The food quality was much better than before and the last time I was here. I like meat quality better. The marinate beef finger was a favorite. Thin pork belly was crispy good like bacon. The boneless non marinate beef short rib was tender. . Love the endless ban Chan bar. They also now have sushi too. The sushi rolls and the Kimbap was a favorite. The bon chon like kimchi, beansprouts, and broccoli is a favorite. . They also have good miso soup and tofu spicy soup endless serving help yourself. . The price point is under 40. I do like to see beef bone in la glabi for that price. Also they do have diy ramen bar which is fun and unique. . Overall I am glad I give them another try and i would start coming again with the improvements. Love the sushi and diy ramen bar add on. Its a great options besides kbbq. Service was attentive. Thanks for reading. Hope this helps. Have a yelptastic day.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. For the cost of roughly $25 you get array of tasty meats, seafood, sushi, salad gar items and soup assortment. Service was pretty good. The servers came pretty quickly to take our orders, clear our plates and change out the grills. The decor made you feel like you were in Korea. The Soju cocktails are also very tasty, so definitely try. The only thing I'd wish they'd add was an ice cresm/sorbet item to the mini menu item I'll definitely be back.

i rarely have Korean BBQ, but today's visit in Sacramento had Bullta on schedule, so i was excited to check it out. for a Saturday, it was packed, but the 15 minute wait flew by it was 2 of us, so we ordered the family pack, 3 meats, which came with 3 choices of meat, and you can hit the buffet to get rice, sushi and all the goods they offer there; paired w a sprite server heats up the grille, and service is top tier, always checking on u. i ain't gone lie, i was stuffed as hell after, so i was good all day afterward. take the ice cream they offer u after we coming back: thx Bullta

Immediate fan for KBBQ in SAC. The service was really good especially for coming an hour and a half before closing. The self serve bar had sushi, all the regular sides, soups, and rice. This was the first time I've seen smores at KBBQ along with a ramen station where you can make your own ramen. Even though, I didn't get to try the ramen it was still crazy they had it on top of everything else. For everything they offer, the price was cheaper than a regular KBBQ down in SoCal or a Gen so points for that. Would love to come back again, also the ambiance was pretty cool with floating umbrellas in the ceilings.

This was an easy go-to Kbbq spot, short wait and food was good but over the years it started to lack a lot of things. I came here frequently because they offered a mini course, which is such a good deal if you don't want so much for kbbq. I'm not sure if I'll be back anytime soon now. The service I received this one day was probably the worst service ever. Server was not attentive at all and did not follow any of our orders as simple as getting us water when asked multiple times. We barely got to order our rounds, we maxed at 3 rounds with just two bowls of meat each round because we waited so long for our server. The sides have gotten more bland and not as flavorful. It was a slow night too but the sides went fast and no one refilled it. I felt like I waited majority of my time rather than eating.

Fabulous! Fresh food cooked perfectly, fun atmosphere, lot's of room and space to vibe, accomodating of large groups, great service even when short staffed, and really cool environment to enjoy. Prices are more than worth it and you won't be disappointed. Ease of access and navigation for mobility aids and devices. Staff are kind, knowledgeable and service oriented. Definitely a great place to go, eat and enjoy. Excellent for small and large groups.

All you can eat sushi caught our eye. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our server Brandon was superb, we like him so much. He was very attentive and polite. The food was delicious. The kimichi was not good but everything else was. We didn't try the ramen bar. The SUSHI was pretty good, better than most all you can eat places. The decorations and choice of songs were nice too. We'll come back when we're in this area.

Amazing experience at Bullta Korean BBQ! It was smoke free for the most part and all the attendants were considerate and respectful. They often check on you to make sure you are safe or have all your ordered food. The ambience is as follows for all kbbq location family style tables and bar. Will be back for the amazing food, price, and combination of food and drinks! A+

This place is decent for the price, but I'm not sure if I would return. The good: the staff were friendly and service was quick. They have different tier AYCE menus that you can choose from, and your food is delivered by a robot. They have a decent selection of meats and items you can choose from. The buffet area also had a small variety of food, along with a sauce station where you can DIY your own sauce to your liking. And if you want to take a break from the meat, you have your options of sushi and even a ramen station. The bad: although there was a decent selection, the quality of the food felt lacking. The meat quality didn't taste fresh, and I left the restaurant feeling extremely thirsty. And although there were side friendly staff, the service was slow. While we were there, the restaurant was not busy at all, so it was a chore to keep our eyes out for an employee to pass by to be flagged down for more orders.

