My husband and I have visited a few times now! There's a parking lot, space to sit inside. The staff is always friendly and helpful with answering questions. My husband always gets their vanilla bean latte w salted cream. I always go between the strawberry matcha latte and the double matcha latte. Their matcha is soooo good! It's a good umami flavor and not overly sweet like other cafes I have tried. They have a great assortment of pastries, so far we have tried the lemon cheesecake cookie, and the Oreo s'mores. We need to try more! I definitely recommend this cafe to anyone!
I was running some errands in the area and needed a coffee fix to get me thru the day. Searched them up on Yelp and it was central to all my stops. It was a pretty busy Saturday morning around 10 and the lot was full but that's okay cause there's plenty of street parking. Inside is cozy probably only a handful of tables. My latte was just okay, nothing too memorable but it did the job. Service was fast and friendly tho!
I fond this place while I was in the area searching through Yelp and OH. MY. GOSH. This is officially my new favorite bakery! I already cannot wait to come back. First of all, I LOVE scones, but I have never in my life had a raspberry butter scone before. When I say this thing changed my life... I mean it. The combination of the raspberry with the actual buttery richness was unreal. I'm literally drooling writing this review thinking about it again. Absolute top tier. Bomb.com. I also got the vanilla bean salted coffee, and that was really good too. It paired perfectly with the scone. But let me tell you... The real star of the show is that raspberry butter scone. Holy moly. I genuinely wish more places sold something like that because I would eat it every single day if I could. One thing I definitely recommend: get here EARLY because it seems like their scones sell out fast. I can already tell I'm going to be back trying all the other flavors. Seriously, if they expanded to more locations, I'd probably become a regular immediately. Such a great find and soooooo goood!!!!
I wish I lived closer because I absolutely LOVE this place as a great coffee and matcha work spot as well as a cozy shop to catch up with friends. Staff is friendly and warm. Highlights: * great customer service * solid Wi-Fi (not spotty at all) * outlets * solid menu options I ordered the Smoked Pork Sausage Scone and it blew my mind. Paired with the cream cheese, it was absolutely delicious flavor and texture wise. The staff also made me an Iced Matcha Vanilla Latte per my request and it was solid as well. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area!
Just wanted to update my review, I tried the matcha latte again but with the half salted cream and half matcha cream top. It's a perfect balance between the sweetness and bitterness of matcha while also still getting that taste of salted cream mixed in. I may have gone on an off day last time or more-so towards when they first opened, so maybe it tasted lighter then. But I can see why so many people like their matcha now! I also tried what I think is their matcha pistachio white chocolate scone, and I like the crisp crunch on the outside while the inside has soft textures. Really could taste the mix between the actual pistachio pieces, matcha, and white chocolate in this pastry.
From the outside, it looks like a medical building, but there's plenty of parking. Inside is small and cozy with a few tables and a relaxed, apartment-style feel. Service was great--I was greeted right away and even had my drink brought to me (shoutout to Sooah!). I ordered a Spanish latte (5/5), which was perfect--just wish they had larger sizes. I also tried the raspberry jam butter scone (4.2/5) and a salted caramel scone--both were good, but the raspberry stood out more. Ended up taking some home. The vibe was everything--jazz music, calm atmosphere. I stayed for about an hour and a half without even noticing the time. It did get busy as I sat there. Definitely coming back to try more scones and a cold drink next time.
I've been wanting to try this place because of their scones and cookies. So when I was near the area, of course, I went to Cafe Fever--only to have one option for scones and one option for cookies (not surprised!). There were lots of people but the line moved quickly because staff was very quick and efficient. The coffee shop is cute and quaint with limited chairs along the wall and a table outside. I was able to order the last of two Matcha Ruby cookies and a Matcha, Red Bean, Butter scone. They had interesting texture and were pretty good but not sure if I'd go out of my way for these. The star of the show for me was the Double Matcha, which was very rich in matcha flavor and creamy! I'd definitely come back for this drink!
I would definitely recommend this place. Their matcha and coffee are just perfect with their employees being incredibly nice and friendly, helping you choose the drink you are looking for. The place is slightly crowded because there are a lot of customers, but that means business is booming. Despite this, the drinks are made efficiently keeping everything perfect without having to wait a while. Overall, this place is very cozy and would recommend.
