First time visiting since before March this year and sad to say the beef patty tasted stale and almost freezer burned. Same with the fries. Disappointing birthday visit. Confirmed with staff that they have changed their original vendor. Please avoid their beef patties if you liked them in the past. -- update: Reply from Burgerboss denying vendor change is untrue and it is not honorable to change the narrative to save Yelp reviews. Multiple people confirmed this at two different locations with 4 different employees and verified this was true. Atleast some people working there are honest and it's not good practice to have them lie moving forward. First time trying this place out. I'm a fan. You can taste the difference in the grass fed, natural meat. I got the build your own single patty burger. It was well seasoned & cooked just right. The buns didn't fall apart. Fries were fresh. While it's pretty pricey, I recommend giving them a try. You'll be pleasantly surprised. I'm shooketh. How on earth do you mess up a burger? I have my qualms with this place. I ordered through their kiosk and waited about 10-15 min for my burger even though the place was not busy. When I ordered they let me know it was turkey bacon which was fine. It's healthier. The burgers come from grass fed cows. This was a well organised event with a D.J. and give a ways. My burger was oh so delicious. It was hot and juicy. The turkey bacon was very tasty. When you order you first pick a protein, then a bun. The patty was a little dry and it tasted unseasoned so when I got to parts without the ketchup, mustard, & mayo I had asked for because they didn't spread it evenly, it was bland. White kaiser bun was ok. Soft but a bit big for a good patty to bun ratio, in my opinion. Fresh cut fries were heavy, soft, and a little chewy. The place is clean, new, and requires easy ordering on large screens. While the screens do not provide a greeting or answer questions, take heart neither does the staff. Once you order they place a receipt and yell your name, while walking away. The staff is quick to get the meal out, but I doubt any real attention is given to the food since it was brought to the table without any ask for pleasantness. The fries, too, were not warmed completely and the lack of staff involvement with the experience is what turns me off to screen restaurant ordering. The restaurant was very clean; you can place your order using the kiosks against the wall. I had their double cheeseburger and a side of fries. The fries were very good, slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The burger was good, though I thought it wasn't as juicy or dense as I would've preferred. He then went up to the counter and spoke to Noah and told him that the burger was wrong. Noah immediately apologized and said to give them 2 minutes to remake it without hesitation! Honestly, after a few times of ordering and having the burger made incorrectly, my husband didn't want to come by anymore. Guy at the register keeps yelling for people to come out to help. He proceeds ringing up the person who came in behind me. I walk over to the pick up spot, which was difficult because my flats kept getting pulled off from how sticky the floor was. 5 minutes later...Finally a woman comes out and I see her messing with the fryer. It was not turned on (according to posted hours you'd been open for almost an hour already, how was that not turned on?) I go to the counter and ask how long it will be because it looks like they are off. The gentleman at the counter says I don't know you can ask her because I was trying to get her out here... And keeps taking orders. I ask the woman. She says 7 minutes .. ok... I wait the 7 minutes and she has still not put anything in the fryer. Tells me it's going to be longer. At this point I'm already going to be late back to work so at 11:35 I just asked for a refund. 15 minutes between ordering fries and getting a refund. Mind you they are not telling anyone else that the fryer wasn't on and it's going to be a while. So I'm sure this won't be the only complaint you get today. They we're prepping all of the buns and toasting but not grilling anything because there were no fries. Terrible first experience. Very tasty! I got a turkey burger on a White Kaiser bun and my friend got a double beef burger on a White Kaiser bun. We loaded it with all the no-charge toppings. We also opted for pepper jack for the cheese (costs $1 extra per burger). The beef patties are cooked so well and are nice and juicy. I enjoyed the flavor of my turkey patty too. We both got 1000 island on our burgers for the sauce. The chipotle mayo and the garlic herb mayo are both tasty (got them on the side). We used the check-in for the fries, but dang that fry portion is huge! They were tasty and crispy. They needed a little more salt for me but that's an easy fix. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I forgot to ask for ketchup but they had put in sauce packets for me already. Overall, a great takeout experience. I told the girl when I went in that I had never eaten here before and she very energetically started to explain the menu to me. I ordered my burger with only one topping and also ordered french fries, a small drink, and a bottle of water. That was just over $21! I sat and waited for my burger, the place was empty so I assumed they were making it fresh. I got my order after a few minutes, went to the car and decided I was so hungry I was going to start eating now. I opened it, to find they have given me the wrong burger. So I had to go back inside and get the right burger. I asked for cheddar cheese on my burger and they put American. The fries were cold, and didn't taste all that good. My burger was barely warm. My order was a to go order, and I looked in the bag for a napkin after my first bite of my burger, and there were no napkins, even McDonald's throws napkins in your bag for to go orders. So I go to burger boss a lot, but this was my first time at this location. I should've stuck to the other one. Hardly any of us finished our food. One burger only has one small area in the middle that wasn't burnt. Had to cut out a lot of the edges to make it more edible. Another was on the pinker side. The cheesy fries that are usually my favorite, for some reason were so unbelievably salty I barely had any. It was flat out inedible. I couldn't even taste the cheese, it was all salt. I pretty much threw $22 away tonight. On top of that, the service wasn't all that great either, they forgot half of our toppings, and some sauces so we had to go up and ask for the toppings, and keep asking for the sauce. We also got mushrooms on our burgers, and there was such a tiny amount of mushrooms (in general and in comparison to the other location). $1.50 for a few pieces is not right. Also, one person in our group hadn't gotten their burger or fries yet, and we thought it was just taking longer, and we realized they started giving burgers to the group who had ordered after us.
