He suggested we use his new Fume Watch video surveillance system for security. This was really impressive! He set up multiple cameras inside the home during fumigation that allowed him and me to log in and view real time video. If any camera detected movement (as in a break in) we would be sent a notification and access to recorded video. He also posted a sign on the tent and along my driveway stating that the home was under 24 hr video surveillance. We had no problems and all went smoothly. Everyone involved in the fumigation was professional and courteous and we had negligible damage to our home or landscaping. We just sold our home last month and needed a termite inspection. I looked online and saw the reviews for C.A.Luce Termite control were good so I called Chris. He answered my call right away and was out to look at our house that day. We also found out from the buyer that they wanted an additional termite inspection for our back house and Chris responded right away and did the extra work for a very low price. I hired this company earlier this year to take care of a termite problem at my rental property. I decided to give them a try after reading a lot of positive reviews on Yelp. I am not an expert on Termite control, but I did find they were less expensive than a previous company I had used and spent more time performing the treatment. A few weeks ago, I discovered a termite problem in my primary residence (a condo downtown). I called C.A. Luce and Chris came over to take a look. After a bit of talking, Chris gave me a quote for $400, but recommended I could save a lot of money by simply going to the Home Depot, buy a can of "Term Out", and apply the treatment myself. Great company to work with and very helpful in providing all the details including how to and what to remove, or bag in place. Very friendly staff. They were so helpful getting us "first timers" through the process something that was really helpful. Also they helped us a great deal by being able to work with our schedule. We watched different companies come into our neighborhood to provide this process. We decided on CA LUCE Termite control.