3/10/2026 Matcha Basque Cheesecake It was very creamy and you can taste the bitterness of the matcha at the end. It's the type of flavor that you never get sick of. I really enjoyed this! I ate it at room temperature. Raspberry Jam Butter Scone This was a plain butter scone with butter and raspberry jam inside. This isn't a traditional scone, but more of a Korean-version of a dessert scone. It is a bit more dense, crispier and drier scone. Scone had a buttery taste, but with an added pat of butter and jam inside it was extra buttery. I didn't love it at first bite, but this scone grew on me. I ate it without any hot beverage, but it would go great with a hot cup of black tea. Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookie Not sweet, very light in sweetness. They mixed in bits of real walnuts with semi-sweet chocolate chips. It was half flavor of real walnuts and half flavor of chocolate chips. It wasn't crispy, but a softer cookie. Personally, it is better than the typically overly sweet cookies you would get from American bakeries, but I still would have liked it a tad more sweeter. The best part was that I didn't need to chug down a cup of water after eating this! Double Chocolate Cookie Lightly crispy on the outside, but more of a soft cookie. Very good dark chocolatey flavor. Very pleasant flavor overall. Just the perfect amount of sweetness for the chocolate lover in me. Matcha Pistachio Scone Not sweet, very little sweetness. Little bit of matcha flavor in the scone with whole pistachios inside. To my surprise, there were quite a bit of whole pistachios inside! Good buttery flavor of the scone. Moist overall than the Raspberry Jam Butter Scone I've had, which was much, much drier. I liked that it was more moist. Dry scones are so hard to eat! As much as I liked the texture more than the other scone, this one was a bit of a miss for me flavorwise. If you like matcha and pistachio together, this one's for you. Out of all the items I've tried, the matcha basque cheesecake and double chocolate cookie were my favorites. Customer Service Everyone is nice. Both people who were working at the front were friendly and nice. Ambiance / Seats It's very small and minimal. Small tables and seats, less than 6. There were a few tables and seats outside too. It was packed inside! There were two people sitting outside. Seats and tables were all low, so it probably would not be comfortable to sit on. Parking It is attached to Quest Learning Center. Medium-sized parking lot. Back parking lot on Artesia Blvd. and Elaine Ave. You will see the backdoor of Cafe Fever with the Cafe Fever parking signs. However, backdoor cannot be used as entrance. Neighborhood street parking available as well. The cafe will be right around the corner. Not sure if I would return. The scones and desserts weren't bad and some of them I enjoyed, but I feel there are other places I would try over Cafe Fever. Never say never, but as of right now, I won't return.
Such a cute spot!! Few seating options but it is a lowkey spot to get some homework down or talk with friends on their outdoor patio chairs. Service was super friendly and fast. I recommend their double matcha w/ soy milk! The soy milk balances out the thickness of the matcha foam on top and its a perfect blend between the bitterness of matcha & sweet. We also tried their matcha cheesecake- super good if you're a big fan of cheese- I tasted that more than the matcha to be honest. It wasn't too sweet but definitely cheesy! Will definitely be coming back :)!
the best scones i've had + their drinks were so good Cafe Fever Artesia ^ although it's la county, it didn't feel like a far drive from oc! i would make the drive tho i think it's worth it :) what we got: raspberry jam & butter scone salted caramel scone matcha scone triple chocolate cookie classic salted scone matcha basque cheesecake vanilla bean latte w salted cream foam organic double matcha everything was genuinely delicious!!! i can't even pick a favorite, but if i had to maybe the raspberry butter scone or the classic- you really can't go wrong with either tho! the matcha was SOO good i loved it so much. it had a really good matcha taste and was a good amount of sweetness. the latte was also amazing! i usually don't care for salted foams, but this one was reallyyy good. small space inside, limited seating. super nice staff! cute and vibey, nice music
A tiny little storefront with six small tables, lo-fi on their hi-fi, and a seemingly endless variety of scones. I came for the coffee but felt compelled to try the scones once I saw that there were savory options available. I tried: Garlic Butter Cream Cheese Scone - Whoa. This was a sweet and salty umami flavor bomb of a pastry. The scone itself had like a caramelized crisp and was super buttery and crumbly on the inside. The garlic butter was salty and really garlicky, and the cream cheese brought the little bit of tang to round out the complexity of the pastry. Like no joke, seriously crave worthy if you're a savory fan and/or sensory seeker. Iced Vanilla Latte with Salted Cream - sweet, creamy, and subtly complex but honestly I can barely taste it anymore after eating the aforementioned scone. The espresso is perfect, not overly bitter. The little sprinkle of nutmeg finishes the drink with a slightly spiced aftertaste. While I know this spot has a reputation for matcha, don't hesitate on their lattes if you're in a coffee mood. Service was prompt, the people working the counter kept it low-key and real. Overall, highly recommend checking out this spot (especially if you're on the hunt for a scone!)

