This place checks all the boxes. We ate outside and it was perfect weather. It's somewhat in the shade so we didn't need to battle the sun in our eyes and the temp was perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive. Everything was delicious, starting with the bread. We started with the calamari, which was quite tasty. We split a bottle of wine and it was great. The main dishes were amazingly full of flavor; my wife said it was one of the best pastas she's ever had. The pizza crust was crispy but not overdone and the sauce worked well. I had the spaghetti with meatballs and though you would think it a pedestrian order, it was anything but. The meatballs had layers of flavor, hitting the beef and pork notes perfectly. The carbonara was excellent. We added the chicken which gave it a nice smoky flavor and the mushrooms tasted incredibly fresh. Fantastic experience.

The food at this place is great!! Located right on Park City Main Street, this restaurant has a cozy, romantic and Italian vibe. This was my 2nd time here- the first time, I ordered the salmon piccata and it may be one of my favorite pastas of all time. This time I tried the Mushroom gnocchi and it was also very good. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer and you get fresh bread with oil and vinegar to start as well. All the food is so yummy! Our service was a little slower this time, but the waiters are always very friendly.

Place was good. In Park City and needed some food. The food was average. Not that I'm expecting it to be the best in the world. But I made walk-in reservation and saw a pic that looked super good. Very deceiving. The food was mid. And we waited to get plates forever. The place is ok if you want Italian food but portions are tiny. 3 Stars

Great food! We got a bottle of wine, ceasar salad, chicken Marsala (to die for!!), and chicken Alfredo. Our waiter was fantastic and gave us local suggestions for our trip. Overall vibes were great in the restaurant. A few downsides... even though the restaurant was not even half full, we were seated right up against a table full of kids. The kitchen staff was extremely loud and could be heard in the dining room.

Our adult children love pasta, and Buona Vitas was convenient to our hotel. While they were super busy and we didn't have reservations, we were able to easily get a table for 4. We had drinks, salads, pizza and pastas and all were delicious and filling. While I don't remember her name, our server was fantastic. We will be back.

Went up to park city for the weekend & we had some of the best food! We checked out Buona Vita based off the excellent reviews & it happened to be pretty close to where we were staying. I thought this place was one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to in a while honestly! I ordered the Al Funghi. It comes with penne noodles, mushrooms, & a creamy tomato sauce. I think I saw somewhere in the reviews other referring to it as a pink sauce. My boyfriend doesn't care for mushrooms but really liked this dish. I thought the sauce had such a unique taste to it. I can't describe it. It was delicious with the bread being dipped it in as well. Portions were large & I ended up taking half of this meal home & eating it the next day. It made me want to return to park city asap! My boyfriend ordered the Caesar salad as a side & the pollo alla parmigiana. He loved the Caesar salad here! He liked this dish as well. I thought the pasta sauce was pretty basic to spaghetti sauce but the breaded chicken was really good. We thought the bread was too hard that they served to the table. I wish it was a little softer, or larger in size so there was more than just the outside of the bread I felt like I was eating. We tried two wines, The Gabbiano Chianti Classico (red wine) & the Torre De Luna Pino Grigio (white wine). Both wines were fantastic! Cute place! Staff was great! Highly recommend this place!

This lovely Italian restaurant is on the interior walk near Summit Watch Timeshare. They have both inside and outside seating. I ate outside as it was summer, the weather was perfect! Service was very good. I ordered an appetizer, mozzarella caprese something. It wasn't what I expected. Plate of melted cheese with a few tomatoes bits on top. It was pretty salty. I wouldn't order again, but if you like melted cheese you might like this!

I thought they were ok but extremely salty. The rest of my party did not like them. Then had a Caesar salad. Honestly one of the most bland Caesar salads Ive ever had. It may not be the worst caesar I've ever had but it is one of the most forgettable. For an entree, ordered the tagliatelle, it was also extremely bland and also forgettable. I only ordered it because I was sharing. I would have never chosen it if I was ordering on my own. Its the time of dish that leaves you disappointed and wanting something else. We sat outside. Weather was nice but there were a ton of flies. A few landed in our drinks and food. Not the restaurants fault. And not grading them down on this. If anything the weather was better than the fly experience. Based on my experience, I would maybe consider coming back but try something else besides the salad and pasta. Its a strong maybe though.

They suggested appropriate spice levels for my husband and myself. Let me tell you though, if I could only choose one kind of food to eat for the rest of my life, it would be Indian food. Having eaten at Mumbai House in SLC (formerly Bombay House) we had pretty solid expectations that were blown out of the water. Like it was THAT good. I had the butter chicken medium spice and hubs had the chicken tikka masala hot spice. His was a little spicy for me, but as a pasty white girl it doesn't take much. My medium spice was perfect. Enough of a burn to taste delicious without taking off my taste buds. The garlic butter naan was perfection. Crisp and flavorful. We choose a mango Blue Moon and Singha lager to accompany our food, and I don't know about the Singha,(Hubs gave it 2 thumbs up), but the mango beer was amazing! If you are in Park City and love Indian food, stop in here and grab a bite! (Dinner time only ... not open for lunch hours.)

This restaurant is on a second floor so if you've been on the slopes and jello-legged - be prepared for a few steps. The space is nice and the service was so kind and inviting. It can get a little loud depending on who the other patrons are. We've been where the din has been muted but also there when raucous kids provided an unwanted accompaniment to dinner. The food is definitely top notch and the servers are happy to provide some insights to what is good. Complimentary hummus with crudite kicks off the meal - but don't be afraid to order the bread it's carbolicous and baked in house. What we've had: * Fried mushrooms. A mix of battered and fried earthy goodness. We liked this and those who like these nightshades will too * Spicy clams. A big hit with us with the slight spice to it - dip the crusty bread in the broth and savor * Creamy Celeriac Soup. A delightful surprise - a creamy soup that has wonderful flavor accented by the spice oil. I would recommend this for soup lovers. * Miso Chilean Sea Bass. A very solid dish with greens and lotus roots. It's not a huge portion but enough. * Crispy Duck Leg - Delicious and full of flavor and the potato perogis are a great accompaniment * Filet Mignon - This was a perfect medium rare and a well composted dish. The Yukon potato mash - ridiculously good (we ordered more to go) * Banana Cream Pie Stack - this topped off a great meal For a cocktail - The Night Shift was a winner.

Definitely a good spot if you're looking for a place to grab cocktails and sit somewhere that feels a little elevated. For drinks, we ordered the Smoked Old Fashioned and the Prickly Pear Mezcal Margarita. Both were solid and nicely made, though nothing particularly memorable. Appetizer wise we tried the baked brie dessert wise tried the baked Alaska, and banana pudding. The baked brie came with lingonberry pomegranate jam and crackers, but the rind gave it a bit of a stronger flavor than expected and it didn't quite hit for us. The desserts overall were decent, but none were standout enough that we'd go out of our way to order them again. One thing that stood out was that it felt a little pushy toward ordering entrées, even though we mentioned we were just there for drinks and dessert. Happy to come again and try the entrees maybe that is where they truly shine.
