Food is pretty good here, on par with most not so fast food Mexican food. Their signature food is worth trying at least once before trying something else. My only complaint is they're the only place I know that doesn't include chips with your burrito. Just have to spend a little extra if you want a side of chips. Also would be nice if you could order online. Even if I wasn't totally satisfied with the unique and genius burrito/burger concoction, I would totally go back for just the service alone. The guy who took our order (the owner, I believe) made us feel like family! If the counter wasn't between us, it would feel like I was at his Fiesta themed backyard BBQ. Their menu has a nice variety too, so if a burgrito isn't you're thing, you definitely have plenty of options. But really... go get a burgrito. read more

Lack of consideration. Not much value placed on customer satisfaction. Good luck if you order delivery. They charge an exorbitant $20 minimum. I spent over $17 on a delivery order & was forced to meet this absurd minimum. I nicely asked to speak to a manager who rather than waive the $20 minimum, for literally $2.50 he I Instead chose to explain his financial necessity to charge the fee & then suggested I buy a soda. For a lousy $2.50 & lack of consideration they lost my $17.50 order & all my future business. Good luck lasting long term with poor policies & insufficient customer service. read more

I love this place its my new favorite spot. I saw this place in brooklyn and thought it was a terrible mix and didnt have any want to try this place. Fast forward to saturday night me and my boyfriend where searching for somewhere to eat. We went to yelp (as usual) and saw this place had such great review's. We ordered for pickup and everything was ready at the time promised over eat-24. The work ers were very attentive. The girl that was at the register stood attentively waiting when no one was in the resteraunt waiting to order which was very impressive. I didnt see her go on her phone was. The kitchen had ALL kids running the show and they did a darn good job. The food was outrageous. We had the vegi-ritto and fries on the side and the mexican salad. Everything tasteed fresh. the vegi-ritto was out of this world with flavor. The fries tasted crisp and not soggy. Try this place it wont disappoint read more

I order from this place on Grubhub probably 3 times a week. The burgrito is phenomenal and needs to be tried. I always get the chicken burrito bowl to try to be a little healthier. This was my first time, and will definatly not be my last. I was greeted immediately by the very friendly and helpful staff. I went with the suggested "Burgrito" and was thrilled when they said they had beer battered onion rings, a real fav of mine. Loved that they bring the food to your table instead of standing around waiting. The food was hot and fresh and came to the table very quickly. The Burgrito was very delicious and filling, could barely finish. The onion rings were cooked perfect and delish! Was so impressed I had asked them if they planned on doing franchises (I am moving to Wilmington NC very soon) but they are more concerned with making and keeping their Bethpage customers happy =) read more

Ok...not much to look at on the outside, but the interior has a Shake Shack vibe. Nice and clean, pleasant with an attentive staff. It appears they take their product very seriously. Second time here and again exceeds my expectation. Veggie Burrito with Guacamole tonight....Chipotle who? As good as it gets with nicely blended flavors and crunchy lettuce, very fresh. Burger Taco also excellent with a little kick. Will try the Fish Taco next. Had a Burger and Rings the first time in, burger done just right on a nice brioche bun. Ring's could be great but a bit greasy, proper draining is always a problem with rings most places but given the attention to detail we will give these another try. Just one more thing....I found myself needing a little crunch both times. A wee bag of tortilla chips would do it. Just for a little crunch wile working on the monster Veggie Burrito. Not sure why I haven't reviewed this place yet, as this is easily my tenth visit. The signature Burgrito is their best but certainly not the only option. This is a great addition to Bethpage ! The food is great and the staff is super friendly. They have super healthy options and food for when you want to indulge a little more. I came in in full burglary gear, wholly intent on robbing the joint and grabbing a burger on the way to my regular Monday bank job, but the smiley bald man somehow came off as sincere in his overfriendly personability. His obvious desperation inspired a moment of sympathy and led me to suspect he might have a lot riding on the success of this meat sandwich restaurant, and I decided to give the signature burger-burrito a try. They kept playing different covers of that '5,256,000 minutes' song from Rent by Michael Buble, Taylor Swift, and other pasty shrill staples of soccer mom radio fodder who have never heard curse words. Suddenly, chipper Captain Bald has bamboozled me into giving him my cell phone number, because if I come here 5 times I get $5 off and I don't have to pay anything or carry a stupid plastic card in my wallet. Why not. He doesn't seem like the type to sell cell phone numbers to vicious telemarketing number-hungry fiends. With this number-surrendering, of course, I was reluctantly relinquishing the option to rob them, not only now, but ever. Oh wait, I could've given them a fake number. Damn. All the soda cups have Coke Zero written on it, which is defeatist and somewhat disheartening. The burger burrito was pretty good. It had French fries inside of it which was cool and not overdone, but it maybe could have used some more chipotle mayo sauce. 5 stars. read more