Disappointed by the entire experience. I was excited for the metal food trays and the seaweed rolls, pork skin, chicken gizzards that I saw in the Yelp photos but it seems they got rid all of that. Metal food trays would be been so much more convenient grabbing the banchans than individual tiny bowls. That would've made this place stand out amongst other kbbq places, it's too bad they got rid of it. The customer service was also very lacking, they barely checked on us and we had to flag the down every time to order more food. The place wasn't even crowded but food took a while to come out most of the time. I always order galbi but the boneless galbi pieces were big chunks which weren't as pleasant to eat. The diy instant ramen bar was a nice touch and I did enjoy the sushi hand rolls.

Bullta Korean BBQ has usually been my favorite KBBQ spot in the Sacramento area, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We came to celebrate my birthday, and unfortunately it was the worst service I've ever received here. Our server, Ara, spent much of the time sitting behind us on her phone (I even have photos for proof). We were rarely checked on and had to go through much of our meal without being offered additional meat selections. At one point, we sat with empty water glasses for nearly half the meal because they were never refilled. To make matters worse, our table was never cleared throughout the entire dining experience, leaving plates and dishes piled up as we ate. The level of attentiveness was practically nonexistent. Part of the reason I chose Bullta for my birthday was because of the fun and energetic atmosphere I've experienced in the past. This time there was no birthday song, no celebration, and none of the special touches or prizes that made previous visits memorable. I've always recommended Bullta to friends and family, but this visit left me extremely disappointed. Great food can only make up for so much when the service is this poor. I truly hope management addresses these issues because this experience was far below the standard I've come to expect from this restaurant.

Last visit was in 2023 , same AYCE with more options like sushi , hotpot , instant ramen station where you can pick your own ramen flavor and make it. The Banchan walk up bar is still there with a few changes but still have your basics and soups and rice. Service was great! we went for the Bullta AYCE premium meats were good also the wyagu and lamb galbi. Handrolls and other sushi rolls made to order , appetizer menu with shrimp tempura very good . a table for 4 with one grill and they do changes in between so you can keep on cooking! like the new menu just a lil bit more on the price. they also have other menu options if you just want to order during lunch time to go.

My husband and I we have come here twice. This place is huge and the meat and the food is good but I think when the time we went it was lunch not a lot people was there so the food on the side was already there for a long time. I like my food nice and fresh. The people there are nice. The place is nice love the bathrooms but we hear the music a bit loud. Do I recommend here? Yes I do

Ask the Community - Bullta BBQ

Do they do half portions of meat?

Do they impose a 2-hour time limit like most Korean all-you-can-eats or buffets do?

They're really friendly & aren't as strict with that

    Is it noisy?

    Yes it gets pretty loud

Do they have the robots that deliver food yet, or am I thinking of a different location?

    they have robots!

Is it possible to get on the waiting list (for party of 4) while on my way there?

You can get on the list by visiting their yelp page. Based on current capacity and the size of your party it will let you know if you can reserve for a specific time slot.

Are there "appetizer" options like french fries etc. for picky toddlers who do not eat this type of food?

Yes! There are french fries! There are also fried mandu/fried dumplings and fried spring rolls.

Can someone post the lunch special menu?

Helen H. did it in her review recently…

Is it open to the public during the soft opening?

Yes, it is open to the public during their soft opening.

The S.E.S.ame Dreams tasted similarly light on both the sugar and alcohol. The Pocha Shin Ramen tastes as advertised. It's instant ramen with spicy flavoring with some egg, spam, green onion, and tteokbokki added in there. Standard comfort food but also only $9 -- not bad for a bar. Cute place. Apparently that night was their 3 (?) year anniversary, so not sure if this is always the case but they did have a whole live DJ on the main floor. When we arrived there were a couple other tables dining. There isn't much seating inside, and most of the tables ended up being blocked off for bottle service lol Me and my girl were there to eat so we ordered as many dishes as our tiny table could handle! Kimchi Carbonara - TBH this tasted like spaghetti... with some kimchi and bacon. It wasn't bad, but it tasted exactly the way I described it. They should just take the carbonara out of the dish's name completely. I wouldn't order it again, just cause the bacon flavor was really smokey and strong. Spicy wings - These were actually really good! Served with pickled jalapenos, pickled radish, and a cabbage salad! Just make sure you get some rice on the side. The wing sauce was spicy! Not overly, but just enough. It was sweet but not too sweet. I would recommend! Mandu- Decent. Not spectacular, but a good side to round out your meal. The dipping sauce was yummy, a nice sweet soy. Pink Venom - The flavor was so good. Tasted like a pink starburst. If you like sweet drinks, this one is it! Didn't taste the alcohol at all though. Parking sucks so bad, we had to park a couple blocks away and cross some train tracks but we made it! The waiters were so nice and checked up on us even with the whole party going on. The bouncers though didn't pass the vibe check and I didn't really like that we got IDed so many times. We're in our mid 30s lol.. be frr. The whole vibe is fun, they have a full bar and apparently in the back room, it's another bar/lounge scene. It wasn't that type of night for me, but I would come back to eat and hang out if I was in the area. Keep in mind though, the crowd is early 20s!

