The pho is $10 on their soft opening day, however you got what you pay; the bowl look big but full of the broth , a small amount of banh pho and some meat! I'm cheap. They are cheap. We were made for each other. They are located in the QT Marketplace. Instead of seeing a real cutie, this place caught my eye instead. They offer different Vietnamese noodles at a good price. Bun Bo Hue is in their name, so that is what I ordered for a few times for takeout. Their BBH comes with lots a pork hock, tendon, pork blood, mystery meat (to me), and noodles. The broth was has a good flavor. Included are also lots of vegetables, and a couple of other sauces. It made for a great dinner for me. Service has been good every time I showed up. Even though I don't speak the language, I still manage to get what I want here. I like the Bun Bo Hue. There's something so homey about this place! It's so casual, located in this Vietnamese food court. It just feels authentic. I wouldn't say this is the best bun Bo hue I've had in my life, but it is a solid fix and always hits. The broth is clean and the portion is definitely fulfilling. One of the best bun bo hue places I've been to in a long time. Broth is clean, leaves alot of room for you to customize with fragrant herbs, veggies, and condiments like sate and mam ruoc. They give you everything! All the meats were great, tender and cooked well. It came out pretty quick and you seat yourself at a general dining table inside the little market (Golden Marketplace) where other Vietnamese shops are located too. This place is inside a center with other shops within. I called in for an order of BBH to go, spicy and no pork blood. I'm very picky about my BBH and I found the broth here flavorful. Spicy the way I like it. The veggies were very fresh. The meat was plenty, perfectly sliced and tender. The tendon was soft but held its shape. The pork cha is on the sweeter side. Pork hock was a bit tough. I don't eat a lot but wished there was just a tad bit more noodles as I prefer noodles over meat. This may be my new to go place. I got my fix and I'm now a happy girl. The food is amazing. You guys should try their My Quang, this place is doing very very good compared to other places nearby. I like the white big noodles, not the yellow one. This is the reason why the broth mixed very well with the noodles. However, the portion of My Quang is kinda small. I also tried Bun Bo Hue too. It's fine imo, the portion is just fine.
