Great burgers, great fries, great drinks! We went before seeing a movie and we're hoping for a decent burger. We all got great burgers! It's the details that really make the food great. I had the Ruben and the burger was perfectly cooked with great kraut and a nice grill to the bread. It wasn't dry or soggy. The drink selection is also very good. I had a blackberry cider that I loved! The menu is varied enough that there's something for everyone. All in all I recommend this place highly. I know we'll go again soon! read more

I really do love this place a lot. But have some complaints. The main thing is the new staff. I'm not sure when all these new people got hired but it seems like they just don't care as much as the previous staff. My order has been incorrect multiple times and when I've told them, they get angry and argumentative. My friend recently ordered a turkey burger and it was still bright red on the inside and still bleeding. When we told them what happened, instead of remaking the turkey burger, they took the burger apart, put the patty back on the grill even though he had already taken a bite out of it. This is a major heath code violation. And it still wasn't cooked when they gave it back. I just wish Kelly was back. I think that's her name. She always wore a bandana. She was the BEST employee that location had. Maybe she can just come in and train the new staff. Other than the complaints above, I think this place is wonderful and I really enjoy the good when it's made well. read more

We had a terrible lunch here today. My husband ordered a Cheeseburger and it was really dry and salty. Bun was stale and looked hammered. The garlic fries were soggy. I ordered a seared ahi burger and the first time it came out, it was not seared but cooked all the way through so the tuna steak was unappealing and gray. They refired the tuna but it was flavorless and was so unappealing. I don't think the cook knows how to sear a tuna steak. I hope I don't get food poisoning. We were so disappointed with this meal. The food is not the issue, it's the lack of attention to detail by the employees. To be blunt about it the staff are always inconsistent with how they treat and talk to the customers. They lie about orders being ready and they never accept responsibility for their mistakes. The burgers are good, however it's not worth all the aggravation that comes with the untrained servers. This rating is simply for the unsanitary actions of one particular staff member. I observed her wipe the floor with some paper towels and them immediately use the towels to wipe down the counter where she was filling cups of dressing and transferring tomato sauce out of cans and into pitchers. She the proceeded to play with her phone and the returned to filling more cups. Never did she wash her hands or care that the dirt from the floor was now contaminating everything around her. You would have thought the pandemic would have taught food establishments a bit about hygiene. But, the only thing we have learned is that you really can't fix stupid. Fiance and I were in the Summit Mall doing a little shopping when we decided to grab dinner and movie as well. Since BDubs has officially closed their doors down in the Summit, we decided to try this place out. Seating inside is pleasant. Fiance ordered the Chicken Burger with garlic fries and I decided to go with the BBQ Bison Burger cooked medium with regular fries. Service was fairly quick but the place wasn't all that busy anyways so we were hoping it would be. The food was also better than expected. We were expecting an average burger and fries but the burger was excellent and perfectly cooked. The fries were ok at best. The price I think is much higher than expected seeing that it cost us $27.85 for two burgers and two fries, no drinks. I never review but I'm so amazed just how bad my fish sandwich was, feel I need to warn others. Slimy mayo soaked coleslaw on thin tasteless fish. Couldn't even eat the fish. I always have a great experience at Burger Me, no matter which location I go to. The burgers are always great tasting, and never any issues with customization. Their fries are great, and their onion rings are some of the best in town. They have great milkshakes too. Staff has always been super friendly too at all their locations. The only complaint I have is they have Pepsi instead of Coke. :-) But their food is so good, I can forgive that small grievance. read more

