I stopped here on my way up to the mountains over the weekend and I was super impressed with their staff and their drive-thru Covid-19 precautions. Friendly people and fast service at the drive-thru. I got a sandwich and fries. The fries hit the spot because I have been craving a French fry for about 5 months of cooking all meals at home. But most importantly, every employee I saw was wearing a mask properly with their noses and mouths covered. To top it off, my food was placed inside a plastic bin, which was then presented to me at the drive-thru window. Why do they always decide to close their dining room whenever they feel like before they're supposed to? Probably cuz the employees are in the bathroom shooting up. I know many people and businesses are recovering from Covid seeing as how it's finally looking up and getting better. However you can only make excuses for so much and pull the "we don't have staff card" so much before it gets old and annoying. This location ALWAYS closes their dining room at random times without warning just cuz they FEEL like and their excuse is they don't have the staff. But yet you can see 5 people inside or more. I work next door, and tried to walk over and grab some dinner tonight at 7pm. Could see people inside eating, but the doors were locked. This happens ALL the time and isn't convenient or right, especially to people who don't have cars to go through the drive through. Normally I LOVE Burger King but try to eat at this location as a LAST RESORT because I know most of the employees are on hard drugs, not just marijuana but hard drugs. I knew the ASM that used to work there who was such a sweetheart and she would come over and tell us all the time that they knew most of their employees were on meth or coke or heroine but they needed the employees. I know of 3 employees that have been fired in the last year for drug or alcohol related issues. This location seriously needs people that are SOBER and give a damn about their job. read more

I got on a line @ 10:25. With 2 customers ahead. One girl taking orders quite slowly. I should have used the drive through sine that is what these fast food chains prioritize. Finally after 10 minutes at about 10:35 I give my order for breakfast only to be told breakfast is no longer being offered. I stated I was waiting 10 minutes and breakfast was being served when I got on the line. I asked to speak to the manager who said they have no more breakfast and not their fault. I replied it is his fault for making me wait 10 minutes with just one cashier and I would have done better with the drive through as no not asking me while in line. The right thing to go would have been to serve me the damn breakfast. Seriously, I was on the line waiting. Obviously I was not on line for lunch. I get better treatment at the DMV. Went to BK last night and sat at the drive through for 20 mins with no response! Then we called the store and got nothing! Then we pull around and see all the coworkers just sitting there on there phones! They just stared at us and said nothing it was 9:50 may I add and the hours said open till 12. Went there today and when we pull up to the drive thru we were told to wait just a minute, which was fine, we had no problem with that. We were patiently waiting it had been about 5-10 minutes and the woman in the car behind us asked us if everything was okay because it had been a while. We told her yeah the woman had said to wait a minute 5-10 minutes ago. Then we hear over the drive thru speaker very rudely the manger tells us to "piss off if we are unhappy with the service and McDonalds is a half mile down the road." Then the manager comes outside to the drive thru, right up to our car and tells us to fucking leave he is not serving us. Mind you, there is a two year old in the car listening to this man yell at us and swear. I can understand being told to leave an establishment if your behavior is not acceptable, but we were not yelling, angry or being rude. We weren't upset about waiting or anything (although there wasn't anyone else in the drive thru and it didn't seem like they were overly busy). Looking at other reviews this Burger King seems to have a reputation for being rude to their customers. This is my favorite of all the Burger Kings around! This establishment has been recently renovated and updated giving it a more cafe, upscale feel. They also have a fireplace in the center of the restaurant which is always nice to sit by on a cold winter day. The food is always fresh and hot delivered at a decent time. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Love the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine and all the different flavored soda! read more

Literally the worst fast food experience. After completing our meal both my brother and I violently threw up. Do NOT eat here.

If I could give less than one star I would. I waited for my food for 30 minutes, I didn't even get a cup for a drink or anything. There was only one woman at the register that nobody could understand. It had absolutely nothing to do with this kitchen staff at all I was looking right at my food and nobody would serve it to me after asking twice for it. After waiting for almost a full hour my boyfriend went up and asked for the manager who was more than happy to give me my food and give me a free cookie. We were at the north Conway burger king on Tuesday 26 of Ferbuary..first the employees were rude.they couldn't understand what I ordered then the girl dropped all our fries on the floor..we had to wait for another batch. 2 out of 4 burgers were cold. When I told the girl.I was told well we.will microwave it..I said no I want fresh..waited 15 minutes.There were 7 employees arguing in front of customers..no ice available..counters were filthy.tables not cleaned or wiped. I like Burger King for a fast meal on the go. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich from the sign they post. The picture shows a piece of grilled chicken on a bun. It is not. It is a picture of ground chicken on a bun....what I didn't expect to find in my bag. I took it inside to tell them. A server handled it easily by having a guy make me the sandwich I wanted. If you want a piece of grilled chicken on a bun you must look at the picture of a piece of fried chicken on a bun, and then ask for the chicken tendergrill...noted in tiny writing on the same sign. Once I got the right chicken sandwich I wanted all was well...I have no complaint except to strongly suggest that somebody make clearer signs for take out orders. This is the worst BK we have ever been in. In their defense, it was on school break at 2:15 in the afternoon so maybe they got hammered at lunch time but it was just plain dirty. The trash was overflowing, the condiment table had empty straw wrappers, cup lids and crumpled napkins strewn all over, accented with ketchup smears and spills. We couldn't find a table that had been wiped down The bathrooms had bit of toilet paper and trash on the floor. There was no crowd when we got there but not one staff person was cleaning. Let it be known that I rarely write reviews, but my experience earlier this morning really inspired me. You could feel the negative energy of the cashier, Bambi, the moment you walked in; a customer came in directly behind us and immediately referenced her bad attitude. She seemed to be annoyed about something and didn't feel the need to hide it from the customers. Every part of the interaction was followed by exasperated sighs (though she remained completely friendly with her coworkers) and when we decided to add to our order SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME.
