the white girl at the drive thru was so weird and lazy. we couldn't drive at 12:30am and there was no one behind us(barely anyone in front) so we walked to ask for just a small side. this girl said they can't take our order without a car because there are a lot of people in line.... there was no one. these workers are so lazy. probably racist too because she looked so annoyed. other locations & other fast food places don't care, as long as we pay(i've done this before). they getting paid to just sit there and deny service. checked yelp to see such a low rating, does this management don't care? they probably don't care about the quality of the food if they acting like that so be careful! read more

I recently visited Burger King, and I have to say, it was an all-around fantastic experience. Their classic Whopper is my favorite.

Food was fine, drive through was clean, but they did the "pull ahead," when there was no one behind me. My understanding is that it's to give inaccurate data and to look like they are not as slow with their service as they are. The only reason i gave it one star is because it couldn't leave it blank! Every time i come here there's NO ONE HERE , YET I ALWAYS HAVE TO PULL UP! I have been sitting in this drive thru ( after being asked to pull up of course ) 20 minutes ! Apparently the crew that was getting off did not tell the people coming in that i was sitting here waiting ! I am fuming ! Quick to take my money and get me to move for there drive thro clock! I have an update on my previous review. I have now had excellent service from this Burger King on June 22-2023. I stop by their occasionally to see if customer service has changed and it did this day. I was served by the most nicest young black man that was so good I thought he was the manager. He was dressed real nice and really cared about his customer service. I am sorry I forgot his name but I have seen him there before and noticed how professional he always looks but now he has given me hope for this Burger King. This young man should be promoted and even have his own store because Burger King needs someone to head their organization that truly cares about customer service. I hope he can influence the others to be better at their job and to care! This young man will go far in life!! read more

Oh man, this place... Food at Burger King is pretty standard fast food. I like it, especially the breakfast, but only typically eat it when I travel. The service here was the worst I've ever had at a BK. I pulled up to the drive thru my first night, intent on getting a juicy burger, some cheesy tots, and a chocolate shake after a long day driving. I wait at the order thingy for a few minutes and then... "What you want to order?" said a woman who sounded very unhappy. I greeted her and stated that I wanted one of the meals with cheesy tots. "We ain't got no cheesy tots. What else you want?" I decided to forego my dinner at BK and opted for DoorDash from a local place instead. I went there a few days later for breakfast, and was greeted with the same attitude, but I did get my food this time and it was standard BK. The customer service at this place is abhorrent. I don't expect to be praised, beatified, or worshipped, but at least be somewhat pleasant. read more

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Service is terrible the employees are rude their system is always down and today when I ordered my food I ordered a chicken sandwich get 10 minutes away and realize they packaged me a fish sandwich. The wrapping paper said chicken sandwich the receipt said chicken sandwich and I bit into a fish sandwich. Management there needs to be fired replaced and the work environment needs to be changed. Oh Burger King. I'm fully convinced BK is the same no matter where you are; lukewarm food, poor customer service and a low get-order- right percentage, lol. This review has to do with their service. We waited and waited to put in an order but no one ever came on to ask us what we wanted. The screen looked like it was messed up so after waiting for a while we pull up to the window, and after waiting in line for a long time, we got told that we have to get back in line to order. This post most likely won't do anything, but I just had to express my frustration as the attitude of the person at the window was uncaring with wanting to assist. read more

Thursday at 4:45pm. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 3 mins asking for someone to take my order. Pulled around to the window and the lights were on and everything but couldn't see anyone inside working. No signs saying they were temporarily closed or anything. There were 4 cars behind me that unfortunately will have the same experience. Don't waste your time going to this location. I never have any issues with the Burger King off HWY29. read more

Stopped in on our way home from vacationing in Perdido Key. Was significantly understaffed for a Saturday morning at 7:30 am. Ended up going through the drive through since inside was moving at a snails pace. Ordered some chicken biscuits and was charged $4 each for them (even though they were on the dollar menu???). Waited for over a half hour in the drive thru for my order was asked to pull up and wait then I saw 3 cars behind me get their orders and leave while I'm still waiting. I never got a receipt so I had to call the store to get receipt number so I can contact corporate office. Then the manager lied to me twice about why it took so long for my order, 1st she said her headset wasn't working so she didn't get the order then she said she forgot to put the order in.
