Cafe Express was a cafe on my "list" and my daughter coincidentally picked it for today's brunch! It's tucked away in a corner with a few parking spots. First thing we heard was music playing outside. There is a cute outdoor patio area with lots of seating and it is shaded as well. It was a little warm to sit outside so we stayed inside. The cafe is cute and bright with the yellow chairs which I loved. You order at counter and then they bring it out to you. My daughter ordered the Acai Bowl & an iced Vanilla Latte. She asked to substitute the blueberries with strawberries but they didn't have any but he offered to add crumbled strawberry topping. I ordered the Cheese Pastry & an iced Mocha. I had a couple questions regarding the menu and Ramen was very helpful. We sat at a high top counter by the window. Our drinks came out first and they came served in cute tall glasses. Our food came out not long after. The Acai Bowl looked so pretty. When my Cheese Pastry came out I was a little caught off guard when I saw the plate. It had the pastry as well as 3 sides - olives, pickles & a mustard sauce. I thought the cheese pastry was going to be a cheese danish pastry but it was not. But it turned out to be good, even my daughter was grabbing some bites. It was a large puff pastry filled with melted cheese. The pastry was crispy and flaky and it paired well with all the sides. My mistake turned into a good thing! Whew! Service was great and we both loved our drinks and both agree that we would come back just for that! We came in on a Thursday morning around 9 am and there was plenty of seating. Friendly service. Music was loud but not too loud. Very relaxed atmosphere. Superb vegetarian breakfast and lunch spot with great food and attentive, friendly service. As a coffee connoisseur (or addict?) I was foremost impressed with the quality of the coffee and lattes at Café Express! I had both a hot latte and an iced latte and both were A+ quality. The espresso is rich and bold, just like I like it! We sampled a number of dishes during two meals - the Omelette, Famous Tacos and Breakfast Burrito. The food was all consistently excellent, flavorful and fresh. My sister loves the Blue Magic Smoothies as well. Perhaps most pleasantly surprising was the incredible attention to customer service. I was very impressed with the attentive servers, friendly cashiers and spotless interior of the restaurant. Probably the best customer service of any Las Vegas restaurant I've visited. Great ambiance, I tried the brushka in all the flavors - goat cheese, goat cheese and olive, spinach and muchroom which was my favorite! I shared it with two of my girl friends who both loved it as well. We had been wanting to try shakshuka and it was so delicious, rich with flavor and the egg was the right amount of runny. They give you choices of firmness, we chose soft and it was PERFECT! The owner was also running around but stopped to say hi, the whole vibe was cozy and will definitely go back the next time I'm in Vegas. I am in awe. This is by far the best coffee in Vegas. The owners and employees are extremely welcoming, but let's get down to the real stuff. I ordered a large latte and for once large was not enough! The coffee is perfectly blended similar to the texture of a foamy cocktail. We did a delivery to a hotel we were staying on the strip and this was hands down the best food we ever ordered, i can only imagine how great it was if we would drive there to eat rather than deliver. We wanted some pastas and ordered a pizza as well and each dish was better than the other. Highly recommended and would definitely stop by next time we are in the area. I was looking for cute cafes on Yelp and came across to this place, they were quite busy when I came in on a Thursday afternoon. I really like their blue magic drink, it's a bit to the sweet side but I was in the mood for something sweet so it was perfect for me (wish their latte art was a bit better but it was acceptable since they were very busy when I came in). The server was quite knowledgeable and nice so that's always a plus. I ordered their shakshuka for my entree, I liked it but it did not wow me. It's a bit too much tomato for me, but if you like the tart taste; I'm sure you'll love it, it comes with 2 eggs so it's full of protein. We really enjoyed this place for breakfast. It's a cute little cafe, nicely decorated with some outdoor bistro type seating. They have yummy sandwiches and coffee. Cafe express is a new vegan/ vegetarian cafe located on ft Apache. They specialize in delicious looking food and pastries but I come here because thieve coffee is some of the most amazing thing to me. Went to cafe express a couple of days ago. Popped in around 3:45 on Father's Day. First off let's talk ambiance. I'm absolutely thrilled that they took a small amount of their parking lot & made a cute grassy area with lights, potted trees and covering. It's so quaint. The place had customers, 3 tables of guests. The first thing I noticed was neither of the people behind the counter acknowledged me when I came in although the gentleman behind the counter seemed to have seen me come in. On his behalf he may of been busy concentrating. But customers service is so incredibly important. Rather then dine in I opted to get a few pastries to go. I chose Belgium rugalach. It was very tasty. The filling was just sweet enough & the pastry was flaky. The next item was Chocolate finger. It was filled with Nutella type chocolate and it was fantastic. Flaky and layered nicely. It wasn't overly stuffed. Definitely worth having again. The last item I wasn't familiar with Kishkebal cheese pastry. I wasn't super thrilled with its flavor it was a bit too bitter for my taste, but it was prepared well & looked beautiful. I will definitely go back n the future. I really liked the vibe. Food is good not great. I was excited to come to an Israeli place as I missed this in my life. Service was painfully slow it took them 10 min to bring my coffee and an additional 20 min after that for a simple omelet. Place is busy since it's kosher and not that many kosher options for dairy/vegetarian but not worth my time or effort and frustration to return. Too bad because the food is decent, so would be 3 stars if service was half way normal and maybe 4 stars if service was actually good *and* quick. read more

Cafe express also has plenty of vegan and vegetarian options for those who have restrictions. I've ordered their avocado toast and chefs special oatmeal. The avocado toast tastes yummy and fresh. The chefs oatmeal is good as well. The oatmeal comes with oatmeal, granola, blueberries and banana. Their blue magic latte is a great choice for coffee if you like coconut. They also have freshly squeezed orange juice which is cool! It is pretty pricy for the portion and as a breakfast spot but everything is made fresh as you order and quality is there as well. Understandable. For being a new spot they are pretty busy as well so seating may be limited. I'd recommend Cafe express for those who want cute Instagram pics of their food or going to meet up with someone for breakfast. The decor is very chic! Service is always fast and friendly! This place definitely exceeded our expectations. I did notice it had a lot of good reviews so that's why we gave it a shot and boy are we happy we did. I got the overnight oats, chocolate croissant and mint tea (with fresh mint leaves!) and hubby got the vegan breakfast burrito and black coffee. Everything was phenomenal! The oats were sweet and savory and the burrito was delicious as well. The ambience was cute and hip and the workers were very nice and accommodating. I've been wanting to eat here for months and took a gamble and brought my friend and boyfriend for brunch on a Sunday. We were able to grab a table though it was quite busy. The staff were very attentive, the table got cleaned almost immediately, they brought out all the food pretty quickly (we ran out of room!). We didn't feel like we could linger bc of the line and how crammed it was and when we went outside on the patio we were told they were about to seat a large party. You order at the cash register which I don't mind at all. The food was outstanding, I am obsessed with the vegan omelet and tuna and the BF loved vegan breakfast burrito. Everything was marked clearly but for a few items it wasn't specified that they could be made vegan so thankfully the girl taking our order made those recommendations.