I feel like my scone game has just leveled up. Amazing little cafe pumping out the best scones and drinks. I highly recommend trying the garlic butter scone. So many new coffee cafes popping up in Cerritos/Artesia area. Cafe fever was on the top of my list to try out. The entrance is on the sidewalk side of the building. It's pretty small with 4-5 tables against the wall. The staff were really nice and helpful. Coffee was good but nothing too amazing. Cookies were on the thicker side and thought they were just okay. The best thing was the scones!! I literally dream about the raspberry butter scone. High recommend trying the scones. Parking: shared lot plenty of space read more

Café Fever is interesting because you can enter either from outside or through the store -- but going through the building feels a little sketchy, not gonna lie. We even got a bit lost trying to find it. Inside, there are about six very small tables, and I mean small. A laptop would barely fit, so this isn't really a place to sit and work. The music is also pretty loud, so if you're hoping to talk or have a chill conversation, this might not be the best spot. Now for the good part -- the food and drinks were actually great. The Strawberry Latte with espresso tasted exactly like espresso with strawberry in the best way. Very lovely flavor combination. The Raspberry Jam Butter Scone was amazing. The butter goes crazy, and the jam tastes super fresh. Probably my favorite thing I tried. The Caramel Scone was on the harder side, but still really good flavor-wise. No complaints there. My friend ordered the Vanilla Bean with Caramel (decaf) and loved it. The cream on top was delicious. Overall, the drinks and pastries are genuinely tasty, but the seating and atmosphere bring the rating down a bit. read more

Moving my cafe-hopping adventure a bit more locally this time with Café Fever in Artesia! What first caught my eye were the adorable bright yellow chairs and tables outside, which is super refreshing to see pops of color instead of the usual minimal neutrals. Their huge selection of housemade scones and cookies sealed the deal, as I had to visit sooner or later! What I tried: Forest Cream Latte ($6.75) -- Feeling adventurous, I went for this instead of the classic Matcha Cloud. It was an interesting combo of espresso base with a layer of matcha cream on top! The best of both worlds when you can't decide between matcha or coffee. Salted Caramel Scone ($5.75) -- Visually stunning! The glossy caramel drizzle and butter cube on top? Chef's kiss. Moist, buttery, and not overly sweet -- literally perfection! Everything Bagel Scone ($5) -- ¾ All the savory scones were sold out, so I grabbed this one instead. The everything bagel flavor really shined, and the texture was just right! Vibe : A smaller, cozy cafe with seating inside and out. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by that buttery aroma and rows of neatly placed baked goods behind the glass counter. When I found out that Cafe Fever was opening in Artesia, California, I was interested in checking out because it's a new cafe specializing in coffee, matcha, scones & cookies! Yes they have a full bakery in the back whipping up these delicious looking scones & cookies. They told me that they fresh bake their pastries every morning from scratch using quality ingredients like premium natural unsalted butter from New Zealand. It smells wonderful when I walked in and I love that they have a large selection of scones & cookies. There are flavors like matcha, Oreo, salted caramel, lemon cream cheese, garlic butter cream cheese, raspberry jam and more. The scones & cookies were baked perfectly, soft, moist and the flavors were outstanding. The exterior was lightly crispy with a nice interior. Cafe Fever also offers a variety of signature drinks like the matcha cloud latte, forest cream latte, vanilla bean latte with salted cream & honey americano with salted cream. All of their drinks are made with house made syrups & creams. My favorite was the matcha cloud latte that they made with organic ceremonial grade matcha & a luscious matcha cream top. Having a new spot with really good coffee, matcha & baked goods is awesome! This shop is worth trying if you're looking for a cafe in the LA area. This will be your new coffee spot in Artesia/Cerritos! It's cute and great vibes. Love the menu and have unique coffee drinks like honey americano with salted cream, yuzu bianco, variety of tonics and Forest Cream Latte. Of course it has double matcha latte and vanilla bean latte with salted cream. I enjoy the subtle and quiet ambiance of this coffee shop. It places me at ease. The smells are incredible with fresh baked scones and cookies. I was able to try their corn cheese scone and garlic butter scone. What's to die for is the scone with a thick slice of butter and raspberry jam. I love it! Definitely worth checking out! Also be kind as they are soft opening. They love feedback. For me, I wouldn't change a thing. They use Dune beans as their coffee base fyi. There are outlet FYI. Forget to ask if they have WiFi, oops! Lots of PARKING! Fast service, and a cute small interior. I usually get a matcha from all of the small coffee shops, and this one doesn't separate itself from the rest. A double matcha is all the rage right now, so I went for it and it was nothing super exciting, pretty standard. Not pictured: the 3 cookies for almost $17 and they were pretty much mid. read more

