I have to give them 3 stars because my initial experience was the BOMB. The girl at the register should probably be the management. She made solid suggestions and we tried everything on the menu that was suggested which was expensive but worth every dime essentially due to the experience. This led to my coming back in again and reordering but this experience and the follow-up was a shear nightmare because their management refused to honor military discount after he was proven wrong and had to make it right. The system has an issue with cashing out the reward program apparently because it went to take off the 10 dollar reward when I scanned to pay leaving something not cashed out on their end. As a customer I expected to be notified that my order was ready.... to which I spent over 40 dollars on but it got cold while they spent nearly 30 minutes trying to figure this out to no avail. At any rate, I returned the next day after having a conversation with their manager but was being over-charged as he was ringing me up. (The prices are literally right in front of me) Initially I thought it was a mistake but my friend owns one in Florida and gave me the lay of the land afterwards...... This is sad truly. They still refused to provide the owner's info as if there is anything you can't find in these times... While discrediting corporate, who had already responded prior to them. Ok let me end this. My food order was not fully replaced free of charge. That is simply best practices but he replaced half the order for free and I overpaid for the remainder and that is ok..... TBH I would have paid for the reorder anyway at the other location in Atlanta closer to me. They simply need better customer service management training. You have a great platform to be a chic fi la of the industry...... the food and desserts are life.... Fix your people issue ASAP. I come here for lunch sometimes as I work in the area. One of the better fast casual places I have been to. The staff is great, the food is great, the burger meat is grass fed, the fries are fresh cut...not that fake frozen stuff, the toppings are plentiful, and they have those fancy coke machines where you can get any flavor combination you can dream up. Best burger place in the area to go to without question. And their chicken sandwich rocks as well. But you gotta have the All Day Breakfast Burger. Went today to Burger Fi and drove 20 minutes just to get there. Had an outstanding experience! Onion rings were fresh and fantastic, and the menu has expanded vegetarian options. I am very very very disappointed! First of all, I just found out that BurgerFi can charge customer different price without any further notice. I ordered online via Yelp, it charged me $20.72 (The amount I had to pay). When I got there to pick up the food, the lady stapled a receipt of $15.54. I went online via BurgerFi website to check out what is going on, it is $17.01 plus tax. WTH! Please be aware! After I picked up the food, opened the box, my single cheeseburger only has a patty, a slice of cheese and the bun!!!!!!! DRY AND DEAD! It really looked like a dollar burger. I was so mad! I could have gone to Hardee's and get two $6 burger for the price of one if I don't care about the angus beef or no antibiotics gimmick. Went in with a rewards card that said 1 dollar fry with purchase of burger and drink. So I ordered the stuff showed the cashier the card and she was like have you used it before and I was like no and she was like okay and handed it back to. I did not notice a $1 charge on there so I was like okay that's weird, but that's fine. These burgers are the best I've ever had! The meat tastes very fresh and juicy. I don't eat cheese so I got these burgers without cheese. Nevertheless, these burgers taste very nice even without cheese and the sauce goes really well with the burgers. I especially liked the "CEO" burger. It has a lot of meat and really filled me up. Delicious! This restaurant is located next to the new LA Fitness in Peachtree Corners. When we come we usually order a burger and a fried chicken burger. There are a wide variety of toppings that can be added and also a low carb option where they wrap up your sandwich in iceberg lettuce instead of the traditional bun. They have veggie burgers made of quinoa, mushrooms and other veggies. It was great and seasoned well. I have had bland veggie burgers and was not happy! They do have a 100% plant based burger but I'm not sure what it is. Apparently it is an aquired taste. This place does not have a top-it-yourself bar but the burgers come complete with veggies like tomato and lettuce. My burger was made with a lettuce bun for 50 cents extra. That is the only downside of this place. We ordered onion rings that are the size of hula hoops. Tasty! The fries are natural cut and they give you generous protions. My dad and brother had the hot dogs. My dad didn't like their tougher casing but my brother liked it, saying it was crunchy and had a bit of a kick to it. It can be topped with chili, which had meat, no beans, I think. They say it worked with the dogs. We had custard afterwards and we were impressed. I think I like the custard at Cheeseburger Bobby's better but it was pretty good. All the toppings really add up, and you end up with a very overpriced, low quality burger. The patties are thin, the grilled onions are too oily, the "hashbrows" is a block of potato. Loved it all. Holding back one star because the floors in the place are always kind of slippery- it seems like they use an oily mop to clean the place, and have been from the beginning. I recommend stripping the grease from the concrete floor, then making sure to never use an oily mop in the dining area. read more

