Busy Bee is the BEST. Fernando is amazing! Bees were infesting one of my chimneys and scouting another. They got into gaps in my siding and holes caused by woodpeckers. I thought the problem might be beyond any bee tech's reach, but I was wrong. Fernando showed up with the right ladders and even a crane! He used a heat-seeking camera to detect the hive's location behind my siding, then expertly removed a piece of siding to remove the hive and evict the bees. He put the siding back in place, then did an INCREDIBLE JOB caulking gaps in my siding and drywall that were way beyond my reach (see pics). (Btw...the caulking looks white, but it dries clear.) I can't stress this enough, Call Busy Bee Removal! They are the best! We were sitting around the living room relaxing when all of a sudden we see our dog trying to go after a flying bug. I saw that it was actually a bee and jumped into action. We had no open doors and it seemed to appear out of nowhere by our fireplace. I grabbed a glass jar and scrambled for a piece of cardboard to catch and release. Meanwhile, my wife was freaking out and calling an exterminator. They stipulated that Honey Bees are protected and they would have to call a specialist if that's what's needed. I really wanted to find a bee professional so I looked to Yelp. We called a couple of places and got voicemails. When I called Busy Bee, Fernando answered the call right away and this was the evening already. He was very professional and nice. He asked info about the house, chimney and requested some pics of it. He then asked to me seal the fireplace which I already had. He then scheduled us for the very next morning. They were already masked up and very pandemic safe. We relied on texting and pictures to keep me updated while I was in my house. He did a thorough inspection on the outside of the house and actually found 4 wasp nests also. So he removed those and safely saved the bees from the chimney.
