This is a cool burger joint! If you want an excellent juicy charbroiled burger then this is the place. Burger is tasty and the dressing gives it a good flavor. The fries are thick, great tasting and they give you a lot. There fountain drinks are unlimited. Customer service is excellent. Went in for the first time on a Monday for lunch before heading into work. The specials are really affordable and reasonable. The Pastrami Sandwich I had was a little small but filled generously with a spicy Pastrami meat that was excellent. The fries were a bit small for the typicl combo but thick & very good, crispy. Hairy burger and uncooked!!! I found a hair on my burger and so did my father that was so disgusting and on top of that the burger was uncooked or too over cooked to the point it was burned. My father got sick from eating their burgers he had a stomach virus. Wouldn't come back to this place. read more

They put so much meat seasoning that it's just gross. One of our burgers was raw in the middle which means they rushed it. And the prices 8 bucks for a bacon burger, sorry. I've had so much better bacon burgers for just 6 bucks. Overall do not eat here it may seem clean but it's not worth it. read more

I went there last friday order 2 of their summer special combos and 3 of the sumer special burgers plus 2 orders of chili cheese fries. First off went to the drive thru the girl doesnt let u begin to order when she starts telling u to drive up she will take it at the window. Ummm i havent had a chance to look at the menu so i panic and get the specials. The burgers where crap the fries were soggy i literally ate one as soon as she gave me the bag but i assume hey its just one theyre probably good...Wrong all were soggy. My sister and i ate one burger no fries cause they were crap and i ended up. Putting th rest.of the food in the fridge thank god i did not give it to my kids.. Fast foward 2 hours i start feeling nauseous I kid you not right at the same time my sister sends me a texts telling me what the hell did I feed her she doesn't feel well she wants to throw up. I ended up throwing away everything. People I don't know what happened I don't know if they changed owners I don't know if the staff changed but they use to sell good food not no more. Gave this place a second shot cool third try, they forgot my food and when i asked for a refund dude was barely putting my burger patty on grill, slightly over 15 min later from after placing my order is when i asked. Timed it from then. As the gals and cooks were just standing there chatting messing around and being flirty with one another and leaning on counter and just doing everything except preping for my order until i mentioned it. Stopped at Burger Zone after long day. Ordered dinner for family. I ordered a tuna melt & got home to find I'd been given a turkey melt. My sister called to tell them about the mistake. She explained that we were tired, that I'd eat the fries & take them the receipt & sandwich as proof of mistake tomorrow. She explained that this is the second time this exact mistake has happened, & that the first time we just let it go. She wasn't rude, didn't raise her voice. The girl said she'd speak to her manager, then either forgot to put the phone on hold or didn't care, but my sister heard the woman talking to someone (assuming it was her manager). She called my sister "this idiot," & said my sister had told her that they were "always constantly messing up." Not at ALL what my sister said. She went on to say, while my sister listened in disbelief, that she had offered a refund if we came in now & that she had refused, saying I was eating already but wanted a refund anyway. A man then said, "Okay, no refund." When the genius came back to the phone,my sister informed her she'd heard the whole exchange. So, true to form, the woman hung up. Wow. Seriously, the service was south better when the place opened. We won't be fighting them over a sandwich, but thought others should know. Food's not worth the aggravation. But, I admit, this employee's absolute stupidity did give us a good laugh! read more

Tonight was my first and last time giving this place a try! What a way to ruin your appetite. I came here to get a wet burrito in green salsa, hamburgers and a breakfast burrito. I specifically asked for everything without onio, my kids and I do not like onion and guess what they did? They put onion on everything except the burrito, when we got home and were getting ready to eat I noticed the onio on my burrito, I drove back to the restaurant and told them to change it and the lady taking the order (Reg2 PM) said to my face "You did not tell me anything". Seriously? If I don't like onions, this is the first thing I always make sure to tell the person taking my orders. She did not give me an exchange.........this was such a waste of time and money. This is a place I go semi-regularly. Food is good for this type of restaurant. However this morning I arrived at 9:02 am. The specials go until 9am. I asked for one. What would you do for your customer in that situation? Well they didn't. Too bad, I was 2 minutes late. That is their prerogative, but they lost quite a bit of goodwill capital with that. Great, great place. Wonderful combination of real quality food, fair prices, and great service. Very comfortable dining area. Ownership goes the extra mile to please the customer, something you very rarely see anywhere these days!! Horrible experience today. I spent $20 and some change for my meal. I asked for yellow peepers for my pastrami, chillie cheese fries and 1/4 hamburger and was only going to get one baggie with three chillie peppers for my entire meal, because the policy is to only give one bag per customer because they did not have the chillie peppers for a while. It's like not getting ketchup for your fries. I go to the supermarket and buy a big bottle for pennies. Will never go back. read more

I would never recommend anyone to ever go back there as I no longer feel safe and feel my privacy was completely violated. I went there yesterday with the family for breakfast between the kids games and had the worst experience ever. I went to use the restroom and saw that it was locked so naturally I went to the cashier and asked for the key. I was told to wait so I did for about 5 minutes and the girl walked over to the restroom with me and opened the door. To my surprise there was already someone in there. The worker did not bother to knock on the door rather she barged in there and justified with "it"s OK she was finishing up". That should of been my first warning of the type of establishment this was. The lady came our and the girl left with the key because they do not leave it with "customers". As I was in the restroom I heard a knock on the door and I replied "someone is in here" then I heard a male voice and I said "its busy" with no regards to my response a male worker walked in on me in the women's restroom. I went to the front to complain and no one seemed to really care, it was as if it happens often. I told my story and they all walked away as if they were too busy and couldn't be bothered. How can anyone feel safe in an environment like that? What if it would of been a small child a young teen? I do not know the male worker and perhaps he is a nice guy but how do I know that. In what world is it OK to walk in on someone that is in the restroom with the door locked. Their policy is ridiculous and unsafe. I was so upset and embarrassed. I really think someone needs to do something about this. I know personally I will never go back there I don't care about the quality of food I care more about my safety and my privacy. It just amazed me the lack of compassion that was demonstrated to me when they could clearly see how unsettled I was feeling. read more