New & upcoming small café that's gaining popularity fast! You can tell it's already becoming a local fave. They have a Korean cafe vibe which I love. They've got a wide selection of freshly baked cookies & scones. Seating is pretty limited, so it's not the best place to camp out, but perfect for a cozy coffee run or quick catch-up. Now the drinks? So good!! The Forest Cream Latte was everything I could ask for.. the coffee + matcha cream combo is elite. The matcha cream is thicker than a regular foam, almost like a silky layer that blends perfectly with the espresso underneath. The Organic Matcha Cloud is made with premium-grade matcha & you can definitely taste the quality. Personally, I wish it had a slightly deeper, more earthy matcha flavor... but that might just be personal preference. The scone we got was warm, fresh, & had a delicious garlicky bite. The cream cheese on top could be smoother though? Definitely excited to come back & try more! Everyone was so friendly & quick to make our drinks! read more
Found this place on instagram then it popped on my feed in TikTok. We were finally both off and decided to go. Matcha could has decent flavor and looks strong by the color. Vanilla bean latte has good flavor. Insides is small but has seating if you want to study. We didn't get any baked goods but they had good variety to choose from. Maybe next time! Calling it meant to be, when being around the area, Cafe Fever made its way to me as I accidentally figured it out on my Gmap. Occupying a space within a building which seemed to be office complex, it's occupied with its own free parking space at the back. The space wasn't huge but providing decent amount of seats prolly for 15-20 guests. I was there tad late, so most of their well-known cookies and scones had been out of stocks. The baristas were quite apologetic about it and trying to offer some other options from the available ones. I went 'double-dosed' with their matcha, going for the White Chocolate Pistachio scone along with the Matcha Latte with almond milk. The scone was okay-ish to me. Not WOW, but not disappointing either. Wondering if it would turn out more enjoyable if served warm. The matcha nailed it though, serving ceremonial grade one, delivering that umami flavor to enjoy. read more

Cafe fever is one of those cafes that is up there on my list , I have been here mornings and a few hours before closing but definitely recommend coming in the morning because their pastries are all stocked . My favorite is the ice vanilla bean latte with cold foam . If you are loving something sweet please try their raspberry scone , and if you are feeling savory their sausage scone is so goood . Also can't go wrong with any of their cookies . read more

I heard about this place on social media and came here to check it out. Plenty of parking in their lot and inside the ambiance was clean. The display case had plenty of scones and cookies to choose from. I ordered the matcha red bean butter scone and a honey americano with salted cream. Both my drink and scone tasted good and I'd get it again. They do need to work on service though. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, nor helped, and the girl working didn't even say bye as I left. read more

Found this spot on yelp. Cute and cozy cafe. They have so many scones/cookies here that all look so good. I tried the matcha s'more cookie and it was really good! Our new favorite coffee shop in the hood. I was sure I had to try this place when I saw all the reviews and boy did it live up to its hype! I have not tried the pastries but the coffee? Absolutely! Their honey Americano is my favorite! I always get it not too sweet and it's perfect! Hubs loves their vanilla latte and the vanilla bean he has always loved and tried! Place is small but has a decent amount to seats. My friends also rave about their basque cheesecakes! I still need to try that one day! I'll def be back... again and again... and again! Daisy is so sweet and made my oolong chai latte very fast and it was great! I love flavor combos that aren't commonly available elsewhere. They had matcha cheesecake that's only available on the weekends and it was a perfect texture of creaminess. This cafe is truly a hidden gem. It looks unassuming on the outside but once you walk inside, the pastry display is pretty vast. Parking was easy and plentiful. read more