There's nothing special about this hamburger. You can get the same thing at waffle house for half the price and waffle house will cook it to the temperature that you want. BurgerFi won't. Ok, so I have been to BurgerFi at the CNN Center many times - because of the quality food not the ambiance. (Anyone who's been to a Hawk's game knows what I'm talking about!) This stand alone location was so much better!! Not only was the scene better (think fast casual) but there were many more options (chicken, veggie, bun less, etc.) I got a simple single cheeseburger with city fries, which come w/garlic aioli and parm cheese. I think the best part about Burgerfi was the customer service. The cashier was very helpful when deciding what sandwich to order and the wait staff was attentive. We both ordered the F'ied chicken sandwich. The chicken was 4.5/5, with the half point deducted due to price. However the actual chicken was all white meat, battered & fried, juicy but not too thick. The honey mustard bbq sauce added a nice touch of sweet and tangy flavor. We also ordered the urban style fry with a red velvet milkshake. The urban style fry is there regular hand cut fry with garlic aioli and parmesan. The fries were fresh made and well seasoned. It was our first time having a red velvet shake. It was good but the flavor amd consistency would have been better with chunks of cake or small pieces. Overall, it was a great experience and we plan to go back. DELICIOUS!!! We just had an outstanding meal at Burgerfi! The customer service was delightful and the food was fantastic. We came for the onion rings and they didn't disappoint. Huge, fluffy and crispy batter and they actually held together great, nothing worse than an onion that slips out of the ring on the first bite. We tried the CEO burger and it was decadent, juicy, Smokey and a hint of sweetness. We topped of the meal with an Oreo shake and it really put us over the top. This is my second time here and the lettuce wrap is what I craved the most! My first experience was pretty positive however my second one was the opposite. So I liked the kiosk where you can take your time and customize your order. Their fries with Parmesan herb and garlic aioli is really good!! I wasn't impressed by the hash brown tho. They did take some time to make our order but I was fine with it since I was not in a hurry. I decided to do a take out the second time and I ordered and payed online. I ordered two burgers with fried avocado. After I picked it up they caught me and told me that they were out of the avocado and so I asked for a refund. While the boy at front was trying to calculate how much he should give me, an Asian lady in the back kitchen said out loud "just give her $2!" (She did not even look at my receipt) I didn't have my receipt at the time but it definitely sounded a lot less than what I payed. After looking at the receipt they print out in store, the avocado were listed $1.8 each which means they should give me $3.6 plus tax. And so I asked again because they weren't giving me more than $2. The lady in the back was yelling the same thing even after I said they were $1.8 each. At the end they agreed to refund me $3.6 but no taxes. I got home and checked on my online receipt and guess what? The avocados were listed $1.87 each! I am skeptical of why their in store receipt does not show full price. And also, their worker treated this incident in a very unprofessional way. How could you issue a refund without checking the receipt? ? When it should be $4.11 after tax they were going to give me just $2? It's both irresponsible and dishonest. This restaurant FINALLY opened and I'm SO happy you did! Usually after just opening a place has some kinks to work out but that was NOT true when I came in opening weekend Friday night around 6:30pm. Sure, it was MOBBED but somehow they managed to pull off moving the line quickly, friendly service, food coming out fast and cleaning up tables in a reasonable manner. As for the food, I know it and loved it. The quinoa burger is my fave - so crispy!! And I love the potato buns and fries too - Cajun or parmesean / herb ones are my jam. There's a coke machine that gives you lots of combos. My husband loved his conflicted burger (angus burger/quinoa patty and two cheeses)!! The young child with us enjoyed his hot dog - more like inhaled it. Our other guest enjoyed his cheeseburger as well. I'd highly recommend this place among burger places in the area. I know it's early but it's a good sign - seeing that they are doing things right and now. This place will be busy nightly!! read more

Burgers were average. I got the double meat with no cheese ($6.50ish). The buns weren't particularly special and neither was meat, which was a little dry. The bigger issue were the soggy fries. They were definitely made fresh yet they were soggy, which is a big pet peeve. I like the natural cut thickness but soggy fries aren't ideal. Also, their kids menu could use some chicken options. The kiosk is cool. You can take your time to order and customize. The service was average until they needed to correct the order and the manner in which the young guy at the counter went about it. I ordered a fountain drink and two juice packs, none of which came out with the order. I'm not sure at what point you're supposed to claim them but I figured they would come out with the food. I went back to the counter and asked for my drinks. The young man asked for my receipt. Now, I get it. People are dishonest and he made have been had a few times, but usually in those situations you at least get a "sorry" courtesy. The manner in which occurred didn't leave me feeling good. It was their mistake yet they didn't take ownership of it. The other employees were decently friendly but it seemed like there was friction between the Asian chef and the other male employee. Not sure if they were joking but no one was laughing. It wasn't directed at the patrons but it's a little off-putting so maybe they should keep that stuff behind doors. The interior is nice and there are several TVs playing different stations. They the the Coke Freestyle machine (one of which was broken during my visit). BurgerFi, in Norcross, GA has some of the best quality food you'll ever get from a burger joint. The fries and onion rings are out of this world delicious - I went back two days in a row. I only gave it 4/5 stars because of cost. They can be a bit pricey, but well worth visiting at least once a week.