I was also very underwhelmed that the only veggies in there were zucchini and cabbage. Bibimbap was average, didn't dislike it but nothing about it stood out. Galbi was for sure the best item, but also not a complicated dish and hard to get wrong; this is the only item I'd reorder. First of all, the food served is exactly like the photos. I got the short rib bun burger and bulgogi gyoza. The burger (omg) had a balance of sweet and salty but also a little spicy. Halfway through I noticed something yellow, it was a pineapple! Usually I have mixed feelings about pineapple with foods like pizza. But this complimented so well. Now, the gyoza. Crispy and you can't go wrong with bulgogi. What I was surprised with was inside I think it was japchae! If you like Korean food like me, I was so excited to see this twist. And yes it was yummy. I seem to get lucky most times and get to meet the owners. That day I met them and they're so nice! I can tell they put a lot of thought into the menu, ingredients, decor, etc. The owners are Japanese and Korean. Hence KoJa! Even this detail was really impressive. I ended up going back because the owner told me that his wife (also owner) created Yang Nyum and it was really good and popular. So I got Yang Nyum, kamikaze fries, and taro boba. The portions were great. But most of all, he was right about Yang Nyum, delicious! I didn't realize the kamikaze fries had beef, so yummy but I definitely overate that day, lol. One other thing I really liked was you could order at the register or kiosk. This is a great way to avoid lines. Once you order they have a screen that shows your ETA (why do other restaurants not have this?). I did go during the day though. So, I can only imagine how amazing it looks at night. Especially after dancing or bar hopping, the food here would pair well. Koja also sells alcohol too though and apparently downstairs is where the dancing is at. Will I go here again, absolutely.

The dish came with thin sliced beef, veggies, and choice of noodles or rice. The portion of noodles was very small. The crab broth was my favorite of all the broths and had a nice crab flavor. The meal came with dessert which was a choice of ice cream; I chose the cookies and cream. The chicken wing appetizer was scrumptious. The wings were fried and coated with sauce with lots of jalapenos. Service was good as the employee offered samples of all their broths to assist in making a selection. After the food was served he checked if we needed anything and refilled water. There is indoor and outdoor seating. It was busy on a Saturday evening so reservations are recommended. Free parking is on the street.

Ttobongee (Manna Bunsik) has officially closed as of May 25th, 2025…read more I was a huge fan of their kimchi spam fried rice, bulgogi beef set, and bulgogi kimbap. I'd also tried their yang nyum fried chicken, Korean corn dog, dduk bok gi, tofu soup, banana milk and Soon Hari soju. The bone broth soup was so good, there were a few times when I just got a large/double order of that to go. Service was always friendly and great, and I heard that the owners are moving out of state to be closer to family due to illness. Sad to see them go. Wonder what will take its place, until then Natomas only really has the chain Bonchon left for Korean food.

The food is very tasty and the portions are nice. Service was very friendly too. They were so busy today they ran out of beef bulgogi but offered us a generous alternative as an apology. We finished very full and had lots of leftovers. KFC boneless: crunchy with nice strong sauces. Too salty for our palates but very tasty. Banchan: large scoops were given, our favorite was the broccoli, beef bone broth and japchae. Chicken bulgogi set and tofu soup set: both were fabulous. Chicken had a nice char, soup had large pieces of tofu. Dumpling soup: the pork mandu were very yummy. It's a large portion soup. I'm gonna try to come here a few more times before they close. I think the prices are comparable to other Korean restaurants in the Sacramento area, maybe a little cheaper.

Fuji's was very accommodating and flexible in meeting our needs. Beef Teriyaki, Miso Salmon, Sesame Chicken, green beans, salad, gyoza, lumpia and various sushi rolls were provided in our buffet. Would definitely recommend this location for any banquet gathering. We are already regular customers for breakfast lunch and dinner.

He wanted me to enjoy this particular restaurant because they're only open on weekdays. We parked along the Capitol Mall, then walked over. The building is very clean and modernized. Ordering was somewhat easy- the bulgogi burrito (name?) wasn't on the overhead menu but it was on a placard. We got one each; I chose the "meal option" which came with fries and a drink. Took under 10 minutes to be ready. Each came with a small container of spicy sauce (a more liquidy gochujang aioli?). Bulgogi burrito: spicy, tangy, meaty. No skimping on meat. Good balance of kimchi with other ingredients. The french fries and drink weren't necessary. I'm not an "I'll take the meal option" kind of guy; not sure why i went for it this time, honestly ‍ i'd like to try loaded fries in the future, though. I WILL be back and I will be bringing the wife! And we will probably get three (to split an extra) or four (for my lunch the next day)!
