for a half star. Would've been unfair for other 4-star rating places if this visit ranked 4. Service improved compared to the last visit (a couple of months ago). They were more attentive and changed our grill timely. Plenty of parking spots in the lot on Tuesday around their opening time 17:00-17:30 ish. Place remained clean. Early dinner time would allow you a spacious dining zone. The meat was disappointing some this time. Mainly the pork cheek. It was limited to one per table, you could choose small (5pc) or large (10pc). We asked for large with 9pc being served. Not really care about the # but the quality was not good this time. You could tell from the color, half of them were freshly pink and another half were dull. I did not think they would've been bad as it's a BBQ place where the freshness of the meat is essential. There was an unfresh taste of the dull-colored ones. Tasted like the meat was thawed for a prolonged period. The brisket might look crazy with the super frozen presentation, but they tasted fine, had regular texture, and had good portions. The rib eye was average. Would've loved more with better texture though. We loved the marinated pork neck and LA galbi more than the marinated boneless short ribs. First time trying pork neck and loved the soft texture. Mildly sweetened and not salty. Favorite of the night! The LA galbi was fresh and well-seasoned. Loved the thick cut. Also recommend the beef tongue and the fresh pork belly. They were fresh. The pork belly would require extra time to cook cuz of the thickness, but very satisfying when taking a bite of it. The spicy baby octopus was good, too. Chewy but not hard to chew into pieces to swallow. Just wish the portion would be bigger. Overall still a good experience with a reasonable price. Would've been 4 stars if not for the poor taste of the pork cheek.

Loved the pork neck sooo tender and the ambience was great! Service was also very good changed the grill several times. Overall will come back!

Service was nice however that's about it. The quality of meat was okay... the marinade was too sweet. The banchan was not great either.

Is there a price difference for kids?

Yes, there is. If I remember correctly my nephew who is 7 was charged half the price of any combo. And my twins who are 15 months along with my two year old nephew were free.

Is this restaurant anyway connected to the Star BBQ that was in koreatown? I sitll haven't found another kbbq place that had intestines the same way as Star BBQ did.

Just wanted to pass on info from the employees at Bull BBQ. Star BBQ was sold and purchased by a new owner and then renamed Bull BBQ. It had something to do with financial problems or mismanagement. Them employees also said they would only come in…

It was a busy day for Mul Naeng-Myeon but they conveniently had a couple tables for us. They can get busy, and there was a line forming as we were eating, so it is understandable if the service can seem a little pushy at times, and this comes out in very subtle ways (i.e. There's no AC, only a small fan. If they want you to leave, they'll position the fan away from you). Cold water is also only available upon request, as well as extra napkins. Otherwise, you'll be wiping your mouth with a one-ply napkin the whole time. The banchan was great. I especially loved the onions and perilla leaves. The kimchi tasted fresh and tangy, but the radishes were a bit too sweet and cut very clunky. The Naeng-Myeon was good; it tasted very heavily of sesame, and not much else. The meat was also pretty tough to chew. Very filling, but expensive for the amount of meat you get. Definitely made use of the vinegar and mustard, which they eventually took away to give to another table. I'm thinking I just ordered the wrong thing and came on the wrong day. I saw what other people ordered, and it looked delicious, always served with enthusiasm. Next time, I'll have what they're having.

The inside is nice and spacious, a little dimly lit and clean. The worker was very friendly and service was quick. We asked for his recommendation and he suggested we try any of the yukgaejang. He brought out two sets of banchan - fish cakes which were firmer and more seasoned with sesame oil than some other place which was pleasant, a nice sweet fresh kimchi, and some chive kimchi, as well as the condiments for our dishes. To split, we got the small bossam, the rice cake and dumpling soup, the mul naengmyeon, and the yukgaejang with fresh pasta. Everything was super flavorful, large enough to split between the 5 of us, and delicious. The standouts are definitely the yukgaejang - the fresh pasta may sound weird but is a nice chewy thick noodle and the broth is rich and flavorful with just a bit of spice - and the bossam - at a lot of places the small bossam is still huge, and this was a good size so that we still had room for other dishes, and the meat itself was more flavorful, tender and nice and warm on the steamer that it came out on! The rice cake and dumpling soup and the mul naengmyeon were also solid. I'll definitely be back at Yuk Dae Jang for a warm comforting bowl of yukgaejang and bossam with friends :) Bonus, you don't have to go to ktown!

Customer service is about treating people with basic kindness and respect, and unfortunately, that was completely missing during my visit. It also seemed to include some new items, or at least ones that weren't printed out on the placemats. We've previously tried their cold noodles, galbi, hot stone bimbimbap, tofu soup and seafood pancake. All are pretty good but the cold noodle is our favorite. This time we ordered their fishcake kimbap and the cold noodle and galbi combo. I previously saw photos of their kimbap but didn't see it on their menu until now so I was excited to try it. It comes with 20-24 pieces and a side of soup, quite a lot actually for one person. The kimbap was as expected, it was flavorful, had a slight crunch (from the pickled radish) and didn't fall apart easily while eating. It comes with a dipping sauce but it wasn't particularly noteworthy and I didn't feel it is required to use. The cold noodles were a bit different this time but overall had the same flavor. It comes with half an egg, pickled vegetables, slices of cucumber, and slices of meat in an icy broth with buckwheat noodles. Be sure to add the mustard and vinegar for added flavor. The side of galbi was as expected, but doesn't arrive sizzling like at many other Korean restaurants. The flavor can vary, sometimes more flavorful than other times but overall it still pairs well with the cold noodle. Service can be a bit spotty, especially when they only have one server doing everything. It can be hard to flag someone down so be prepared to sit around for a while if they have less staff and many customers. Overall not a dealbreaker but just something to be aware of.