My husband and I work from home on Friday's and wanted to take out as a treat. We received a menu in the mail a few weeks ago and saved it, I was very excited to try this place. We ordered a burrito and chicken tacos - delicious!! The marinade for the chicken tacos was super yummy and they added fresh cilantro. On top of the good food, the price was very reasonable. I am a foodie and I enjoy trying different food that appears tasty. I saw this place as I was scrolling through my FB page. What caught my eye was the burgritos. It had hamburger meat, French fries, lettuce, tomatoes, onions,and Chipotle sauce all wrapped in a soft tortilla. It's pretty much a hamburger in a wrap lol but I still wanted to try it. When I first ate it I enjoyed every minute of it. What made it pop was the Chipotle sauce on it. The wrap is very filling. I ended up getting the meal which came with a side and drink. The side was too much for me since I was already full from just the burgritos. The place is a decent size and doesn't hold that much people in there. The customer service is good and you're food is served in a timely fashion. I use to go here every Saturday because I was hooked. This place is worth a try. Went to Burgrito's for the first time today, spoke with one of the owners, a very nice gentleman. Ordered their Signature Dish, the Burgrito. Very tasty. The chipotle sauce has just the right amount of kick. I added the combo on and got the chips. They are a thicker cut of chip then the other local spots which is a plus. I was a little disappointed that they didn't come with salsa though. But now I know for next time. Good luck on your venture! read more

We saw this location on Seamless with 100+ 5 star review and said, "hey, why not?" Not only did the food arrive timely and hot, just how we ordered it with sub subtraction and substitutions, but they are nice enough to put numbered stickers on each item that correspond to the receipt so you can 1) quickly tell if anything is missing and 2) easily give out each meal without the need to unwrap every burrito. The food tasted fresh, rich flavor, and just well put together. My mom never says goo d things about delivery (she's Italian, it's just in our blood) but she really enjoyed her Chicken Burrito. If you like burgers and fries you NEED to have a Burgrito, it was delicious. Also split a steak burrito and each ingredient was fresh, the steak was great, really refreshing if you're used to something not as good, like Chipotle. We also had a Nacho Supreme and it was still hot and the sour cream seemed homemade. Overall, awesome experience and sadly since we were visiting my mom when we ordered this we won't be able to get this where I live. My friend Chris had told me about this spot sometime ago, decided to finally stop in and see what this place was about. With a name like Burgrito's, one can presume some sort of Tex-Mex/hamburger based menu, and you'd be correct. Their menu consists of staples such as burritos, tacos, burrito bowls, and of course hamburgers. What was really interesting about this menu is their Burgrito, which is a hamburger filled to the brim with a burger, lettuce, tomato, onion, BACON, FRENCH FRIES, and a chipotle sauce that is reminiscent of Mac sauce found at McDonalds, but much better. It may sound like a bizarre combination, but somehow it works. When it came out, it was about a foot long and about the size of a baby's arm but one bite into this behemoth, and you're transported to flavor country. Overall, this place has a funny/unique name that is memorable, and good quality food to boot. Would definitely come again. read more

I decided to go here with my father to try something new .... Biggest MISTAKE EVER. I ordered the burgerito ? And the concept sounded tasteful butttt it was awful I did not like it & the burger was basically cold inside.. Also ordered two chicken tacos and the chicken was very dry. On top of that we never received our drink cup after asking twice .. I will not be returning . Nothing was exactly special about this place..I would have rather gotten Taco Bell. read more
