I gotta say this spot is pretty cute. We got the Bulgogi kimchi fries and the Kimchi bacon creamy udon. I'm not normally a big fan of kimchi, but whatever they did with theirs made it taste really good with both the fries and the udon. I highly recommend these two items. For our drinks we got a Rose matcha latte and a Yuja matcha cream latte. Overall it was a pretty good experience and I enjoyed the food. There's free WiFi here and plenty of seating. One can definitely stay here for a bit to get some work done. It's open seating, so once you find table, you can then go to the front to place your order. We love this place! Such a cute cafe, nice atmosphere, usually quite so perfect for anyone who wants to get some work or studying done or to just chill. There is a huge menu of coffees and teas as well as food. The cruffles are delicious, crunchy and soft and tasty! I've also had their bulgogi tacos and the bulgogi hash and i love how fresh everything tastes. The service is always timely, drinks always come out fast and the food is worth a little wait for sure. I've had their matcha and lavender latte, delicious and not too sweet but you can adjust that. It's our new brunch place for sure! read more

If I could describe this place in one word, it would be PHENOMENAL! Me and my partner were in a rush to look for a brunch place that offered to go, and came across Cafe HwaSan. Pictures looked promising, and we were not disappointed at all. We got the strawberry croffle with no ice cream because we worried it would melt before we would eat it. Delicious! The cream was sweet but not sweet and the syrup wasn't overpowering either. Perfectly sweet. We also got a bulgogi hash bowl, which was also delicious. It had potatoes, mushroom, bell pepper, cabbage, an egg, and bulgogi. Perfect to share with someone else if you had some rice on the side. But also great on its own! No need to share LOL The matcha latte was amazing! I've tried finding one that I really like and only have like one or two places that I go to, but this place definitely ranks #1 now. Sweet but not too sweet to where it overpowers the matcha flavor. My girlfriend got the ice travel and really enjoyed it. We definitely recommend this place! Service is great and food is delicious. Their crossant waffle "croffel" is definitely everything i thought it would be and I dont think I could have a plain regular batter waffle after having the croffel anymore. The whip is homade and can be distinguished. Lost a star for my avocado toast, wasnt anything special, I could have made one better at home. Wish they would have topped it with a fried egg or some prosciutto or a drizzle of balsmaic reduction. Something to make it stand out. Im always on the hunt for a good brunch place to have yummy food and coffee while chatting with friends. On my search for something closer to my home I came along this coffee shop. Based on the few reviews it sounded very promising. It's located in outdoor predominantly Asian strip mall. If you have never been here before like me (It's right next to the big Asian grocery store). From the outside it does not look look like a very inviting place but once you step in you are surprised to see the beautiful and simple wood interior design. The menu has a great variety of breakfast/brunch and lunch items and drinks. My favorite food is avocado toast. Usually the avocado toast comes with an egg on top but this was a perfect option for anybody who is vegan/vegetarian. Everything was plant based. I appreciated that it was fresh and definitely tasted very healthy (but nothing too spectacular or special) like some other coffee places have adding some twist/dressing/toppings. The staff was very friendly. You order at the front and they hand you a number and someone will bring your drinks and food to the table! It was a great place to try and visit! read more

Paired with cocktail and tartar sauce. - Rose tteokbokki was creamy and hint of Vietnamese curry mix with gochujang. Sauce was loose than expected. It had bacon, fish tofu, mini hot dogs, and some thinly sliced green veggie. - The K-chicken Sweet Spicy is similar to BBQ chicken's secret spicy but more sweet. I got an Ice Travel latte which is deliciously balanced between chocolate sauce and expresso. The place in general was nice with Black Pink playing.