Once you find this hidden gem on the corner of Artesia and Elaine you will be pleasantly surprised. It's a small cafe with some seating inside and outside. Since it was my first time there I was going to go with a simple vanilla bean latte but the friendly gentleman at the register recommended one of their signature drinks--the vanilla bean latte with salted cream. I asked for it without the nutmeg. It was delicious. I also ordered an assortment of pastries and a few cookies. Everything that my husband, my daughter, and I tried was delectable. The staff member thought I was giving the boxful of goodies as a gift so he even offered me a matching notecard. I didn't need it this time around but what a thoughtful gesture! This drink is 10/10 although the only downside was its price (7.25). The foam was very tasty and it was good matcha, did not taste cheap at all. Would highly recommend getting this drink. There was a bit of space to sit at but if you go during a more popular time with a bigger party, seating might be hard to find. Drinks came out pretty fast for our party of 6. read more

wow this might be my new favorite cafe!! service was kind, inside was clean and cozy, limited seating but there are outlets if you can grab a spot. such a big pastry selection as well! it was a little confusing to find, it's on the side of the building with a little stone path leading to the entrance, so cute. organic double matcha - this was so good, no notes. so well balanced, not too sweet not too bitter and perfectly creamy oolong chai latte - super flavorful, the chai is really strong, a bit too much powder but overall really yummy lemon cream cheese cookie - so yummy!! it has a dollop of cream cheese in the middle. i loved the lemon glaze. it was also really good dipped in the matcha foam. double chocolate cookie - also super yummy! it tasted really similar to a brownie, not too sweet which i enjoyed! can't wait to come back! read more

Cafe Fever just celebrated their 1-month opening, and I'm so glad I stopped by! My experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff were so nice and genuinely caring -- you can really tell they love what they do. I ordered their organic double matcha and vanilla bean latte with salted caramel, and both drinks were outstandingly perfect! I've been to so many matcha spots, and honestly, this one tops them all. And the coffee!? I'm definitely more of a matcha girl than a coffee drinker, but the fact that I'd actually come here whenever I crave a coffee says a lot! Their cookies are freshly made every morning -- I love that they're not overly sweet and don't feel heavy like Crumbl. Every bite was just right. It's a little hidden, so it took me a minute to find it, but it's absolutely worth it once you do! The space is on the smaller side, so maybe not ideal for quiet studying, but it's perfect for a chill catch-up with friends. Can't wait to go back again soon read more

I'm back.... couldn't resist taking a taste of the lemon/cream cheese cookie my husband ordered. Man almighty it was tasty with strong flavors that meshed so well. Spanish latte (hot) was on point and eary grey tea steeped well (not bitter). Seating limited/no padding on benches (kinda tough on your butt cheeks) and temp on the cold side so bring a jacket! read more

The matcha I had here was truly one of the best I've ever had. I'm so glad I finally got to try this café. The space is spacious with a great atmosphere, and the ambiance is relaxing and welcoming. Customer service is a solid 10 out of 10, which made the experience even better. Michelle took my order and made my matcha, and she did an amazing job. I went with her recommendation, the double matcha, and it was perfectly balanced and smooth. They also offer pastries, cookies, and a great variety of coffee and tea options. The seating area is comfortable and great for studying or spending some quiet time. The wait time wasn't long, and there's plenty of parking. This version is clear, genuine, and very Yelp-friendly. I think I found my favorite cafe spot near work. Scones and cookies were so good that I came in twice within the week. garlic cream cheese scone for the two times I have been and it has a very strong garlic smell and I love it. lemon cream cheese cookie was the best I have had so far compare to the matcha ruby and s'mores cookie. Easy to find and spacious parking lot. service can be better but I don't mind it. Very small store but there are seatings inside. tried the forest cream latte and will try other drink nxt time. Cozy little gem! Cafe Fever has such a warm, chill vibe--perfect for catching up with friends or just relaxing with a good drink. Their coffee runs a bit on the lighter side, so if you're a serious coffee lover, definitely ask for an extra shot of espresso. But the true reason I keep coming back (and happily driving for) is their matcha. It's decadent, rich, smooth, and full of that deep umami flavor. Honestly... addictive. They also have freshly baked goods made in-house--just make sure to come early because they sell out fast. And the customer service? So sweet, patient, and super helpful every time. I really can't say enough about their matcha. Just wish they had a location in Anaheim! A must-try spot. read more