Headed here for lunch the other day and tried their special burger: The Macaroni and Cheese burger! Topped with mac and cheese, bacon, chipotle mayo... I'm drooling just taking about it. Definitely a large burger, great for sharing. Their sweet potato fries were also delicious and I enjoyed their bottle root beer. Burger Me was a nice spot for lunch and I would definitely enjoy heading back there for another burger. The atmosphere was casual and the staff was friendly and didn't skip a beat when my boyfriend decided to joke around with them. Oh my. What a joke. I went in and asked about gluten free. They have a gluten free bun but they have no gluten free meat to put on the bun. They fire everything in the same oil, fish, fries and onion rings. If you have an dietary issues, this is not the place for you. It is silly to have a gluten free bun and nothing to eat with it. Don't waste your time. Update: I was pleasantly surprised, the owner responded to me and told me I could have a gluten free meat in a gluten free bun. My entire family like the burgers, fries, & shakes at Burger Me, however, they never get our order right! The last four times we've got take-out, our order has been messed up! I mean, every, single time! Super aggravating! Based on the register screen & receipt, orders are entered correctly, but, never get made the way they're ordered! Laughable at this point! Man, the food here was great, our burgers perfect (spicy burger, and turkey burger) The secret sauce for the fries was bomb! The Service was even better. Stacy was a great host, she even helped us with trying to figure out how to get home because 80 was closed, very thankful for her. Best Burger Place we have tried so far in the Reno area! It was actually voted one of the TOP 10 Burgers In AMERICA and was on Diners, Drive In's and Dives... The delicious onion rings are hand tossed and the $5 large is HUGE, waaay too much for one person. The buns are from Truckee Sourdough Co. and are just right so they soak up the little bit of grease (like EVERY good burger should have) and still hold together. We had Michael take our order and then check back to see how everything was and he gave us the inside tips as to some off menu items to try next time.. (ask for him when you go in, he'll steer you riiiight!) Also... they use fresh crisp Iceberg lettuce that's stays cold and crispy when paired with the hot meat and cheese!! I have gone to Burger Me several times before or after visiting the Theater next door. They make an excellent burger with multiple options depending upon how hungry you are. They have a little slide, which appears to be a full hamburger patty on a diminutive bun, and regular burgers of several varieties. The fries are huge, so order a small fry unless you want them for a meal. It is self-serve, and the service is quick and friendly. They do bring your order to your table though. There are lots of clean tables and offer of choice of booths or chairs. The restaurant is relatively new, or at least it looks like it. It is clean and the tables are kept clean. Finally, they offer ice cream for dessert if you have room left and want something sweet. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a good, reasonably priced and tasty burger. read more

Usually a great time so I gave it a 3, The last time I went in there the Cashier seemed annoyed by me asking about the stuffed burger and gave me the shortest answers if I would ask anything else. I then took the burger home to realize it was cold and raw. I had to cook the burger myself just to eat dinner. Look at your burgers before leaving. Let me just say that I'm not a huge fan of burgers, however this place may have changed me. You can basically create any burger you could imagine and it'll taste great no matter what combo you make. Food came out fast and it was a busy Sunday afternoon when I went in last. I ended up taking it to-go and it was still warm after a 15 min drive home. Had every other table blocked ensuring distancing. Stuffed burger with grilled jalapenos had so much flavor and yes grease running down my hands! GF friends!! Burger Me offers lettuce-wraps AND GF buns for your burger! I've visited here twice to enjoy a perfectly cooked turkey burger, and I can also give the sweet potato fries and garlic fries two thumbs up. I have a feeling that when grilling season is over will be stopping in here more often to get our burger fix! I have heard SO much about Burger Me! And have just never had the opportunity to go try It, until this past weekend. Shopping at the Summit, my boyfriend and I were craving a delicious burger. We decided to go to Burger Me. The menu is pretty large and there's a lot of options and specials. They had a stuffed burger so we asked the cashier for details. It was stuffed with cheddar and blue cheese, topped with thousand island and crisp onion strings and my mouth was watering before I even ordered. We ordered a large basket of sweet potato fries to split, our favorite! The standard cook is a medium but I can't eat It unless it's extra well so I ordered mine accordingly. My boyfriend ordered the medium. We got our food and I eyed that burger like It was my last meal. It was good but fell a little short of its reputation. It was any old burger to me. My boyfriends was just about well done also. However, the sweet potato fries were PHENOMENAL. By far the best thing there. Lots of sauces and options to choose from. A decent sized sitting area and a few games for kids. Three locations as well. Was expecting just a little more. read more

I was happy to see the menu is customizable; I got a combo with the cheeseburger slider (~1/6 lb burger), garlic fries and a drink. The whole meal was about $7 and perfectly sized for my appetite.
