3 stars, would of given 5 because the food is always fantastic. The service has gone down hill over these last 6 months. We were heavy Burgritos consumers at my office, and we regularly order $60 + lunch orders. As a person, I have also showed about 15 of my friends this spot, and they also are now big fans.The last three deliveries took over one hour each, so today we decided to go pick it up instead to save time. when we got there the young boy who took the order over the phone and the girl behind the counter seemed uninterested and were rude. They got my name wrong, and assured me "everything was in the bag" only to get back to work to find we were missing 2 chicken tacos, one fish taco, and a burrito. Checked the receipt and we weren't even charged for them. Again pressed for time thanks to burgritos, the rest of my staff went to chipotle instead. Safe to say they will no longer be our go to spot. read more

Ate here with my husband and daughter tonight. Husband had the burger burrito, I had a burger taco and we split a side of chips and salsa. The burger taco was delicious- wasn't sure how spicy the Chipotle sauce was going to be so I ordered it on the side. They gave a huge extra helping of Chipotle sauce which turned out to be not too spicy and delish. The side of chips was huge and the salsa was really good. Salsa tastes like they made their own. My hubby's burger burrito was gigantic. Almost as big as our 1 yr old daughter. In both of our meals the meat was essentially two burger patties wrapped in a tortilla. Not sure what else I really expected when you call it a burger burrito. Good meat quality. Thick patties. It looks like the place was just opening - there was some artwork on the ground that's probably waiting to be hung up. Took off 1 star for that. Owner greeted us when we came in- he was very nice and the whole staff was very attentive. we will definitely be back. read more

By far one of the BEST Burrito joints in all of NY. I ordered the chicken burrito with a side of fries. It really hit the spot. The facilities are clean and well kept. Also, the customer service was excellent. I took my time eating here since I was with a group of friends and nobody rushed us out, unlike other restaurants. Nevertheless, I will most definitely return and encourage everyone reading this review to give this place a try (if you haven't already). read more

I ate here twice. It's a restaurant that serves both Mexican food and American food; specifically they serve hamburgers, burritos / quesadillas, fries, tortilla chips, rice, and their signature item the "Burgrito." The burgrito is basically a hamburger and fries wrapped in a tortilla with a chipotle-mayonnaise sauce. I had the burgrito both times I went here, and it was very good. I would recommend trying it. Overall the food is good here, but outside of the burgrito item, the rest of the food is just ordinary Mexican and American food that you would find at many other restaurants. It's a casual place. You order at the counter and then sit down at a free table. An employee will bring your food to you if you dine-in, but you clean up after yourself, and you don't have to tip. This place is worth trying. However, I don't live close to it, and I didn't think it was special enough to go out of my way to come here on a regular basis. read more

Food was okay, big portion and inexpensive but not good flavor. Fish Taco's and burrito bowls had no sauce, they need some signature sauces. Steak, and the chicken were very dry. I don't believe this restaurant is a 5 star place. read more

I got a Santa fe chicken salad, and it was so not worth the price. (6.99 + 3.99 for chicken). I've had better salad from McDonald's. The fish tacos were not good. Kids got the steak quesadilla which was not bad. Fries were excellent. read more

My husband and I love the food here and have it almost weekly. We order online usually for delivery (worth the wait) or occasionally for pick up. We are vegetarians and are very happy with the selection. My husband's go to is the "veg-rito," which is pretty much a veggie burger with fries in a tortilla. Food is good, service is awful...which cancels out the good food in my book. Too bad because we always like to support our local businesses. The owner contacted me and sent me a coupon, however, the staff has such a bad careless attitude that we won't go back. The one thing many people have said which is extremely accurate, is that the owner is super friendly and welcoming. He chatted with me for a bit and even gave us free guacamole as first time customers. You know what would have been awesome? You letting the onion rings cool off for 10 god damn seconds before bringing them to my table and NOT having a blister on my lip. I would have given it a better review because I do like the fish tacos, however after today's service I will not be coming back. The girl who took my order got my order wrong and when I politely explained the order was wrong, she went back up to the counter and I can see and hear her talking to the another person, blaming me and getting clearly annoyed. WOW!! I am not someone that normally writes a review, but I couldn't not!! I work in Bethpage and my co-workers and I were looking for something different instead of our usual deli/sushi order and the burgrito's menu was dropped off to our office a couple of weeks ago, so we figured we'd give it a try today and I have to say... I'm sorry we didn't try it sooner!! The food was INCREDIBLE!! Both of us were really happy with our orders (Avocado Burger, Chipotle Fish Burrito and cheese fries). The burger actually had more than 1 little sliver of an avocado on it (which is what I was expecting because that's what happens at most places) and the cheese fries were just the way cheese fries should be made... cheese throughout the fries not just stuck on top and no cheese on the rest of the fries!! We are a tiny office so there are only 6 of us working at a time and we definitely made the others wish they had ordered as well!! You guys definitely just became the new "first choice" for our office!! read more
