Exactly what you would want in this dish. For entrees we went with the dry aged New York strip and, they had a special wagyu Burger with blue cheese and truffle. The strip was aged for 18-24 days, cooked perfectly and was so tender. Just a bite you want to enjoy each time. The burger was also delicious with the truffle mixed with the blue cheese and caramelized onions. You get a little of everything in each bite, just makes your mouth happy. Overall, nice steakhouse spot in Burbank that is well with the trip. That burger was phenomenal, as was the NY strip, and that lobster and crab cake along with the oysters, delicious. The Mai Tai could be improved but they did what they could with the ingredients on hand, so that's my fault for choosing something they didn't have everything for.
